I bought a 2019 Kia this summer with 10,000 miles left on the warranty. It showed no prior work. I brought it in with a water leak and some mechanical issues. I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. I was told this by multiple service advisers. They did not fix the water leak even though they told me it would be fixed. I don’t care about anything else that happened. The point is they brag about their customer service and then did not follow through. I was highly disappointed. One of the guys copped an attitude with my husband, and I’m sure he regretted it. My husband is in the trucking industry and knows all about warranties and customer care. He couldn’t believe how fast Kia wrote us off after giving their word. All in all, they fixed our mechanical issues but not our HUGE leak. I would not recommend. Avoid if at all possible.

The folks at Kia of Murfreesboro were awesome. They were friendly and helpful and answered all our questions with great detail. We were using Franklin Kia before but the service had gotten really bad and the employees were so unhelpful. My husband and I drove 40 miles to get to Murfreesboro. They even washed my car after the service. We really appreciate their help and the great service we received. We also had a great conversation with a wonderful salesman. Donald was so knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Thanks so much Kia of Murfreesboro!!

Kia of Murfreesboro is the best! The exterior and interior facilities are very clean. I especially enjoy the media room with the comfy recliners and big screen tv. Their service dept is second to none. Friendly, professional and efficient! The complimentary wash or vacuum is wonderful! I highly recommend them!

Kia of Murfreesboro has now saved me twice. In 2016 on a visit to Nashville I got a nail in my tire and they helped me when the other local dealership would not.Today in 2021 I now live in Nashville and they saved me again by fixing my drain pan when Jiffy Lube broke it during an oil change. I will drive to Murfreesboro from now on for everything I need for my Kia. Billy was so helpful and kind and explained everything to me. Did not make me feel dumb like most car places do. He gave me multiple updates on the status of my vehicle and when it would be ready. Honestly they go above and beyond. 10/10 recommend!

Justin and the rest of the team from the service department needs to be greatly honored and appreciated for what they have done for me and my vehicle I’m repairing my engine!! I owe them all a very big big big big thank you and more. It was a rough ride in the beginning, but it ended up being a blessing at the end, and I had nothing but hope and faith through it all. Engine blew in my 2013 optima. It was part of the recalls they had. Every dealership said 8 months to fix it. Kia of Murfreesboro had it done in about 2 months. They were also nice and answered any questions I had. Car seems to be running like new.

I scheduled an oil change on a Saturday afternoon. When I dropped my car off, I inquired about what time the service department closed. They informed me they closed at 4 but I could pick my car up as late as 6 with the sales department. We were headed to Nashville for a ball game so I knew I might not make it by 4 but 6 would not be a problem. When I arrived just before 5, the sales department did not have my keys. Because they had not called to inform me when my service was complete, I suspected they may have forgotten to leave the keys so I had my spare set in hand. The service had already been paid for as well. I offered to get my keys on Monday, I simply needed my car. The salesman checked with his manager and informed me I could not get my car until Monday! My car was sitting in the back parking lot! Obviously I was frustrated and with a little persuasion, they were able to get my keys and my vehicle. I’m not sure why there was so much confusion, but not having a car for 48 hours (for what should have been an hour appointment) was not an option.Thanks to the kind salesman who listened to my frustration and kept talking to his sales manager. He was able to get him to change his mind and get my car!I have had excellent service in the past and am hopeful this was an unusual occurrence.

Beware of Service (not service) Dept. Car was in for oil change, tire rotation, and recall repair. Car was brought to me running when I left the dealership with what I thought was a repaired, inspected car. Parked at home 10 minutes later. Turned car off. Immediately attempted to turn back on. Dead battery. AFTER I HAD RECEIVED REPORT FROM SERVICE DEPT THAT BATTERY WAS IN GOOD CONDITION. Service advisor was flippant, condescending, and completely lacking in customer service skills when I called to report what had happened. No attempt at resolution was made. Battery was completely dead. Took AAA to jump start it so that I could go get replacement. Battery went from working fine before service to completely dead after service? I’m not going to buy that coincidence. What a disappointment. Customer service, transparency, and honesty not the priority here. At all. Stay away. Spend your money elsewhere. Wish 0 stars was an option.

Took almost two hours to get my oil changed because they were backed up and running behind. But, this was the first visit in awhile that something wasn’t messed up with my visit so they get 5 stars today. It’s not a trend yet, but hopefully it turns into one.

Phenomenal job!! My car broke down during a road trip and Kia Murfreesboro was the nearest dealer. They did an amazing job getting me taken care and communicating with me while I was out-of-state waiting on the repair to finish. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and theyre really good communicators about what is needed and the progress on the repair.

Bought a car and 2 weeks later it had major cooling issues. I didnt get a warranty or anything else after I bought the car as is. Instead of denying me for the repair like most places that sell used cars, they fixed the problems without complaint or issue. Their used car inventory is reliable & trust worthy.

I scheduled an appointment. I thought it would be weeks before I could get in but they got me scheduled for the service within two days. I arrived and was greeted an employee who was very friendly. I opted to stay in waiting room for the repairs to be completed. It took a little longer than expected but can happen anywhere. I was pleased with the service.

I brought my car in because the rear washer fluid was draining into the rear hatch/lift gate. It ended up that the nozzle popped off the hose and they fixed it for free. The employees were courteous and the waiting area was clean and well stocked. Ive had my car in a time or two for various reasons and have always had a pleasant experience.

