Glad we had left. Roaches are horrible. They send a pest control who only spray the kitchen and bathroom base boards. In and out in 15 seconds. Our outlets where never fixed. They say they put in a work order for them and 1-2 months go by and we still never got them fixed. Also never got the light fixture they said we were getting when we first moved in. Tub was peeling bad, they came in and spray painted the tub and left. Definitely don’t recommend.

Parkview Flats is a very nicely managed community here in Murfreesboro. Considering the part of town, these are some of the nicest apartments for the price. In the current market, it is really hard to find 1 bedrooms sub 1K/month. And if you do, the management, facilities, and amenities are likely poorly maintained. After living here for two years, I can tell you Parkview Flats gets a 5/5 from overall good value. The management changed right when I moved in 2019. I had maintenance issues addressed within 1-2 days of completing the request, and if there was any issue not solved immediately, the management explained when the request would be satisfied. Throughout the pandemic and ending my college career, there were many troubling times the complex worked with me through. As with anything, if you communicate with these people, they will serve you well.Customer service, location, value, maintenance, and everything is truly the best for the price. Check out Parkview Flats. This is a genuine review. Make sure you request Veronica or Nicolle!

The apartments are cute but there’s roaches ! They never said anything prior to moving in so that we could’ve decided if we wanted to actually go with these or something else . Yes they keep sending pest control to spray but it’s not doing anything at all but bringing more out . I have small children and it’s roaches crawling around in their toys, beds etc. yes management isn’t that bad but wouldn’t recommend. Unless you want to be sharing a bed with roaches

I was shopping around for apartments and when I can in the property manager Veronica was very nice and greeted me at the door. She was very nice and showed me a 1 bedroom apartment. The property was very clean and the community seemed safe. She said she was new and I am sure she is doing great things here. Fast forward and I have lived here now for a month and my experience has been excellent. Veronica has really done a great job of taking care of her residents. I had an issue with my sink and maintenance came and in and fixed it same day! I would highly recommend this property.

Where do I begin? I toured at this property with nicholle, she is the leasing agent. I couldn’t be more pleased with her professionalism. She listens and its hard to find a person that is willing to take your personal needs in to account. She was so understanding and enthusiastic, I couldn’t say no. Every question I had she answered patiently and honestly. If you guys need to lease and are terrified that someone just wants to sell you, not with Nicholle. She is great! And Parkview Flats is as well.

We had been searching for an apartment for my son and ran across Parkview Flatts. They really went out their way to make us feel welcome. They were really professional and personable making the process easy. We would recommend them to anyone. Tiffany and Madison were very helpful.

I have been the property manager here for three months! I feel like I am trying to make this community a place that my residents can be proud to live at! They say out with the old and in with the new and that is how I manage! My residents need to always feel like they can come in the office And speak to me any time! If it’s after office hours, I will wait for you! I ask for respect and you’ll get respect back! That’s all I ask for. I am proud of all the changes my team has made and I am sure any new resident will love to call Parkview their new home❤️

I really dont know where to start. I received a notice in January 2019 that my rent hadnt been paid and I owed over $900. I paid my rent December 31st but was told by new management that it hadnt been posted yet. It came out of my account on December 31st! She asked if I would be renewing my lease and I asked how much the rent would be increasing and the new manager told me $25. Then the next week my car was towed because I wasnt able to get to the office to pick up my new parking pass because my work schedule is done a month in advance and my schedule is such that I am gone before office opens and home after it closes. I had the 2 old parking passes still posted in my window but it was towed anyways. It cost me 4 hours of missed work and $200! When I went to the office to get the parking pass I told the new manager that I thought it was bs how they treat hard working people who pay the rent every month on time. That they knew I lived here. I told her (Tiffany) I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I know. She said I am sorry you feel that way. I told her this place was a joke. I was told by office staff later that day that I shouldve called off work to get my new parking pass! People, if you dont have a job because you called off over a parking pass then you cant pay the rent!!! I was told they get a kick back from the towing company for every car that is towed from their property. The next week I had a notice on my door about renewing my lease but instead of the $25 a month increase it was a $66 a month increase. I guess thats what I get for telling the new manager Tiffany what I thought about the parking pass issue. Then when I got home from work tonight I had another notice about renewing my lease and it said the increase was $96 more a month with a 12 month lease. Do they just make up a price? I do not live in a renovated apartment. I asked for owners contact info and was told they dont have it. So who do you complain to about the management and shady stuff going on around here? I have lived here for 2 years and have had nothing but issues with this place. The first summer here my AC went out and it took them 5 days to get it fixed. I was told to open my windows and they would bring me a box fan. The problem with that is there are no screens on the windows to keep the bugs out. It was the hottest part of the summer. Then winter came and I went without heat for a couple days while they put in a new furnace. Nothing taken off the rent either time for hardship and inconvenience. They spray for bugs here but every time someone moves out the cockroaches run to your apartment. This has been an ongoing thing ever since I moved in and I have complained several times about it. When they paint or do any updates the smell is horrible and seeps into your apartment. There are no notices for this. They do not give their residents ample notice for anything around here. The list goes on. I just thought other people should be aware before they move into Parkview Flats.

