Stop here the other day to get some jeans and shirts cleaned. The customer service was very professional and nice. They greeted me with a smile and offer me water and snacks. The new manager was so professional and i am so glad she is there. Seems like this place is in better hands. Oh yea. Had no issues with my clothes, they was ready at the date they gave me

Ive been using Pride for almost 20 years and they always did a great job. Recently though I think they changed ownership and the experience has been underwhelming at best. I think the last 5 times Ive dropped off clothes to be clean at least three of those times they werent ready when they said they would be. I would go to pick it up and they would say oh Im sorry we cant do it yet. Just yesterday I was supposed to pick up 11 shirts and I gave them two days and they said no problem. Then of course they called me yesterday afternoon and said oh Im sorry some machine broke down and they wont be ready until tomorrow. Normally I would give him the benefit of the doubt but this is operations as usual. Im done with them. Im going to find a new dry cleaner

I dropped off 3 pairs of jeans to be hemmed and told the lady working there that I would like to keep original hem to the jeans and she assured me that could be done... $60 later I picked up the jeans and it looks like they just cut the bottoms and folded it over to the length requested sewed the bottom.If youre going to take my money please perform the service requested. Guess not. Not coming back here.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. They’ve ruined 2 different white dress shirts with buttons on both being totally destroyed and needing to be replaced. I thought I’d give them another chance and they proceeded to ruin my $200 new comforter. This place absolutely sucks.

Dropped off coat to be cleaned and a button replaced. Now I need 3 buttons.

I asked if cleaning the faux leather details on my wool coat would damage it. The clerk assured me that the coat would be fine. They ruined my coat! The owner will not return my calls and when I call Im always told that he is out. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!

Ive spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this place over the past 13 years or so, but the quality has gone down. I had to bring a jacket back twice just to get a patch sewn on, and its still not right. I could never feel comfortable again bringing clothes in for alterations. It also appears that they are laundering items that Ive asked to be dry cleaned. The lady at the counter is a doll though, but shes not actually doing the work. I may have to search for another cleaners in the area.

I had passed by this cleaners and decided to drop off a couple of skirts for alterations ..I read the reviews afterwards and was pretty nervous of what I was getting myself into .. However I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised of how well my skirts turned out ! Perfect and no complaints .. Wanda was a pleasure to do business with! I will continue to bring my clothing here ..

I normally do not give negative review BUT Please do not come here! Its been 2 months of run around. They will lose your items and insist on that they are looking for them. Please keep in mind, they do not do everything on site at this location. The tailor took my pants to her store and bought them back. The manager or whoever she is shifted blamed and it looks bad. Very unprofessional.

Horrible!!! I was referred to these so called Experts by another place of Business claiming they do any alterations in the world. I walked in and the Seamatress started shaking her head no and greeting me with a Dirty look before i even Spoke. I had 7 garments and i wanted the sleeves lengthened and the garments tapered. I asked her please as nobody in alterations wants to do anything except Sew a button. She told me she was more than capable of doing what i requested plus even making garments from scratch. But flat out refused didnt want my Business. If youre referred to these Rude people dont go. I was going to complain to the Owner but just the Fact that he had somebody of her caliber working for him alerted me that its a Waste of time. What a shame. This place turns away people who want Alterations. Then she proceeded to ignore me and help a Lady who wanted................ Alterations!!!!!

Pro: My clothes are clean.The front counter staff...not very attentive. My first encounter with this place was beyond great(7 years ago), I came with a broken zipper and it was repaired without cost. I appreciated this kindness so much that I made sure to use this facility even though they were farther from my house. However the front counter staff has completely changed my thoughts about this place.She is not polite (I came to this conclusion after a couple of separate visits), my most recent visit I asked for a pants repair..she responded thats gonna be expensive although grateful for her attention to my wallet. I would have much rather known if it were something that could be repaired. I decided not to use this cleaners for this service. Before I left, I noticed her interraction with the next customer...she was just as rude...I really do want to use small businesses as opposed to chains...but these recent encounters have made it quite difficult.

Ive been bringing my dry cleaning here for years, and up until recently, its been a great experience.I recently brought a brand new dress shirt in to have it laundered and pressed, and when I got it back the sleeve cuffs had burned in button marks.I took the shirt back and the lady who took it in said that if they couldnt fix the shirt they would pay me the cost of the shirt.I went back a few days later and it was still damaged so I asked to speak to the owner, whom was not there. The lady took my number and said that the owner would give me a call. After a few days I hadnt heard anything so I went back. Still no one to talk to and was told Id get a call again.After over a month of trying to get a hold of the owner, with no returned calls I went in the store. Finally the owner was there. He told me that the shirt was no longer burned, yet it still clearly has marks. I asked for them to stand by their word, and give me the money for the shirt, but he started pouting, and mumbling profanity under his breath.Now he offered me $10.00 and for me to keep MY shirt. I told him that was not acceptable and that I would like the full amount. After arguing for a few minutes he walked away pouting like a child.Moral of the story. If you value your garments, do not bring them here!

