Paid 150 for my car to be fully detailed which was SUPPOSED to include seats being shampooed. My seats weren’t shampooed. The outside of the car & inside looked great, but the main reason I went was for my seats. Won’t be back.

They did an excellent job. The truck looked 200 percent better.

Their work was unbelievably incredible. If I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes I would not have believed it. Best detailing shop I have ever dealt with. Thank you guys a ton!!!

On 01/18/20, Leon the owner of Right Way Auto Detail damaged my Nissan Altima while conducting an interior detail by melting the passenger side door with a heater in an attempt to dry it faster. Leon charged me full price for the interior detail ($100) despite the damage stating that he would fix it for me. He waiting several weeks before he informed me that the work was ready to be done and during that time frame (from 01/18/20 to 02/07/20) I got into a car accident and my car got totaled; however, when I explained to him what happened to my Nissan Altima Leon agreed to complete an interior detail of my new car when it needed it; however, when I attempted to take him up on his offer, he declined to complete a full interior detail and instead stated that he would only be willing to vacuum my rugs and seats and wipe down the car. This is unacceptable as this is not what was agreed upon. Leon damaged my vehicle, charged me full price despite the damage, and is now reneging on making it right. I would not use Right Way Auto Detail for future services instead Starbrite details for the same price with better customer service and also have a location in Murfreesboro, TN. There you will find a black business owner that is a man of his word unlike Leon and who does great work and cares about his customers.

I called 3 other car detailing companies to perform a exterior and interior detailing on my 7 year old vehicle before settling upon RightWay. The prices ranged from $160 to $215; may I add, I am a college student and do not have money to just throw away like that. When I found out about RightWay, I quickly jumped at the opportunity. I must say that I went in thinking, “low prices, cheap work.” I am very happy to say that I was strongly mistaking. My car looks BEAUTIFUL on the inside and out. They even seemed to be able to get some off the stains out of my seat and buff out scratches that were made as a result of a wreck. I am beyond satisfied, and I’ll recommend these hardworking men for anyone who is interested in car work.

Thank you guys so much for detailing my car! It looks amazing! My family asked me if I got a paint job. And a couple days ago I gave my coworkers car a jump. When they lifted the hood to put on the cables, they said Oh my God! Thats gotta be the cleanest engine Ive ever seen. Im a super satisfied customer, keep doing a great job. Integrity goes a long way. Ill be getting my boyfriends car done next, and were getting the full package!

This is the only place I use on my cars and truck. Tried several before, but have never been disappointed here. Brad and Leon are hands on car buffs that take pride in their work. Honest, thorough, and consistently in making a silk purse out of a sows ear. They only take cash so hit the ATM on the way to pick up your car. Well worth it!

I honestly have no idea how the reviews are so high. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Now I have dents in the roof of a brand new truck that I have to pay for out of pocket cause the owner has no integrity at all. Completely dishonest .