I currently live in Parkview Flats. My lease is up next month on the 30th. I originally moved because of problems with my previous apartments. When I applied, no one let me tour an apartment but since I was in such a hurry to move I didn’t think much of it. I’ve been having problems with mold smells the ENTIRE time I’ve been here but couldn’t locate the source. The apartments are newly renovated so they shouldn’t be having mold issues. I’ve recently discovered mold seeping through my bathtub & miraculously a note pops up on my door last week saying they will not be renewing my lease. I have a one year old and a 4 month old baby & my youngest has been having respiratory issues since I’ve had her, like REALLY BAD HOSPITALIZATION respiratory issues. And now I believe it’s because of the mold issues.

I lived in altitude for a year and it was rough at first but then they got me management. And I can say tanner is the best manager Ive ever had. I moved out just because I wanted a washer and dryer in my apartment. If it werent for that Id still be there. But right before I moved out my pet did some damage to the carpet. Tanner came and looked at it and is trying to get me out as cheap as possible. You couldnt say that about most apartments they just care about the money. So if youre looking for an apartment where the management actually cares and you dont mind not having a washer and dryer in your apartment check them out they are great!

At first, my husband and I were pretty happy with our apartment here. However, we learned that the complex got new owners. We only found out by having a piece of paper shoved underneath our door. The apartments themselves are rather spacious for a one bedroom. The walk in closet is decent. Theres also a decently sized closet in the bathroom. The bathroom mirror is very large. For whatever reason, the water pressure is randomly weak at times, so the sinks and shower will just spurt water. One of the most annoying things about the apartment is that there arent any electrical outlets in the bathroom. It makes getting ready rather difficult. Something absolutely ridiculous (which is why Im giving such a low score) is that the new owners have changed the hours for the laundry and mail from 8am - 5 pm. How are normal working people supposed to check their mail or do their laundry? I should be able to check my mail any time I please. Also, there are really noisy neighbors that play inappropriate music loudly from their vehicles.

#being married is better than not being married for true believers only (go God, living and loving!!) Amen.New manager tanner is doing great things for this place. Super nice to live here now but the place isnt without issues. He will fix them in time, I trust. Our specific apartment B12 has a mold issue along the baseboards in the closets (all three are linked) shoes and fabric trombone case were moldy from the bedroom closet, they were near the wall, the clothes hanging werent moldy. and the cupboards in kitchen and bathroom need to be changed from their particle board mold hoarding easily decaying selves to real wood sealed up so no mold can penetrate and water doesnt cause it to crumble away. Theres a humidity issue even if its not noticeable the damage has been done so get an air purifier for t smell and spores and dehumidifier to keep mold dead, invest in plenty of hydrogen peroxide to kill all germs, mold, smells, etc. Hundred of tiny black moths live outside so spray the door and bricks weekly with rosemary oil, eucalyptus, peppermint, Cedar wood, lemongrass oils, 10 drops of therapeutic grade in every 1/2C water in a spray bottle will keep any bugs away for Week, in any combination you dont need each type, those are just known to deter bugs. Peppermint oil kills cockroaches on contact when sprayed as described above but probably wont be needed as long as Tanner continues to spray with the chemicals and uses sticky traps. The issue is nearly irradicated so as long as they keep it up those bugs wont be back. Also, tenant must keep a clean house and wash dishes everyday and take out trash every week and dont eat in bedroom. If you dont keep clean, blame yourself for inviting bugs. Lol. Wonderfully sized place, could use more bathroom drawers, better, cleaner shelving in all closets and cupboards. Remember its a review for B12 which is 1 bedroom and really nice. I like how spacious it is and how the updated look is. But the faucets are black with mildew/mold/dirt/whatever they wants to call it now. In shower and sink sprayer (they only covered the sink sprayer with new metal, the old interior parts are still old and dirty and yellow plastic). When we first moved in, management want doing enough to keep this place as nice as it can be but now its all good with Tanner and I trust it will get better. Each tenant needs to be honest and quick about all damages and problems even if it wasnt noticed upon move in. Let him fix it dont keep secrets for fear of being charged and own up to whatever you did break. Like how I broke the glass shelve in the fridge. NBD.

Where do I start? The management suck! My neighbor pit bull tried to attack me twice and management did nothing, I had to call their manager to get something done. Secondly, they dont keep the property clean, they let the kids on property stand and play in all the parking spots. Dont recommend staying here unless you have no option.
