Very clean office and restroom, the bright colors are very pleasing to the eye and inviting. The staff was very polite and professional and the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. I am looking forward to working with everyone here for my sons braces journey.

I had a wonderful experience at Orthodontic Experts. An easy 5 ALL DAY in my opinion. I enjoyed the kindness of the Doctor Cleidy, and all the other wonderful people worked there. Felicia was also a huge helper and was very kind. VERY clean and modern with a nice lobby as well. And for the braces procedure, they did a great job at explaining what was happening and made all the transactions very easy to work and manage with. Overall, great Orthodontist office and would highly recommend to anyone.

My experience here has been great. I have both of my kids at Orthodontic Experts of Mundelein and Dr. Arboleda has been excellent with my children. They are almost done with treatment and they cant wait to get them off, their teeth already look amazing!

Very messy. Front desk doesn’t know how to do simple things let alone talk. I ask questions several times and get the same answer that doesn’t explain my question at all. Rough with their tools on your teeth such as scraping my tongue with a tool; didn’t take it out of my mouth right. Billing is a whole other story. Keeps you on hold for a long time and messes up the receipts after calling several times. Extremely do not recommend. Very very very displeased with my treatment and service here.
