This time of year my car gets so dirty, Due to the tree sap from the trees in my driveway.I’ve taking through so many car washes and they never come close to getting my car clean. When I went here they took so much time scrubbing my car almost longer than the car wash. The district manager came out and offered me a special. I thought that was so nice for him to do that they gave me my money back for my car wash and gave me a great deal on unlimited washes. My car looks amazing and definitely worth Paying for a membership if I know I’m going to get this kind of treatment and care for my car. -happy customer Kandi

Went to the Clown car wash here and it was so incredibly fun. All of our friends piled in a car getting scared by clowns. We ended up making friends with a few clowns and overall it was just a fabulous time!

This is the best car wash on Church street, hands down! I live in Shelbyville but dont like the service at our car wash. Take 5 treats your car like their own and the automatic wash is great! I highly recommend you try them. You wont be disappointed!

Used to love this place when it was Sudsys. Ever since the company changed, I haven’t been. I decided to try it today. Paid for the $10 wash. After the wash was done, it’s supposed to dry the car. I mean. It’s a car wash, everyone knows how it works lol. The dryer did NOT turn on. I had to use my wipers to clear the water, and had to dry the car myself. I understand that the dryers do not dry cars completely, but it didn’t even turn on. I called after because I was not sure if they let people come in because of COVID. I left a voicemail, and never heard back. Will not be returning.

When it was Sudsy it was a great place.Now the people working there would rather talk amongst themselves then safely guide you vehicle in.And my monthly service use to get my vehicles tires shined and dried, no longer.Now it is time to cancel my service and find somewhere else to go.

It is a short wash but seemed to do a good job. I did like that the dryer at the end has side and top drying clothes that go over the car.

Former biz had a $10 car wash with a 48hr re-wash certificate, and the de-facto shammy/windex in the vacuum area.Take 5 (new biz) bumped the $10 wash to $15, eliminated the re-wash cert, and removed the self-service cleaning items from the vacuum area. BYO I guess?Happy to pay inflation-adjusted rates, and the 48hr cert always felt like a bonus so no biggie there, but the empty towel area left me feeling “gouged”.Best of luck to all, but I’ll look elsewhere.

The best experience for my money at this car wash. And it was very clean, the employees were courteous and had smiling faces. I would definitely recommend this car wash overall in Murfreesboro. I loved it!

Definitely NOT Sudsys! Nearly tore both mirrors off! We had to roll both windows down during wash to pull both mirrors back. Scary for my kids! Never had that happen ever. Only one nasty cloth available despite asking. Yes, I took a pic. Vacs arent as powerful as they once were. Wheres Sudsys?

Renewed my monthly service. Wanted to know the different packages and prices, but employees didn’t know pricing and he had no pamphlets with information. Car wash didn’t get my car clean left black marks all down side of car and tire shine has never worked. Very disappointed rethinking my subscription.

They r trying to do better now. We r about to cancel our membership. I was bad there for a while.Really upset today we have a membership and they tried to charge my husband 10.00 for a car wash

I got the basic 15 monthly package for my work vehicle. The guys are poor workers that are at the beginning. Dont know why they are even there. Leaves spots on my vehicle but windows are clean

Has really gone down in quality. My wheels are never cleans well, sometimes dirtier than when I came. Never get a full dry. Always water spots everywhere. The vacuum always clogged. But employees are always nice at least.Added picture of the tiers and monthly cost. Maybe it takes you spend $30+ to get a decent car wash.

Took the fiancé’s car in here for a wash, it left the bugs all over the car, didn’t get all the dirt off the car, and I even bought the $15 wash. Save your money and take it somewhere else or just do it yourself, not worth it at all.

I Had just bought a brand new vehicle for my wife. While going through the wash cycle the equipment snapped off the factory splash guard. Immediately after the wash this was noticed and was reported it to the on site tenant. After giving all my information and taking pictures of the damage, I was told that a manager would call me to discuss reimbursement. I never got a reply from the business and/or the main company. This is not how a professional business should treat local customers.

My first time. Price was a little high but end result was fabulous. They have a club u can join but is no where near my usual routes so I did not partake.

Paid for highest wash they offer and car was not clean no where near cleaned. This is the worse wash i have ever had here and then there was no rags to clean your windows or to get the rest of the dirt off my car. The vacuum on the left didnt work the one on the right worked well

Something is always broken there and no towels to dry your car off when everything is working. Not happy or worth it

The place is always broke down for some reason. The last two times I was forced to spend money elsewhere, and I have a membership. Guess I’ll try somewhere else after this month.