For the past three years I’ve taken my clothes to pride. Not sure what is going on there but since last year they have lost three items of mine. And there is no remorse on their part. All I ever hear is I am going to look for it. I’ve seen it I’m going to look for it. I want to bring in my receipt and I want them to pay for it now. This is total craziness . You are an establishment that needs to take responsibility. I have to admit that the woman at the counter is fabulous friendly sweet kind genuine! However, it doesn’t bring my clothing back to me. I am going to go back to CD One in Munster!!!!!!

Horrible place. I witnesed them fighting with customers instead of try to help the situation. The boss DAN is a joke. This was the craziest experence .Will never go back. They ruined my tux with some kind of pink spots. When I asked for a refund they told me to get out and they can do without my business! L

Been a customer for 15+ years and today I have resolved to never patronize this establishment again. The extreme lack of customer service, courtesy, and basic decency is appalling.

This is my go to cleaners. They usually do an excellent job with my clothes. I just think their one price cleaning option can be a little bit inconsistent. Stick with their regular options and youll be fine. Sign up for emails and you can get coupons to save some money too!

Easy in and out and pleasant service.

The manager in this Cleaners supposed to have given me a half-price discount for previous inconvenience when I return for my discount she charged me regular prices and told me that was the alternative price. In reality she doubled the price and charge me half of that doubled price this lady is a con artist.

Called specifically for alterations and they said they’re there until 8pm every night for alterations. Went there at 1 in the afternoon and the lady behind the counter was very rude. Talking down to us like we should’ve known the Seamtress wasn’t there. I won’t ever take my cleaning there again. Horrible customer service

Absolutely worst cleaners EVER! Customer service is HORRIBLE from the clerks (MaryAnn) to the Management (Jamie). They ruined over a 150 dollar jacket and told me that they were sorry I felt that way!! There is a reason their BBB grade is a F! You are better off throwing your clothes away then sending it there cause at least you wont have to pay for the cleaning!

I brought in a $250 coat to have the main front zipper replaced and have it dry cleaned. They replaced the zipper with a very cheap plastic zipper and unzipped my hood and lost it. When I brought it in to ask where to hood for my jacket was the older woman told me the seamstress does that all the time and loses the hoods because she takes the items home to tailor them. Ive left my number and had not heard back about my hood. Also I dont believe it was dry cleaned.. thus far the issue has not been remedied but I would never buy a jacket without a hood bc I work in chicago and winters are brutal so in very upset that I gave such careless people my coat and they lost an important piece.

I took a cashmere and leather trim Cole Haan ladies winter coat in for a first cleaning and to tighten a shoulder button. When I picked up the coat and got to my car I noticed the button had been removed and replaced with a button that did not match the coat (even though there were matching replacement buttons on the inside of the coat but it wasnt missing in the first place and if they missed placed it there were matching buttons. Also the coat was not even cleaned. I took the coat back in and they said that it would be ready that same afternoon. I picked it up and it looked like it came out of a Salvation Army Bin, wrinkles pressed-in and it looked like it was brushed with a wire brush and the color was faded. I called and got the owner Brian, he told me to bring it back which I did and he said he would see what he could do to fix it and would call me when it was ready. Never got a call but did find an email a week later. Picked-up the coat this time it was cleaned but it still has wrinkles pressed into the back and arms and it looks old and worn out (faded color) and a snag in the tail. This is a $550 mid length coat less than a year old and its now worthless. This is the WORST CLEANING I have ever had done. I have always used Lansing Cleaners in Munster and by chance I was driving by Pride and thought what the heck I would try them and boy was that a HUGE MISTAKE!!Brian (Owner) said if he couldnt fix it he would replace it no problem, never heard from him.STAY CLEAR OF PRIDE CLEANERS!!!!!!I have never taken the time to write a review of any store but this has to be known.

Horrible place, brought my new pants to be dry cleaned and they washed them now they have faded the color in them. NowI noticed my white pants are gone and they have given me someone elses pants. which are men pants.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...i took my suit in for cleaning to get it ready for a special event...when I picked it up and got it home the arms and shoulders were burned...when I took it back in and experienced DISCRIMNATION....as a African American who is a resident of Munster Indiana I was made to look as though I took it home burned it and brought it back and had to cancel going to a special event..
