I Called to this location only to be denied service by an agent on the phone. I asked several questions about possibly receiving legal advice about my matter. The lady repeated ”we dont handle those kinds of cases sounds like a lemon law case”. I asked her ”What is the difference between lemon law cases and Auto dealer fraud” and then she then stated she wasnt sure so I asked ”Can I still receive legal advice from someone who may know more” and the lady again repeated the previous line ”we dont handle those type of cases” after advising me my situation was a lemon law case and there arent any attorneys available. Even if the attorney was wonderful the staff has already left a bad impression with their unwillingness to help.
