Honestly I was a little nervous about booking this company as a company with 5 star reviews I dont trust. It seemed too good to true but they honestly did not disappoint. They were very punctual and although the guy who shot for us was only 18, he was really good at what he did in capturing pictures and videos for us!! Would 100% use him again! I have nothing but good comments about this guys, they are doing a fantastic job. Set the appointment is very easy, you just go to their webpage, and choose the available photographer at the date and time you want it. After that, Ive been moving my appointments for several reasons, I just simply text the photographer ahead on time about the changes and they are always ok. Quality of the photograph are outstanding. Even when we consider we are doing an amazing job renovating our properties, the pictures these guys took and filter, it makes our properties look outstanding and immediately hit tones of potentials clients. They usually deliver your images no more than 24 hours after they took it. So, I have absolutely nothing bad to said about them. By the way, I found them by internet, I dont know anyone of them. I dont even meet the photographer since after renovations our properties are still vacant.

I hired Quality Home Images to produce floorplan images for a property I am purchasing. Booking the appointment, and making payment, was quick and easy via their self-service calendar app. Also, the turnaround was super quick! I had the floorplans less than 24 hours later and they were accurate.The only issue I had with the service was the photographer arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment time and wrapped up before the scheduled appointment time so I didnt realize they had been there (the home owner I am buying from had let the photographer in and the home inspector and I arrived on time and therefore didnt know the photographer had arrived, worked, and gone all within less than 15 minutes). About 20 minutes after the actual appointment time I emailed QHI to find out when the photographer would arrive and learned then that they had come and gone.Arriving early is great but they should consider an automated text or email to alert when an appointment begins or ends to account for this sort of situation, especially since they work so quickly and may start earlier than scheduled.Overall, great service. I recommend them and would hire them again!
