If you need towing anywhere near Murfreesboro, TN, this is the company to call. Not only were they less expensive than the 3 other companies I called before I found them, their service was top notch. Andy was incredibly concerned about what I needed and he took care of me immediately. Chris, the driver, the total professional. very concerned about safety, the safety of the car, making sure everything went perfect. I have almost never experienced an overall experience this good and I recommend these people 1,000%. I will ALWAYS call Packs Towing if I ever need help with towing a vehicle.

These folks were wonderful to deal with. Picked up our truck and delivered it to the repair shop for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

First of all, they answered the phone on the holiday, the man was nice, they were very reasonably priced, and they came within 15 minutes.

These people have stolen two vehicles from me. The most recent car was stolen and recovered by police while I was out of town. They charged me thousands of dollars to return it. I talked to the people every other day til I came up with the money to pay them to give my car back only to be told they had sold my car at auction the day I was going to get it. So the police recovered my car from petty thieves only to have my car stolen by packs towing. These people are heartless. Their towing license is only a license to steal. The lady who answers the phone is one of the the rudest most foul mouthed people I have ever had to deal with. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone unless you want your property stolen from you.

They always take care of me and all of my friends, always in a good time frame and the best rates. All of my cars are lowered and they never have problems. Thanks for every time yall have picked me up

Great customer service! Would recommend to anyone in the area! We were from out of town and called and they were there within 10 minutes of our call. He even told us to follow him to a place to get our tire fixed since we didnt know where we were going!

This company towed 2 cars of ours at different times. The first car they lied &swore they didn’t have it. I had to call back and say the police said they had the car and walaaa they had the car. The second car we called on the way as asked then gets there have to wait forever for them Then they try to say the were about to close and come Back the next day. They are very rude and dont give a damn about anyone’s time But their own.. and the prices was another story since we got there. Hope they get closed down ASAP!!

Difficult to get ahold of anyone, lot is not very secure, and worst of all the employees are just kinda rude. If your car gets towed by these people beware and get it back as quickly as possible as the lot fees are outrageous. I think the truck driver was possibly be drunk because of the coordination and attitude problems.

Definitely don’t recommend them. I was charged 50.00 for a towing but the guy never towed my car instead he gave me a jump off for 50.00 he also told me to go get my car checked out and if I break down he will give me a tow since he owe me one. Well my car broke down I was stranded outside on the side of the road with my son in the heat and he wasn’t a man of his word. When I contacted him he was rude and told me I had to pay him again to tow my car. If you can help it please find another towing company

I was locked out of my car with the car running at my home. Was given a reasonable response time by the company. Driver called before response time expired to say he was still 5-10 minutes away and apologized for inconvenience. Arrived within the adjusted timeframe and unlocked the car in 2 minutes. First time to use this company. Will use them again if needed.

Called at 8 am to get a car towed to the mechanic and was told we’d be helped soon. Waited until 1:30pm with no call. At this point we had to run errands. We called, found out he was still on the other side of town, so we set up a new time at 4:30pm. When 4:30 came, we called and he was still over half an hour away. He claimed he was getting gas. In short we wasted a day getting the run-around by these folks, and our car didn’t make it to the shop with them. There are plenty of other towing services in Murfreesboro which are more reliable.

I was nervous about calling for a tow in my Mazda Rx-8 because of the low ride height, but the tec. they sent out was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived very quickly after the call, and had me where I needed to go in no time. He even saved me time, and money by helping me pick the right shop to be towed to. GREAT EXPERINCE!!!! Would recommend to anyone!

Car broke down so I called for a tow. Super nice guy... quick response. He even told me where to get a hotel and offered for me to follow him there.

I dont know about now but the rednecks that used to work for this place gave it a bad rep. They sto,e disabled peoples vehicles and got away with it. They love to steal poor peoples vehicles and sell them to family and friends. They were the worse criminals around and they got away with it because they were confidential informants for police officers.

Was very professional. They take peoples wellfare in great consideration. Would use them again. Dont know what a normal tow cost is, seemed reasonable.

They are the worst towing company In town. They show up with extreme attitudes and cuss their customers out. Horrible country hick place that obviously donesnt like their black customers. Will damage your car trying to change a tire And will threaten and buck up with you when you try to ask them what they are doing with your car. I suggest no one goes there. How can you tell your customer I dont have to explain anything to you and proceed to cuss them out. They dont deserve anybodys money. Worst place in America. dont get your car towed or to fix a flat. They will damage your car. Really 0 stars...........,

This man Scotty decided to jump out of his truck to yell and scream in my mothers face at Kroger tonight. Claiming he was an emergency vehicle and she was impeding an emergency vehicle from responding ...because she walked her shopping cart to her vehicle. Lay off the booze while youre on call or maybe take your personal problems out on someone else. Have some respect while approaching the public....what if that was your mother? Because that was my mother and Im pissed. Hopefully my vehicle breaks down soon because you can bet your sweet ass Im calling you if it does and I dare you to speak to me in such a manner.

Horrible. Charges are way to high very inconvenient when using the GPS address on website. Unreasonable, rude and not helpful at all. The smell of Alcohol was very present. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. Bad Bad Bad.