Was very pleased I am a new Kia owner and it was my first time using the service center they were more than happy to get me in earlier then my appointment very fast and the compliment drinks and snacks were a plus to help keep my kids in order during the duration of my time there. Justin was great! There was an mistake on my appointment time but he made it right got me in an hour before close for an oil change and was finished between 30-45 mins. He was very funny and personable. I will always ask for him every time and come back for service. I took my vehicle to a body shop to repair hail damage. When picking my vehicle up, I noticed my radio wasnt working. So I left it with the shop so they could fix it, but they could not figure out what was wrong. They decided to take it to Kia to fix the issue. Since my vehicle was still under warranty, it was no cost out of pocket for me. And they fixed it within the day. I appreciate their quick attention to fixing a minor issue. The only thing is they never spoke with me directly. And after getting my vehicle back, there were two screws left laying in the console, not sure where they belong.

Took vehicle due to concerns listed in a letter we received extending warranty for door latch problem. Also car hesitates when driving and popping noise coming from rear of car when you shut it off after driving. Was told they could not get vehicle to fail on any of my concerns therefore they could not repair anything under warranty just on our saying it happens. They were very happy to sell me a new battery for$280 or fuel system flush for $180. Will never return to this dealership again as this is 3 rd time I have been there and treated this way

I originally needed an alignment and was scheduled quickly. However plans changed and I just needed an oil change. I got there and the first thing they did was notice my tire pressure light was on and asked me if I wanted them to check it out. GOOD THING TOO! The tire was basiclly ripped! They rotated my tires, put my spare on, gave the van a bath, and changed my oil all in about an hour. They were just amazing. I felt like I was treated like i mattered. My time mattered and my wallet mattered. Ive been going here for a while and weve bought 2 vehicles from here already. Wont go anywhere else!

The service was very friendly and professional. The waiting area was pleasant and very accommodating with coffee available. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. The service was completed in the time frame promised. The inspection indicated that some additional service was needed, however I was not pressured into having these services performed.I live in Franklin which is about 40 miles away from this dealership. Although there is a KIA dealership only about 5 miles from my home, I chose to drive the 80 miles round trip to this dealership because it is much more pleasant, professional and cleaner.Additional review Since last 5 star post---During my visit the technician checked my cabin filter, told me it was dirty and needed replacement. I always change my air filters my self and related this to the technician. The next day I purchased a filter and when I went to replace it I saw that the two plastic tabs holding the cover on were broken. When I changed the filter the last time the tabs were in good shape. I sent an email relating this and the service manager apologized and said he would order a new cover, let me know when it came in and would replace the broken one. That was over two months ago and I never received a call or a new cover. I shouldnt think I would need to inspect my car for damage after having it worked on but I would expect the dealer to keep their word.

So I usually love taking my van here. We always have, but I was a little frustrated this time. The last time we had our vehicle serviced as soon as I got home the van was leaking windshield wiper fluid like all of it so this time I mentioned it to Justin in service and parts who helped me today. He basically was assuming that that’s impossible or it somehow broke on its own or I damaged it between then and now and that they weren’t responsible. I even called Kia after her appointment and let them know that happened and the girl that I spoke to on the phone said to just bring it in and they would fix it. After “diagnosing it“ he said that a pump was completely cracked which I don’t know how or when that happened or if it happened because I didn’t see it but all I know is that I went to have an oil change done and by the time I got home from that oil change last time all of my wiper fluid was on my garage floor. I think what irritated me the most was just his attitude towards the whole thing. The quote for this part and labor was 150$. We didn’t have it done today during our oil change. I’ll be taking it elsewhere.

My husband and I have been to this dealership multiple times and typically we always have a good experience. The staff is always nice and timely and the dealership is clean and neat. We had a great experience dropping our car off, we were even impressed that during one of the worst winter storms in TN, they got us into a loaner so promptly. The car was covered in ice even after thawing for a while. The employee who inspected it even said that it was difficult to see if there was any damage.The issue was with said pickup. We were accused of scratching the paint which we knew we hadn’t done. The guy was very adamant about it and extremely rude.When we mentioned the condition that we drove it off the lot in, he completely ignored us. We forgot to fill up the tank and when my husband drove it off the lot for gas the same guy insisted that he’d hit the curb and damaged the tire. Again, this wasn’t true.He ominously told us that he’d call when they found damage.We never heard from them about it. Because the car wasn’t damaged.We didn’t even receive an apology for his rude accusations.But even after this we had a good experience with the service manager.We may go back there, again, typically they’re amazing. But one douche bag can ruin a good thing.

Always a great experience when visiting Kia of Murfreesboro! I had an appointment for 9:00 am to replace a door handle and the work was completed in under 45 minutes. Fantastic service! There are closer Kia dealerships nearby to my residence, however, I will drive the hour to Murfreesboro to receive the best Kia service in middle TN. Ask for Dale or Justin. They’ll treat you with respect!

This place puts the Franklin Kia to shame. I had used the Franklin location in the past, but I am never going back. The franklin location looks like an absolute dump compared to this location. When I arrived I was greeted by the Kia employees, unlike Franklin, they knew why I was there, what I was getting done and then walked me inside to give me a tour of their waiting area. They have a bar top seating with chargers, tables and chairs, tv and couches, outlets for chargers, wifi, and complementary snacks/coffee. Justin was very helpful with everything going on. I highly recommend making a 30 min drive over here if you live in Franklin, it’s definitely worth it . They even gave me the price of my repair before repairing the car, to make sure they were transparent and I wasn’t left wondering how much it costed. Complete night and day difference.

I called and made an appointment at 12:30 to give the car for an oil change, found out what time it needed to be picked up, told me about an hour later. As a result, I took the car at 2:38 pm, I was late wherever possible and all my plans were ruined. When I began to wonder how long I still had to wait and what I had all day planned, the employee started yelling at me, showing disrespect, he didnt even want to listen to me, and his face expressed emotions of hatred. I did not deserve such an attitude towards myself, I will never come again to hear how they shout at me ?! No thanks. My husband loved this place very much, but after this incident all our family will stop using the services in Kia.
