I have been buying all my tools from DZ Sales on a regular basis for the past 6 years and have enjoyed such excellent quality, price and service that I dare not even consider buying from another supplier.

I buy the occasional small part, a collet chuck or something of that nature. Quick, responsive, priced right, and so far as I can tell good quality.

I have purchased and used Cat 40 tool holders from DZ Sales for years. I have found the quality of the tool holders to be excellent in every aspect. I have purchased many ER collets of different sizes also and the quality is equally as good.The shipping is prompt and I have had personal conversations with the owner. He is a good man and stands behind his products.Oh did I forget the price? This is one of the main reasons I do business with DZ. The pricing is very competitive. The only problem I have is the tooling is so good that I cannot purchase any more presently because it lasts so long. LOL I highly recommend doing business with DZ sales and it is my number one go to place for my CNC tooling needs. I always buy from them if they have what I need and their inventory is always increasing with new products. Ordered their CNC Starter for $3500. Seemed like a great deal and I ordered it. They were missing some components which they explained to me and I was ok. After the 3 week wait time, they contacted me (3 days after the order was to be delivered) and stated that them payment method I was using was not policy for them to accept. So we had to scramble to pay them with a credit card.I received the kit and it included a vice/hold down assortment. The bolts do not fit in my HAAS CNC machine. When I contacted the rep he stated that the bolts are given as a courtesy and are not expected to fit all machines. I was then told to go and find the correct size myself. Not the answer you want to hear when you are overwelmed with all of the other details of setting up a new CNC machine for the first time.Based on my customer service experience I would NOT recommend this company to do business with.

I opened a job shop in Central Oregon 3 years ago. Being a small company on a tight budget, I have tried out many tooling companys looking for the best value. I have found DZs products excellent!! There cnc tool holders are as good or better than some of the big name companies at a fraction of the price. I have been disappointed at some of the import junk tooling that is being sold by online stores. All of my purchases from DZ have met or exceeded my expectations. Tiffany Bradford is the best at customer service and always makes sure my orders are shipped well packed and on the day of my order. No Im not getting paid for this review(lol) but am sick of the customer service and quality from some of these on line stores. Give them a try, you wont be sorry!!
