Don’t wast your time with this company!I had called an scheduled an appointment with them, after waiting a few days for them to return my call we had set an appointment for 12:00 on a set day. I got a call the day before to confirm, which was great! The next day they showed up at 10:15. Not even close to the set time. I was not home and my husband who is sick had to handle the situation. We had them out because we have a wasp problem near my deck. I can’t locate a nest but I’m outside killing at least 5 a day and there seems to be no end. We can’t even go in our backyard anymore without being chased out. Wayne came out (the Branch Manager) and he told my husband, because it was a windy chilly day they wouldn’t be out. So WE needed to find where they are coming from to locate a nest and then call him. Well the reason I called them was because I wasn’t able to find an entry point or nest (or I would have taken care of it). So I’m left back where I started from and disappointed.

I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received from this company. I was out of my apartment for over a month trying to capture a family of mice. I was noticing poison blocks consistently disappearing but no dead mice. After the first two weeks and trapping 3 mice, my complex decided to finally hire an exterminator to ease my discomfort. I was ecstatic! To my disappointment, he did bare minimum in attempting to help find entry/exit points, and trying to help me capture what could still be in my apartment with professional poison and/or traps. He found a brick missing on my exterior and said that was possibly the entry. He moved my stove back, saw a small hole, and said that possibly could be the exit. I mentioned and physically showed him where I think they possibly could be coming from and where the high traffic areas have been; he didn’t even attempt to look for himself. I thought he was still outside looking for holes, I didn’t even know he left. The same night he left, I physically seen a baby mice come from the same corner of a wall that I showed him earlier. He told my maintenance lady to use her poison. And the only solution he gave was he can put a box outside with bait that may trap them and come back and check it, but the costs was like $200. He was here all of 15 minutes. A complete joke and waste of time. I purchased a night vision camera and I’ve caught an additional 3 mice since the day he left. I believe they are gone now and I’m finally back home. I haven’t seen/heard them nor have any poison blocks came up missing recently. This has been a complete nightmare!

Manny was an awesome guy! He came when he said he would and they did a follow up treatment on time as well. Our pests have been gone for months! Dont shop anywhere else, these people know what they are doing!! I was able to receive text updates regarding our appointments as well, which was super helpful.

Excellent service - We noticed a lot of wasps around the yard and with two young children I was determined to find the source and remove it. They were nesting in our gutters, probably thanks to the dry weather lately, I treated the gutter with some wasp nest spray but this didnt seem to impact them much. One call to Rapid Pest solutions had them gone within a week.The service cost less than I expected and thats always good for unexpected expenses!

Wayne is the best! I thought I either had a termite or ant problem, wayne came to inspect and it turns out I did not have either. He didnt try sell me something I didnt need and was very honest and professional .He fit me into his busy schedule and Im very happy with their customer service!

We are very pleased with their services. The technician comes every 3 months to check all of the mice traps and repairs if necessary. They have done a great job of ridding our mice issue.

I work at an agency that experienced bed bugs for the first time in the 15 years Ive been here. We tried another company and had no luck. Rapid came out, did an assessment, gave us all of the information we would need to understand how the infestation couldve happened, and they helped us get rid of them. Theyve always come out very quickly for us and we are very grateful for them.

This is a great local company who takes the time to understand your problem and they take care of it the first time. We had some wasp nests and their technician Wayne found even more nests than we knew about. He went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was taken care of right there. I highly recommend this company!!!

Rapid pest solutions did NOT follow industry standards of termite inspection. Termite damage was clearly evident in both my garage and unfinished utility room. By their own admission the inspector did NOT perform tapping and sounding. Areas brought to the inspector attention were ignored and said to be water damage, when in fact, it was termite damage. My restoration costs total almost 10,000 dollars! And this company refuses to pay for their negligence! All areas were visually unobstructed and if this company had ANY knowledge at all about termites I would not have incurred this expense! Go elsewhere for your inspection! Save yourself from their ignorance and negligence!

They arrived on time, were courteous and professional and did a thorough inspection of our property, both inside and out. We were very please with their service and would recommend them to our family, neighbors and friends.

Was recommended to Rapid by another mom and pop pest solution company. I didnt want to go with a big company like Termix, Orkin, etc, I preferred to use a local business(my preference) for my termite problem. The price was very reasonable and they were very quick and thorough with the job. They cleaned up behind them selves and left my house the way it was prior to treatment. I would recommend and do business with them again.
