Took 5.30 to got a door God know how long they take to unload trailer be here on time

I was waiting by the gate 9n Sunday afternoon till they open at 5pm. A guy came told me to go ahead n dock he will offload me n then at 5pm the lady will come in for signing off my papers. So 5pm appt ... was out of there 5.05pm. Nice friendly people too !!!!

Wow it’s amazing place they unload me with in 25 minutes full trailer empty Pepsi cans and before appointment date & time overnight parking available I was expecting to spend 10 hours like always you know it’s Pepsi cansThank you keep it up.......

Overnight parking-received the delivery before appointment time. The real reason I give them 5 stars is the fact that when I called to see if they had overnight parking I spoke with “Alexis” I think that’s her name from shipping and receiving if not I apologize but she was kind, helpful, respectful none of that fake attitude. This company has a top notch employee for sure.

I was sent here from CH Robinson. It was an overstock load that I had to bring here and these people were really cool got me in-and-out no problems this would actually be a good place to load or unload

Make sure u have an appointment here not a work in. You will sit for ever. No trucks at the dock but they will make u wait 4 hrs to unload you. Crazyy

Appointment at this place means NOTHING!!!They will call you only when they need your product, thats what ive been told directly from the receiving office. However, when contacted the broker they lied telling that they operate only 2 docks since it was Sunday. Not to mention that they unloaded a product in a non refrigerated warehouse and kept it there at least the whole time i was there. And thats a pretty popular USDA Organic yogurt that moms uses for kids or during the pregnancy.

Stop at gate walk up sidewalk to your right. Sign on door says driver check in. Unload is pretty fast. After they get u in a dock but that can take over 4 hours according to my experience.

They sucks... I had 7 pallets...Called partial? Right? They were unloading it for 2h ... I was the only one truck there... Lady in the receiving office said, they busy ...And later I saw one guy on forklift seating and talking on the phone... and other restocking their stuff, ...Some girls talking and laughing in the office... they DIDNT LOOK BUSY!!!Shame on you ...We ... as drivers ... we have appointments to keep... delivery AND pickupAnd you dont care !!!!!!!!!!!God ... keep me away from places like this ...

Super friendly check in lady. In and Out easy backing in done within a hour but it was Sunday only a few trucks getting unloaded.

The best place to work and very nice people dispatch is awesome theyre so is theyre receiving

Place sucks some employee pulled away from door. Now everybody has to come inside and wait by door. They cannot even give you chair. Worst you come inside who knows how long before they even start. Been in here for almost an hour nobody came to my door yet. I asked oh he has your paperwork he will be with you shortly that was 10 minutes ago still nobody. There employed sucked we suffer do not deliver here or pickup

Door 31. I’ve been sitting here for almost 3 hours to deliver a half of a pallet sitting on the tail of the trailer. A job that should take 5 minutes. I find this very disrespectful. I got work to do as well.

Not a bad facility, park by yellow posts and walk to your right into office to check in. Broker said they will unload right away but it took a few hours for half a trailer, but thats Trucking
