Nice place, but the vehicles go very high. Many are selling above blue book value. If youre looking for a bargain, this place aint it.Reply to DAA...Ive been to many auto auctions, the prices your vehicles go for is astronomical. Example: Base model RAM 1500 4x4 with 103k miles. Sold for $25,300. I think its due to buy here/pay here car dealers buying from the GSA sales. They dont care about book value, they get back their money and then some.

My wife and I had a great time participating in the Muscle Car Mayhem in Murfreesboro. Lots of great classic cars to see and bid on.

Dropped my car off for an inspection to get bought by carbuyer USA. Couple hours after dropping the car off dealers auto auction called carbuyer USA saying my check engine light was on. I new that was a lie its a 2017 car under warranty never had a problem with it . So I asked what code popped up . They could never get me the code. I picked it up today took it to kia it never had a check engine light on. So that tells me they were trying to low ball my car to make them money. Well it didnt work. I might be a female but I know my car and what its worth. I will never do business with them .when they did there report and took pictures of all the scratches they didnt take a picture of the check engine light being on. Cause there was no check engine light ever on.

ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE TOLD US OVER THE PHONE WE HAVE 2 DAYS TO ARBITRATE A VEHICLE IF WE BUY ONLINE. WE BOUGHT A CAR ONLINE AND THE NEXT DAY WENT TO PICK IT UP IT HAD MISFIRE WITH IT AND ALMOST OUT OF GAS .OUR EMPLOYEE DROVE IT OUT AND PUT GAS IN IT THINKING THAT WHY THE CAR HAS MISFIRE. AS SOON AS IT GET TO OUR LOT THE MECHANIC SAW THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT FLASHING AND THE CAR HAD BAD MISS WE TOOK THE CAR RIGHT BACK TO THE AUCTION. THE NEW MANAGER REFUSE TO HELP FIRST OF ALL SAYING THEY DONT HAVE TWO DAYS POLICY THEN SAID WE REMOVED IT FROM THE AUCTION SO WE CANT ARBITRATE AND AFTER ARGUING SAID THE CAR HAS TO BE IN THE AUCTION TO BE ARBITRATE ONCE IT LEAVES YOU CANT ARBITRATE THE CAR EVEN THOUGH WE BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE AUCTION WITHIN 20 MINUTES AFTER WE TOOK IT OUT AND THERE WAS NO GAS IN IT TO TEST IT IN THE AUCTION, WHICH WE NEVER HAVE PROBLEM WITH THAT WITH THE PREVIOUS MANGER OR WITH ANY OTHER AUCTION NATION WIDE ...SOME OF THE NEW EMPLOYEES AT THIS AUCTION THEY DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE RULES AND THEY DONT HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCES AND UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE PAYING THE PRICE FOR THAT SINCE WE CANT GET TO ANYONE ABOVE THE MANGER WHO KEEPS CHANGING HIS WORDS.

This auction is under new managment, the only thing i have to say is Rude and disrespectful. He calles his female employees baby in front of customers, Ryan also talks bad to daa customers. I personelly have been called names by him. Nothing professional about the new managment.

This place is a horrible place to do business with.. One ofbthe employees found my SS cards for myself and my kids inside of the car and applied for credit cards in my name.. when contacted about the issue no one seemed concerned and didnt want to help.. They are crooks
