From a trucker standpoint, delivering steel in was an absolute pleasure. In and out fast, and the employees were really friendly.

Terrible place to work. Very unorganized, very crooked . HR is very rude and disrespectful. They never answer the phone on call outs but WILL give you a point for not getting in CONTACT with anyone. They don’t care about your well being. If you’re sick don’t matter still gotta come in or you get a point. No excuse. Doctors notes are useless. This place is just corrupt, don’t waste your time.

Terrible Work place HR never answers their phone so if you have an emergency guess what to bad its not their problem. If you try to request a day a day off guess what Denied and to bad. Supervisors/lead tech just stand there wont touch a part will make one line suffer while the others get off early. I would not doubt if this company goes down hill and goes broke or if their secrets get found. Good luck working here

I decided to go against the reviews and still tried to work at nhk (one week ago). I managed two days out there and by the grace of God something better came my way employment wise. Believe the reviews.. its awful. Just dont..

Decent pay, decent people, just boring as all hell

I have worked at NHK for over a year. This is by far the most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked at. They could care less about their employees. There’s a supervisor there by the name of Gary Masters that abuses his authority because he knows that HR will back his every decision. I love the job. They just have the wrong people in charge in which results in people disliking the job altogether.

Not organized whatsoever. They show favoritism, and allowed supervisors and managers to not do the job they are entitled to be doing. Human Resources had no idea of what they are doing due to higher up’s not relaying information.

Horrible place to work for. They have no idea how to treat their employees and well get rid of you for speaking up about whats right. They are also under investigation. They only care about how many seats they get out a night.

This place is terrible, they do not care about there employees at all...HR is lazy and you have to try really hard to get them to help you out, management could care less about you, they gave me points for being on flma because I get seizures, theyll look for any small or stupid reason to get rid of you...worked there for 3 years Ive seen what goes down there, this company is sloppy and they trick Nissan in thinking there doing everything right on audits, but in reality there doing everything wrong and sending bad parts.
