Like the place. Hard to get to if you dont know the area...it pays to pay attention to details and good and geo location of your own self.

Erick will make you think that he is your friend and he is willing to help you any way he can but the truth is that he just want to charge you as much money as posible, on the day of my daughter quiceanera event ones the full rental amount is paid in full, he changes he askme to be there at 9:00 am and said that if i didnt make it over at 9:00 he was going to charge me extra to come back, when I got there the place wasnt ready the bathrooms stunk, so I went to the store to get deodorants for both bathrooms, he asked me for 300 hundred dollars key deposit on top of the 4k I had all ready paid him that included sitting for 200 people, trash removal and clean up included, that the catering crew came over, he didnt let them warm up the food on the out side of the building untill I paid him an other $150 dollars non refundable fee, when the event was done he found many reasons of why I wasnt going to get my key deposit back, than my wife forgot stuff in the place because he rushed us out of the building, we try to call him, and he never awnser the phone! Until I used a different phone number, may be this will help you all on making a desition on renting this place! My experience with this guy was aufull and disappointing on many ways! By the way theres a new event center with much better rental terms, and less expensive, coming up right off the four lane in between mcminnville and Woodbury by the signal tower coming soon!
