Great car wash with great benefits to their memberships and VIP they offer. Plus they have vacuums AND air guns to get dust and other lodged objects out of those tricky places for the ultimate detail.

A guy who works here tried to get me to buy an unlimited car wash plan. I told him no several times and that I just wanted a regular wash for $8. He would not let it go. Eventually after enough of me saying no I just want the one regular wash, he let me go through. I will not be coming back here. There is a much better car wash on memorial near Publix.

The employees were friendly and I didnt feel they were pushy as others described. What I didnt like was that my car NEVER got clean! I bought the platinum membership and there was still bugs on the wind shield and grill and I only do in town driving. I couldve understood if I was driving in the country or alot of night night time driving. The sides of my car never got clean and add to that the tire treatment would cause black specks on my car. one time I would have to say my car was cleaner before I went thru the wash. The vaccum was great wish there had been floor mat cleaning machines. I would rather pay for a quality car wash then quantity wash. And for the price per month I was expecting there to be the stuff there for me to do the inside of my windows

BEWARE DECEPTIVE SALESMAN! When I arrived at the wash, the “salesman” asked me which wash I wanted. He did not at any point ask if I wanted to sign up for the unlimited membership. Instead of selecting the wash I requested, he tapped the unlimited wash club button, and shoved the paperwork into my vehicle. While I wasn’t looking, he slid his hand into my car to place the RFID tag. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I figured I would just cancel the membership, but the more I thought about it, the more I realized how disingenuous, underhanded, sneaky, and unacceptable his behavior was. His deceptive and predatory practices are why I will never be returning here.

I wish the vacuums were a little stronger but the wash is the best. I like going there.

Great quality wash. But when I pull up I can decide what wash I need. I told the guy at least 6 times which one I wanted cause he kept pressuring me into his monthly plan. I said if I knew i was going to be pressured at the car wash I would’ve never pulled in. He proceeds to say “I’m going to be honest bro, that’s how it’s going to be”. I will not be returning to this. That is very horrible on business. I’d rather have the customer that comes in every two months to buy the 12 dollar wash than pressure them into the 30 dollar monthly plan and run everyone off.

Came through this morning (6/18/21) and purchased the Gold wash. After I was done vacuuming my car, I was not satisfied with the spots left on one side of the exterior. I spoke with the gentleman and he offered to have me run back through at no charge. Customer service is 5 stars here!!

Its to fast dont get your car clean for the money you pay. Im paying 22.00 and my car still has dirt on it and rain spots from the road. Its a waist of my money. Im going back to washing by hand so I know my car gets clean.

I went to go look at their prices and ended up in the line. So I was just going to get the or cheapest options. The employees pushed a hardcore upsell. I informed him I did not want the monthly membership. He then pushed me to get their most expensive car wash. Should have read the other reviews I guess. But how hard is it to screw this up? I guess not as hard as I thought.

Upon canceling my plan they took $45 out of my account would not return my money because of policy. My car never got clean and the service stuck . I do not recommend. PLEASE SAVE your money or go to a different Car Wash !!!!!

Just as everyones mentioned they immediately try to sell you on the unlimited membership. Nonetheless decided to try it out and got the Platinum Plus wash thats normally $22 and was disappointed. The wash left water spots, dirt on the trunk and turned my mirrors. Well at least thats right and can honestly say that Tommys car wash is farrrr better

If this car wash truly cared about their customers, they would clean the tunnel like they are supposed to on a somewhat consistent basis. Ive been going for two weeks now and they have not cleaned the tunnel at all. Mister Car Wash always keeps their tunnels clean, its called simple housekeeping. Dont send your customers cars into a dirt trap. Also, the car wash isnt that good. Youre better off going with Mr. Car Wash or Sudsys down the road. Such a shame!

Hi. The whole, having a guy stand at the paying machine to click the buttons for you and try to upsell you or get you to buy a membership thing, NO ONE likes that. Its especially annoying and inconsiderate when theyre never wearing masks either. I often put off coming here because I dont want to have to do the whole song and dance everytime.

This is my go-to carwash in Murfreesboro. They have a monthly subscription that gives you unlimited washes at whatever price level you choose. Plus it has free vacuums after you wash.

My experience with wash n roll has been horrible. When i first signed up for monthly debit to my card,they said I could drive back through and they would cancel my membership for me and that I didnt have to go online to do it. Drove back through before my membership expired and man took my information and walked over to middle computer and was there awhile. He came back and said he couldnt get a receipt to print, but assured me that it was cancelled. Then my card gets billed for another month. !!! I called customer service several times and havent heard from them in over a week. Im going to report Wash N Roll to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow.

The employees are rude. The guy aggressively selling the monthly unlimited car wash is ridiculous. I thought I had a one off experience until my spouse went to the same car wash and had a similar experience. Based on these reviews it’s a common occurrence and the commission platform for employees is not working for customers. My favorite part is the person running these review responses keep saying “this is unacceptable. We’ll look into it” and yet the same stories keep being posted. I understand why the majority of your reviews are one star.

