Coach Olen seems to be a good performance and training coach. But an honest and fair businessman, he is not.Oh man where do I start on his business practices? The first time I ever met this man, he was over 30 minutes late and tried to tell me that the meeting started at 2 when it clearly said 1 PM on my notepad. He then got irritated at me for trying to sell him advertisements on our broadcasts, even though I told him going in that this would be independent contract work on behalf of Just Crush Sports/Sports Broadcast Solutions. We offered him a fair deal of advertising, in addition to our video editing services for his select highlight reel packages.Skip forward 1.5 years later. Olen calls me out of the blue and says hes interested in hiring me on a full-time basis. When I offer him a fair salary of $48,000 annually, he counters with, How about $20 per hour or 3 days a week at $200 per day? I tell him to send me an employment contract of what he exactly wants. He of course doesnt comply.Skip forward 3 days later. After being over 10 minutes late for a Zoom meeting, he says, Oh can you film at Wauconda High School and then in Milwaukee for $250? When I tell him no, he tells me that he cant afford the time to pay me via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. He misses the 8 PM deadline to pay SBS the night before the shoot. This is very bizarre because most of our clients can pay us via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal before the broadcast begins.By the way, I have the entire text message conversation to prove how he reneged on a deal and refused to pay me via conventional methods.Skip forward 12 hours later. I tell him to send me a photo of the check by 11:30 AM to make sure that the payment is secured. He waits until 11:45 AM to send me a photo of the check. Not only is it not a cashier check, but he smudged Sports Broadcast Solutions on the check so that its not even legible to the bank teller. I tell him to get me a cashier check. He doesnt comply. I have the entire text message conversation and photo of the check as proof of his unethical business practices.When I drive to Wauconda High School, he tells me to leave and that he wont pay me. He even threated the call the cops on me!? I didnt want to deal with that since he texted me 15 minutes before the event started to no longer come.Do yourself a favor. You can probably find a more ethical performance and conditioning trainer than Olen.

Amazing caring and dedicated staff that pull the best out of athletes. Saw such rapid growth in so many areas with my daughter. Phenomenal atmosphere!!

Great golf course and country club with many amenities. Pool, tennis, paddle ball, bocce, full dining, it has it all.
