I was referred to DVF by my previous tax preparer who retired. I was very pleased with their service. They were prompt in answering questions and filing my tax returns and related paperwork. They are professional in every respect. I would highly recommend them.

I was very displeased with Ms. Sutton. I filed taxes with her through Dempsey, Vantrease & Follis last year. Both of my parents had filed taxes through her as well. Although I was clear that I filed separately (as I neither live at home nor am I financially supported by my parents), she filed me as a dependent. She would not give a quote for her pricing, stating it was standard to bill after the tax season but it would not cost much for my taxes. Several months and several un returned calls later, the total cost was over $900 (over three times what the normal cost is). Her office would not return my voicemails either and they never seemed to be available to speak. I highly encourage potential clients to take their business elsewhere.
