Great experience from start to finish. Gave me several ideas for reasonable cost option to upgrade the sound system in my Polaris Slingshot. Upon picking up, my bill was actually about $75 less than quoted, what a nice surprise. Later I developed a problem where the amp would restart itself at high volume. The owner was accommodating and had me bring it in when it was most convenient for me. He ended up adding some line filters at no charge to fix my problem. Completed the follow up work in less than 30 minutes.. Highly recommend and will bring everything to Tennessee Sound Performance.

Beyond great. I bought an amp online and got injured before I could install it. Turns out I never could have done it without Adam. He had no qualms about installing it for me. Went and got my system installed by these guys on Friday. I must say they did a good job in making sure everything was right. I had a few issues with my subs they called and updated me on what had to be done. which goes to show they care about satisfying there customers. I will most definitely be going back to this shop for any audio work. Not to mention they was very friendly when I walked in. Thanks for everything. Very reasonable prices when I was getting told by every other shop it would be between $200 and $400 for a install.

Adam does fantastic work! Over a year ago he replaced all the speakers in my 2007 FJ. I told him then that I wish Id had a navigation system, to which he said come on back, I can do that. So, though I didnt come back as soon as I had intended, I did return and wow. The owner Adam, is cooler than a polar bears toenails. He installed a subwoofer, amplifier, four speakers along with a head unit. Ive called around to numerous of car audio business and he was the most reasonable. The work was superb! Ive gone back just to inquire about possible upgrades to my vehicle and when he had the time shared a wealth of knowledge and his honest opinion. Adam is now my go to guy for my audio needs.

I started coming here for my interlock device (which isnt the most pleasant of reasons) and they made everything much better! I enjoyed going there! Recently had some audio equipment installed in my truck by TN SoundPerformance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They did a good job on the installation, and the price was reasonable. They took time to answer any questions. If I ever need any more audio work done on any of my vehicles, I plan on returning to TN SoundPerformance to get the job done.

Called up to see if they could tune a sub I had just bought. Adam said sure bring it on in. Got me in fast found that my sub box was coming lose and fixed that and tuned it for nothing!!!! Who does that anymore. Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend giving them a try.

Had 2 subs, an amp and a single DIN head unit installed. Everyone was very nice, let us use their WiFi, etc. very reasonable prices too.

I did my own install but wasn’t too sure how to tune my amp correctly so I didn’t damage my new equipment. The guy tuned everything for me and gave me some advice and tips on what I could have done differently. They were very nice and knowledgeable. I had gone to a few other custom car audio shops around town and was not treated as politely. I wish I had found this shop sooner and will definitely be returning here if I ever upgrade or need replacements.

I had an amp that wasnt turning on and for the life of me couldnt figure out why i had checked everything except for at the battery cuz its not easy to access(in the wheel well) took it here for the installer to diag and told me thats where my problem was and sure enough he was right my cable had corroded from the connector at the battery

I made arrangements to drop my vehicle off for service at 8 a.m. which means I had to take time off of work and also have someone take time out of their day to meet me there to leave my vehicle. I get there and the representative at the counter had no idea who I was and why I was there and told me that I will have to wait because someone else was ahead of me. Mind you, I did have a scheduled appointment. That was the first not so good feeling I had but OK things happen. It was early, maybe someone double booked, she hadnt had her coffee, hadnt read her notes. Whatever, I blew it off and waited. Eventually she remembered who I was, what time I was scheduled and also that My Part Did Not Come In. So now Im having to decide what to do next. The one question I had was why didnt you guys call me? Valid question right? Although I should have never had to ask that question. I did only because I was not sure why I am here, made an appointment by speaking directly to the technician who is possibly the owner (did not tell me then that he did not have the part), not a courtesy call to tell me that the part was not there, or even a simple apology. He then shifts the blame on the company shipping the part by saying that he doesnt like to do business with them because of there poor customer service (lol), and lack of inventory. Anyhow, I ended up leaving without the service or part in which I had already prepaid for. I will never go there again. Nor do I recommend this place. I only gave a 1 star because there was no option to give a 0. Maybe someone else has had better treatment there but my experience certainly was far from it.

If you go there for a Interlock device you probably need to use another company.Obviously they don’t know what they are doing or have very little experience. Not only did the device fail the same day it was installed but had to pay again to have the truck towed back to this place and they have no clue of what’s wrong. Lost a job due to no transportation. Beware!!!

I want to start off by saying that the reason I have to come to this business is because of my own stupidity. I can and will only speak for myself when speaking out loud about a company or business I am displeased with. I have to hold myself accountable for the mistakes I made deciding to get behind the wheel of a 3500 lb vehicle while intoxicated. The fact that someone else is passing the buck To the company for their dissatisfaction for the mistake they made is disturbing. I really hope that the lady who gave the 1 start gets a reality check real soon. They are here to help me get what is needed so I can be a productive member of society again. I know that when I set an appointment for myself to get things accomplished, I check and double check everything will be in order. I have to grow up and do things for myself and not depend on others to do things for me.

After a search of car stereos in Murfreesboro, I found TN Sound Performance and stellar reviews. I called and was offered same day service. When I arrived, Adam showed me some stereo options, and I was set to buy a new car stereo and have it installed. He quoted me some prices and said that it was possible that my current stereo was ok. When I returned, he said he had fixed my stereo, and that there was no charge. I tried to buy him lunch for his troubles, yet he refused. He said it was just a little something, and he had fixed it.