Very convenient, but the prices compared to similar car washes is higher, so I dont know why. Cause the basic cost as much as some others top deluxe package. A few dollars coming off each package would bring more and returning customers especially since that area is a lot of college. They dont want to fork out all they money they have if they can go down the street and pay less for something better.

I never leave 1 star. As a matter of fact I leave 5 stars even if the service was bad so I dont hurt the company for an employees mistake. But this place is bad. The wash is good but the guys scrubbing cars are rude and the vacuum is horrible. My granny has a Hover from 1972 with a blown gasket and it sucks harder then tYour vacuums. I asked for help and was told I am canceled I will not get a refund and basically told no one cares. So here is 1 star I wont be back

I would have given less stars if I could. Beware of promotions. They give you a cancel date that’s false. They NEVER answer the phone, the emails are short and rude. I called constantly from 3:30 until 6, when they closed. The man said to cancel by the 28th. He wrote STOP, circled it and then verbally told me again to be sure to cancel no later than the 28th. Of course no one was there that day so I had to do it online. I got a confirmation of cancellation and just hours later my card was charged. I emailed, explained, and was pretty much told too bad. I was told that the date on top would give me the cancel date and quickly changed their mind when I sent the requested pic. I even promised to never go to this wash again. Still nothing. I just want my money back that was taken within permission.

I love the convenience of this location, but I absolutely cannot stand the fact that every time I go to this car wash there is a man standing at the kiosk (maskless during a PANDEMIC) borderline harassing me to buy the monthly membership and continuously trying to sell it to me when I have declined multiple times. No means no dude. A self service kiosk where you don’t have to speak to anyone is ideal during times like this, so I don’t understand the reasoning behind having someone else touch your card and be in close proximity to your face and vehicle. Definitely will steer clear and go somewhere else because it makes me so uncomfortable.

Even with a line for wash, it went fast. Workers are helpful. Vaccum is free. Usually they are very good, today I got a vaccum that must of been clogged.

If you try to cancel, they won’t refund money for what you haven’t used. In short after using them for 2 years, they were willing to loose a customer for 45.00. I was going to start back up later but I guess they need the money more than me. The wash wasn’t cleaning anyway like it should for the money. Most definetly do not recommend ! Don’t understand the way people run a business.

This place is a good place to go for a car wash.. And as long as you get a 16.00 car wash they are offering the December month for free and you can go twice a day. Employees are nice.

Have been to this car wash before. It’s fine. The wash was fine. BUT the MASKLESS guy standing at the bay trying to sign people up for their monthly plan made us turn around and vow to never go back. Honestly, I didn’t want to wait inline for 10 min anyway just to be given the sales pitch anyway.If you are going to try to sell me something, please don’t give me Corona Virus while you do it. You pull up for a wash and the huckster at the gate is offering you a wonderful deal of 20$ for a month of unlimited washes and then they tell you after about all the hoops you have to jump through to cancel it, and then when you do cancel it surprise, they bill you $40+ anyways. Once you call their extremely low quality customer service line for the 10th time before they answer, you get someone who is lets say is - not very versed in customer service give you the runaround and do nothing for you. Thank heavens my bank has a nice department that handles unauthorized charges like this very promptly and I was able to receive my money back. Also I will now go down the street to the Sudsys for all of my families car wash needs from now on. 0 Stars

Belt messed up and the operator did not know how to reset it so after waiting 10 min to go through, they didnt even give us the Platinum Plus car wash, it was the Bronze which is significantly less!

This place is a SCAM! DO NOT SIGN UP!YOU CANNOT CANCEL! Cancelled online *(the ONLY way to do so)* with four days til renewal, and here I am still being charged two months later. When I called, I was put on an endless hold. Awesome. Theyll also slap a sticker on the inside of your car that DOES NOT COME OFF. GENIUSES. The car wash itself is dirty and run down after just a few months of being open... It is clear it is NOT maintained, and the waste is just dumped into the little forest next door. There is a nasty, stagnant pond there, where there used to be nothing.

This place is a pyramid scheme, all I wanted was a quick one time car wash and they used my card info without my consent to sign me up for a membership that I didn’t want.

The guy that rings you up wasn’t wearing a mask and for some reason INSISTS on getting 2 feet from your face to talk to you when paying for your car wash. That’s unbelievable to me during a pandemic and so uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Went to the car wash & of course the greeter was forcing a more expensive wash on me, stating I would get a month of free washes if I went with a $12 and up wash instead of the $8. When I denied, he proceeded to tell me he did not understand my decision and that I should do it because he is commissioned based... I still told him I wanted the $8 wash, and when I drove away he yelled “I hope you remember this when my kids don’t get Christmas”. I get trying to sell the products, but making it seem like my one wash was going to get his kids Christmas was just outrageous! Will not be back because of how un mannered the staff are.

Good, cheap car washes. But - the staff are getting increasingly aggressive with trying to upsell, to the point of being rude. I dont mind a little push to try and make money, but this kind of treatment is going to eventually send me to one of their many competitors.

Before I went through the bay this huge scratch wasn’t there. When I politely asked an employee what the process was for vehicle damage he told me, “l’m just one person and you’ll have to wait.” I would have gladly waited with out the rude comment. It was unnecessary.

