I take my 4-yr-old son here for haircuts. Kristin does a great job. She makes him comfortable. She makes it a fun experience for him. Fast, cute haircuts. I highly recommend this place.

They gave me a bad haircut and it wasn’t even what I asked for. I asked for a small trim and they cut many inches off my hair

They did a fantastic job! However we did arrive 30 minutes before closing I was still treated very kindly. Staff is super friendly and the store is extremely clean! Stop reading and get to trimming!!!

All of the stylist are great. My 2 sons, girlfriends son, and I all get our hair cut here, and have never had any issues whatsoever. I am always pleased with our haircuts, and I dont have to give them much direction on how we want it. Most of the time I just tell them to do it the same as last time, and they have that information saved and know exactly how to do it. I love being able to check in online and show up right on time to get right in. I highly recommend them for mens and boys haircuts. P.S. accept the upgrade to MVP, its very relaxing and so worth the extra time and small increase in cost. You deserve it!

As I normally do, yesterday I went on line and checked in for a haircut. As usual I got a text to tell me I could check in with the staff so I walked in, the lady asked my name so I told her and so as I expected there was someone in front of me so when she told me to wait in the car and I would get a text when my stylist was ready did not seem outside the norm as this has been the process Im accustomed too when I get my hair cut here. After waiting 15 mins in the car, I went back in and a different person helped on me. When she said, I was wondering where you went I told her I was told to wait in the car for a text. She said well I didnt hear anyone say that. My thoughts were of course not, you werent even in the room, as she was not, so no you didnt hear it. Luckily I didnt have to wait long. Cut was OK, got home and found stray hairs everywhere.

Signed in online and arrived a few minutes before the time it suggested of 2:43 p.m. Once arrived signed in and screen said 3 min wait for me and 28 min for my guest. The time counted down 2, 1, and then On Deck. Lady (Ashley) came up did a few clicks then called someone elses name. I looked and seen my wait time had went up to 24 mins and my guess to 43. Apparently they do not need the business since they can just do whatever they like. At 3:15, I received a text alert my stylist will be ready in 15 mins. She can wait as long as she wants, not giving my business to people like that.

Was very busy at time of checking in and was told it could be up to an hour wait,which was fine with me..After a couple No Shows I was in a seat within 15 mins,and Kristina did an Awesome job!! Thank You Kristina for the clean cut!!

My husband and two sons just had their hair chopped by 3 older ladies that work there. They took in photos of what they wanted, and my youngest son came out with a buzzed cut that should have been cut with scissors. Will NOT be back

I have been going to Sport Clips at the Avenue since it opened. The staff at this location is helpful, courteous, and I have never had a bad experience. The new online check-in app is worth downloading to ensure low wait times. Highly recommend!

Been twice and each time they did a great job. Hardly any wait and was in and out in 30 mins including the MVP package that gets you a shampoo and massage chair. Convenient location right beside Best Buy.

Consistantly great haircuts, that cannot be said about all Sports Clips locations.

Service here is quick and painless, no one yells at you when you walk in, you dont need an appointment, etc. You can check in online or check in on the computer when you get there. Unless you have some hella good personal barber thats your guy, you just need a quick haircut that isnt going to make you look like a fool, this is the place to go. I recommend getting the triple play -everything in here is football related basically- its like 27 dollars or something like it but its worth it 100% for the steaming hot towel and massage. Havent done me wrong, but I do get a relatively simple haircut (though I have had barbers botch it, surprisingly) also the chairs in the waiting area are comfortable enough.

We came here because my son decided to cut about 6 inches off of his hair. We opted here because I wanted somewhere that should be familiar with male hairstyles, opposed to somewhere like great clips, and we didnt need a barber (shave).. I know it can vary from person to person and shop to shop but I was NOT impressed. He ended up with a 70 year old womans cut... Weve got to wait another week or 2 to let it grow out a little and relax before we can try to find a cut to repair it... Id never tell my son all this, but hes not in love with it either. It was so bad we did not ask the stylist to even fix it...