I go through this car wash every time Im in Tennessee. It does a really good job of cleaning the car, and the vacuums are free! What a concept, something needed and useful is FREE.

Sad they took away the cleanser spray away. Liked the black cleaning rags better.

I prefer this car wash company over any of the others Ive used. I always get a great wash and I really appreciate that they have rags and spray for the interior readily available and easily accessible. I also really appreciate that you can pull in to use the rags, sprays, and vacuums for free without having to wash your car. The staff have always been helpful too. I wish they had more locations in the middle TN area.

Pretty good car wash but it doesnt clean the rear window in my SUV. Seems to do a good job elsewhere. Drying doesnt work that well.

So ive been going here for awhile it was a good wash for awhile but it isnt washing the vehicles very good anymore and it been leaving a black film i have to wipe off everytime i go through it now very disappointing if they get everything back up to par i will stay there with my vehicles. I have the ultimate wash package so another reason its kind of disappointing i shouldnt have to wipe it down after i get out of there because there is a black film down the side.

The car wash is shut down for maintenance very often. The towels are not available 90% of the time. Half of the vacuums don’t work well and sometimes they are blocked off or shut down.

Great carwash. Tends to be crowded so give yourself so extra time.

Its my familys favorite car wash and the kids love the different color lights that accent the soap suds while going through the wash!

I enjoy the monthly come as often as you wish deal. I have a ceramic coating so the washing doesnt mar the surface. They provide towels to dry your vehicle and free vacuuming to paying customers. I love a clean car...runs in my blood. Whats not to like?

I go there twice a week to wash my truck automatic go through it. I pay by the month so I dont have to stop and wait in that line. Every month you get a free car in Scent. After your car wash they have window cleaner Rags vacuum that you can use free. Before Car Wash could wash the bugs off your car and your tires. Friendly people, always have a smile on their face, always willing to help, and always doing Above & Beyond of their expectations. I recommend this car wash to everybody.

We love Sudsy’s! It’s a happy place to get your car cleaned. Also love the complimentary towels and cleaner as well as vacuums to clean inside your car. Also you can get a second cleaning on your receipt within a day or so.

Car wash is horrible and at the end..the blower/spin mechanisms were functioning only at half capacity. Tires, sides, and front of my car were still dirty. I shouldn’t have to go back around to wipe dirt off. Two stars for having vacuums for convenience. Waste of $15.

Bought a new vehicle about a month ago and shortly after went on vacation. Came back and decided to take my car here for a quick wash. Had an ad on facebook for a free $25 wash (Their most expensive one with ceramic coating which if anyone knows anything about ceramic coatings, its likely they use a ceramic infused soap but its not going to be a true ceramic product. So thats pretty gimmicky). Looked up reviews and seemed like a good place. I normally never go to automatic washes as Im very particular about my vehicles. Normally only wash by hand but I live in an apartment where that isnt always possible, but wanted to get a quick wash done before going to work. I will say, the facility itself is nice and I like having the prep area before you pull in to put your own products on. So I did put bug remover on my car as well as other cleaning products I use before going through the wash to give it the best possible chance of getting clean. The process of going through is very quick. Almost suspiciously fast at how long it takes to get through the tunnel so I lost a little hope there. When I pulled around to the vacuuming area and inspected my car, my suspicions were true. To a normal person that doesnt care all that much about a clean vehicle, Id say its passable. But for me, there was still remnants of soap all along the top and sides of the car which I had to use my own detail spray to get off. The back and front bumper of the car didnt even look touched. What ever tire dressing spray they use in the tunnel is just awful. It coated all of my wheels completely in a brown goo like substance, which again, using my own wheel cleaner, I cleaned all of my wheels. The nozzle on the vacuums...Also, subpar. Its big and bulky. Impossible to get in between seats and door sills, etc.Again, to a normal person that just wants a quick wash to get excess dirt off, this is fine. For a person that expects a wash that completely cleans the outside of your vehicle, this isnt the answer. 3 stars for the nice facility and convenience. Docking the 2 stars for the poor wash, especially for the price that someone would pay for it. Unfortunately, I dont see myself returning.

