Staff was very nice and wait wasnt bad though the one person working was clearly a little overloaded as both receptionist and the only person working with appointments. Very polite and took good care of me.

Open the door we actually can see you sitting there. Third time each time I’m there for 2 or more hours no service no letter no reason as to why you don’t open. The door and do your jobs. In Murfreesboro TN Medical Center

Place has no direct line to it. You call and get a national line that you want forever. I am not just saying 10 minutes but hours just to try to change an appointment. You cant change the appointment online because it doesnt allow you. Terrible customer service.

I needed to get printed for an ID so I set up an appointment here for 820am. When the doors opened at 8 no one was there so I went in and they saw me right away. The whole thing took 10 minutes. Painless. The employee was kind and walked me through every step. This is the second time Ive had to go here over the years and both times were good experiences.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this location or company if you can help it. The communication is horrible. I scheduled an appointment for 8am on Thursday. I started driving to the location because I live 40 minutes away. I get an automated call 15 minutes before my appointment saying its been canceled. No explanation, no live person, no transfer to a person option. I drove by the office because I was practically there already. Office doesnt even open till 8:30am. Why allow people to book times when your office is closed? Furthermore they had a sign on the door saying all appointments were canceled until 1pm that day because the building doesnt have heat. I reschedule for the next day at 1:40pm. I called the corporate number because there is no phone number for the local office. Its 11:30am the day of my appointment, I ask the person at corporate to confirm my appointment and the heat is on at the building. She says, yeah, I cant get ahold of anyone but just go ahead and go. I refuse and ask for confirmation the building and office are open. I wait 15 minutes on hold and then she responds, oh, the building still doesnt have heat and your appointment is canceled. When was I going to receive notice that my appointment was canceled? I asked her on the phone and she said, yeah most people dont get notified when their appointment is canceled. What? How is this company even in business. No local phone numbers to talk to anyone, no confirmation emails of appointments, no consistent communication if your appointment has been canceled. Stay away.

When I went my appointment was fast, but now it’s been 3 weeks and I’m calling to check the status of my handlers card and when it should arrive but nobody answers the phone!

Very good place to get fingerprinted for job. Lady employee was very professional, knew exactly what to do and was very interactive. Had an appointment and was see about 10 minutes after time. A couple people in front of me, went quickly.

Very helpful and thorough group of people..recommended for fingerprint services, passport photos and TSA travel id services.

I was on the phone for over 45 minutes two different times and when I did get a hold of someone she constantly said she couldn’t help me. I also went into the building and a different lady said the same thing, that they changed their phones and I’m just going to have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get ahold of someone and she can’t make appointments in the building. I understand why she couldn’t Make appointments because she was the only employee working.... but why is she the only one working and why can’t the CUSTOMER SERVICE people help. I just had a few questions and she repeatedly told me she can’t help if I don’t know the answers. Why else would I be calling.....

I took off of work to attend my appointment, but it was closed due to the heat being out. There is no local number or contact to ensure that they are actually open at the time when your appointment is scheduled. I rescheduled for Shelbyville and was told several hours later that Shelbyville was closed. So, Ill have to take another 1/2 day off of work to come on another day. Hopefully, theyll be open and be able to honor my appointment on the third try. The lack of local contact is extremely frustrating. The only number available, the national number, kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes each time Ive called.

I went here to get fingerprinted for my licensure. They were very speedy and honestly very efficient. This was the first time I do anything like this and it was a very good experience overall.

They were very friendly, no wait time. Nice, clean office!

I came in early for my appointment, and it took 20 minutes before I could even check in. There’s a lobby full of people with only one employee working. The appointment time doesn’t matter at all. If you come here, plan to be here at least an hour and a half. Also, your check in time is the order they go by, not your appointment time which begs the question of why it exists in the first place. If I could give no stars, I would.

Says it will take 5 minutes to handle everything on the confirmation. Show up and 1 staff member is working for the entire day. ONE. People were not seen by their appointment time, check in was a disaster as the 1 employee was having to handle the actual work/tasks, and the wait was ridiculous. Do not recommend at all until they hire more people!

Absolutely the worst customer service in the history of the world the lady was two and a half hours late to work today and everybody who had an appointment just had to wait an extra two and a half hours for her and then she wasnt even ready to start work when she got there turned away a woman who had waited for two hours because she showed that it wasnt in her system as having an appointment today but then whenever she updated her system there yeah there was she had an appointment todaythen when you finally get up there then she acts like you didnt pay even though you can show a picture that you did pay know that still doesnt count you still have to pay again cuz shes got extort more money out of you now

I think the DMV is quicker than this place. I had an appointment one day and waited 30 min to be checked in only to find out their system was down. They had no way to give me a new appointment and told me to come back as a walk in. I came back as a walk in and their credit card system was down. The lady wasn’t very friendly and acted like I should’ve come back at a different time. I waited 40 min to be checked in and another 40 min to get just my fingerprints scanned. Plan on being here all day if they’re busy. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

The staff here are very nice and accommodating. Please sure to bring in your required documents, and some patience if your visit is during a busy time (mine was not) and you will be fine.

They dont understand the meaning of a state issued id. A state issued id is one issued by the state and cover more than just a driver license. The state issues Carry Permits and Identification cards that can be used instead of a drivers license. However, the ladies working would not take a state issued ID other than a drivers license.

You dont have to have appointment but is better to. I was told not needed but when I got there there was one person waiting, one person working. 3 others came in (apparently with appt), she even waited to see if one would no show or not. I was also told no pic needed, but they took one.

There’s one person here. I’ve had to wait an hour. By the way they don’t accept cash for some reason. Found out and now I have to wait extra because this company only pays one person to be here, and they don’t know what a damn cash register is.