My bank account was drafted the day after I canceled the membership I hadnt used. ***2 MONTHS*** of emails and 2 facebook messages later I got a call from customer service about the impossibility of a refund because their records show the draft should have happened the day before (Monday rather than Tuesday). I hope the $30 was worth my family NEVER paying for a wash there again. Funny how much more money they could have made in the future, but the obvious attitude is that my business wont be missed. Lesson learned. Definitely do not recommend based on customer service.

Monthly service ripoff. Signed up for monthly rate then the next month cancelled. Because tire shine is not a tire shine, rinse does not get rid of all the soap. The Next month they charged my card again! I called for refund they said no refunds. Manager Conner Said I cannot speak to owner. Will be cancelling my monthly plan. Today the car wash scratched both of my review mirrors. I’ve had issues with it in the past, it never gets the car even close to being dry and leaves certain spots on the car dirty every time.

Paid for the family package was under the assumption I could wash my car as much as I wanted I work in a dirty place so I wash my car every couple of days. Then they proceeded to tell me Im out of washes after only a week. I wont make that mistake again.

This car wash ripped my back wiper off my new suv, which cost me $75 to order from the dealership and does not include installation fees. I emailed their customer service concerning the issue over a week ago, and still have not heard from them. Also, the vacuum has a short hose, and the vacuum head is not completely attached. You have to hold it on for it to work. Please, find somewhere else.

I drove through the car wash and deliberately said “no” to their monthly membership several times. The sales rep took my card to pay for the ONE car wash I requested. A month later, I had a charge for their membership on my card. The sales MANAGER signed me up for the membership without my permission. The only good thing is that the other sales manager was kind enough to cancel the membership and refund me.

Free car washes through July 31st. Close to home and the ability to cancel if you, like me, never wash your car. BUT, maybe you actually WASH your car more than once a year (mine gets washed on Fathers Day). Give them a try...my car looked great but alas, I should have waxed it to take advantage of the free wash...

Really irritated, it closes at 8 I called and it’s posted online. It’s 7:20 and I am vacuuming out my car and the kid turns everything off! One of the only reasons come here is because it’s close and they have vacuums. When I asked he was just like sorry closed. Really unprofessional and irritated. Won’t be coming back.

Signed up for the discounted month at the highest tier wash package. Went through several times, got the car nice and clean and cancelled my membership a week before my second billing date. Didnt receive confirmation of my cancellation but emailed Kenneth and he quickly replied to confirm my cancellation. Pretty decent experience.

I dont usually get car washes, but this place offered a month of free car washes so I didnt wanna just pass it up. They get you hooked like netflix, charging your card $0 and then when the months up, boom $43 for your next month of unlimited car washes at the top rate. Theyre very clear about it... they dont try to deceive you, but instead plan on you forgetting to quit

This is quite possibly one of the worse car washes in Murfreesboro. What kills me is that we really need a good car wash out on that side of town. Everyone I know says the same thing about how bad the wash is... I was really hoping that this would be a good place! The reason for the two stars is the guy that helped with the first visit and getting my membership started. I have never met a more capable person in customer service. Please consider finding another car wash system... we will check in from time to time to see if it’s better... BTW the guys that pretend to scrub the bugs off are worthless... to management: let them go save that money and by a better auto system...

Seems like Im not the only one who had the experience of them saying I was only to be charged 20 bucks a month and turn around and be charged $45 a month. Absolutely terrible.... The wash itself doesn’t even clean your car, and on top of that, every vacuum I’ve used has broke on me. Furthermore, they had me pay $20 for a deal where I could get washes all month, but never told me they would charge me $45 a month for it. I’ve called them five times to cancel it and every time they’ll say “it canceled” and then I get charged again. They steal your money and the whole place is a scam...

They use recycled water to rinse and it leaves a black film when it dryers. They know about but continue to do it

Dont waste your time at this Zero Star dirt trap as another reviewer called it because its true. There was a film of some kind on my windshield and big water spots all over as soon as I pulled out of the wash! I have a membership and use Wash n Roll often in Nashville (Madison) but never at this location. This location has low suds and lame water and left my black SUV much dirtier than when I arrived. Now I have to go back to my usual Nashville location to get it cleaned. Ridiculous!

Vacuums not working told employee at the entrance it wasn’t he said wasn’t his department never solved the problem I usually use the south church location I won’t be back to this location.

My was hope for fireworks n balloons what I got was a used toothbrush and a bag of garbage. The car wash didn’t do a good job, don’t offer Windex or glass cleaner, and the garage cans were all full. Suggestions hire more people, fire management, offer windex for the windows. If you need more suggestions just ask

I went through two different times in the same visit because my car did not get clean. Plus there was alot of soap still on my vehicle after exiting the wash bay. The attendant sent me through a second time because I was unhappy with the wash. He said he didnt want me going away unhappy, but even after a second wash, the same dirty spots were still there, and there were a lot of still dirty areas. For $20 I expected a clean vehicle!!! I most definitely will not go back!!!