Best CarWash in the Boro. Cleans every time. Make sure you wipe it down and wax on wax off. Makes all the difference in the world.

I kinda wish they had one in Smyrna Id use them all the time then misters. Sudsy still had the 48 guarantee wash (after purchasing the high dollar wash) which misters no longer has, free vacuums (they both have) but sudsy have free drying towels (to use)

Gets the car pretty close to perfect. Does leave some grime and bugs and doesnt fully dry the car, but it still does a great job. Havent found a place that beats the quality.Edit: In response to the owners reply. I am paying for the monthly top package. I wouldnt expect to have to manually ensure my car is good to go at that price.

Customer service was great but the car wash itself was not very good. My car never came out clean in the month that I used the service.

I went here about a week ago and I loved it. The prices seemed pretty affordable, but when I was trying to pay, it said I was a Lucky duck! First time going there and I was a random winner. So I enjoyed a free $20 wash. You get to vacuum out your car and use window cleaners for free. I also think it is a neat idea for people having the option to become a member for unlimited washes if they do go that often. If you just go once a month, youll be better to just pay the $20. But over that, I think the membership would be a good investment. Ill be going back when I can!!!

I used to come here all the time just for the basic $6 wash and to vacuum out my car. Now the cheapest wash they have is $10. Thats way too much for a basic wash. Now I go to Wash n Roll on south rutherford. They have a $7 wash which gets the job done great and their vacuums work great since the place is practically brand new.

I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this place. The staff is young but very respectful. I just wished they would designate one lane for Fast Pass members only. This way the members dont have to sit in long lines and wait for other customers to put their money in the machine, and ponder for 5 minutes on their wash options. It may also encourage others to sign up for the monthly plans. Just a thought!!

Monthly unlimited washes is a great deal. Unless you like to wash your own car and save a couple of dollars. They have recently updated their equipment, which makes it a better value for what they charge. There is a line sometimes, but you wait in the comfort of your car.

Best car wash for you money in Murfreesboro! $10 for the basic wash that includes super powerful vacuums, air for your tires, rags to wipe down your interior, and a spray bottle! I have tried all of the cat washes that I am aware of in Murfreesboro and nothing holds a candle to this place. 5 stars!

Everytime i go around 430 pm they are closed . Not worth carrying a membership if they close before the time they say they stay open to.

Best car wash in Murfreesboro. Long hoses on the vacuumed and free towels to use for me to spot dry my car are the things that put them ahead of the competition.

One of the best car washes around Middle Tennessee. I like the added touch of the oldies music playing on the speakers, making for an upbeat environment in the vacuum area. Also, there is a place to pull off & do any prep work to your car or truck before you go through the gate and into the wash. Equipment looks to be in great shape, as well.

Fastest way to throw away $15. For all the brushes and drapes, it doesnt clean your car as well as a gas station touch-less. Hatchbacks dont get the rear window clean, side mirrors dont get clean and the tire scrubber will only do 1 or 2 tires.Went there out of desperation and will never return.

For a self serve car wash, this one is great! I cant say my car was super clean, but only in the front. Really liked that they supplied vacuums, window cleaner and towels. Although, the vacuum we used didnt have a lot of suction, I had to vacuum twice.

Canceled my membership..... I was told I had to go through the car wash before I could use vacuums. I stated to the employee that I had children with me who were afraid to go in the car was and he refused to let me vacuum my car...... Charging me nearly $40 a month for almost 2 years and this is how you treat your customers..... my wife will also cancel hers as soon as i tell her the story.... there are plenty of other car washes...

Paid $15 for my car wash and it didnt look like it wash anything on my car. The rims were still dirty. Worst ever. I dont think it was working properly. The guy that directed me in, only sprayed 1 side of my car. It was not worth my time. Terrible I will not be back.

Best car wash in murfreesboro. They offer product for inside car detailing after you wash your car with no charge. About a 15 min wait on a beautiful day cause they are he best. No worries.

Have been a loyal customer for several years, purchasing the monthly pass. I am older and dont hear all that well. Went into get the car washed but was denied entry by the automatic sensor. The manager came out and without any review, indicated that my card payment was denied. I couldnt hear the manager and asked him to repeat himself, but loud and clear enough to be heard. Was very unimpressed with the response and the patronizing treatment received after years of being a loyal customer. Turns out, money was taken from the checking account, on time and with no denial. Very poor customer service. There are other car washes.
