Finally found a bank that has great customer service and is knowledgeable on all aspects of my banking needs as well as very reasonable rates. Manager Robert is outstanding!

This BMO Harris Bank branch is horribly managed. I have experienced repeated fee errors that require visiting the bank to resolve. In the last error, the branch manager insisted that I open an additional personal account or he could not give me the bank error refund. A ridiculous requirement. Also, after being able to cash personal check for years based on my business accounts I was informed they had a new policy and could cash a personal checks.I have moved all accounts. Banking should be frictionless....this one is awful. On the positive side, the bank tellers and staff are quite personable.
Service is horrible. They won’t let you go in the lobby. The tellers are not trained well enough to handle the more complicated transaction. The manager talks you to death and thinks that’s service. Terrible experience.

Rude and very business unfriendly. and you can’t transfer money between accounts electronically. They’re also not on Zelle Pay. This bank needs to come into this century!
