For more than a year, I have been using Wax Family Printing for prints of my artwork and, most recently, an artbook. They are the most lovely people to work with and they truly desire to help make your project the best it can be. I have never been disappointed in the quality of any of my orders, with the exception of a single time when they were having issues with their digital press a few months ago (they have a new one now) and my order of prints came out less than desirable. BUT it was also my fault, because I hadnt taken the proper precautions to lighten the darkest values in the images before I sent the files. (Darker images require more ink.) Even so, Wax Family Printing was extremely kind and reprinted the order for free--which turned out beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend them for their wonderful service, high-quality work, and outstanding values.
