I have been renting from them for 30 years. Theyre knowledgeable, helpful, nice people. Reasonable prices, no issues with the equipment. Rented yard tools at first, then construction stuff when I built a new house.

Five stars is a LOT for a rental place! Who would do that? I would. Taylors has been a mainstay in this area going back 25+ years. Easy to find with a super Location on Rt. 45, close to Rt.60. The service is great, the employees friendly and knowledgeable, a rare find. The showroom has items easy to see and find. Its one of those places you immediately feel relaxed and wanted. They stock just about every rental item one could ever want or need. The inventory stretches far beyond the front show room. Prices are very reasonable, Ive never wanted something they did not have. Another Best:TheyDeliver and Pick Up. If you need it they have it, if they dont then you dont need it.

We used these guys for our wedding, and they were fantastic! Every time we called, they answered. More importantly, they answered quickly and they were friendly. Everyone we talked to was able to quickly look up our reservations, and there were no misunderstandings at all, which is rare. They were so helpful and responsive, I couldnt say enough about it. We had some last minute changes, and they were incredibly accommodating. I really couldnt recommend them enough!

Called them on short notice for a July 4th tent, tables, and chairs. They came out on the 3rd with everything I needed, set up the tent beautifully and picked up all the equipment without even bothering me on the 5th. They came through and I would definitely recommend.Only minor complaint, and it isnt a service they offer so it is more of a recommendation, is that they do not set up the tables or chairs so after they set up the tent they leave, and it is then the customers responsibility to open each individual folding table and each individual folding chair. For me this is not really a big deal but I can see this being a bother to some other customers who would prefer a more white glove service.UPDATE - Used their services again for Christmas Eve party and they came through big time again. Everything was as expected. Fantastic from the time I placed my order, delivery and pickup, quality of the rentals, everything. Will never rent from anywhere else. 5 stars!

Their gas motors are always easy to start and run well. Equipment is in great shape and reasonably priced.

My wife and I rented an 8-foot table for Christmas. The next day, when we needed to return it, the weather was awful. I called, asking if I could pay to keep it for another day. The guy said to keep it free of charge, that they didnt expect us to go out in such horrible weather. I dont experience customer service like that much. It was truly appreciated. I will definitely be renting from these guys again. (I also thought the price for the table was great!)

I have always used Taylor Rental Center for renting there trucks. They have reasonable rental prices for there trucks. Very friendly staff and always willing to answer any questions you may have.

If you bought something from Menards, Lowes, or Home Depot and get sent here for repair, do not waste your time. They wont fix it under any circumstances even when one has paid extra for warranty coverage. NO CRAFTSMAN repair here.

Taylor Rental Center in Mundelein is a great place to go if you need to rent anything and they also can fix a lot of things as my lawn mower was not working and I will say that Im extremely happy with the service that I was given and for the price and when I got my lawn mower back it was looking like and running like it was brand new again.

My Toro Timemaster was serviced there. Great communication and attention to details, strong work ethics. Excellent customer service.
