This postal service is always quicker service than the one in Lynnwood on hwy 99. I asked about their rental price for the boxes and they are pretty reasonable.

The employees there are very nice. And as added bonus theyre very helpful as well. The lines seem to move quite quickly too.

I love the Mukilteo Post Office. I live in North Everett, but I go out of my way to go to this location, because the staff are so friendly and expedient. They are kind and seem to genuinely care about you and the services they provide. Im hesitant to share this information, because I want to keep it to myself to keep others from sharing this gem of a post office, but, I would like them to receive all the good-feedback, public and privately, they deserve. Finding good customer service and friendly ppl in governmental institutions is very rare in my experience. So I commend them for the great work they do! Keep it up Mukilteo Post Office!

I LOVE this post office. It is small and home townish. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful, unlike some post offices I have used. They are open 24*7 for self service, so I can go anytime I have my package ready. What is not to like?

Flexible hours and excellent management

It feels wrong to rate the post office anything above zero stars, but in all my experience with the usps this was the best. It was just the speedy service that gets my vote. Although the lady working mentioned the customer flow was much like the ferry schedule, it would either be dead or very busy. I hit it during a lull.

This is an absolute awesome branch! Lines are NOT long, it is locally convenient as it is ONLY a mile from Allstate Insurance Agent: Chris Kemp located at 8229 44th Ave W Ste A in Mukilteo AND the team here are knowledgeable and downright friendly! Just make sure you time the Whidbey Ferry traffic correctly however or you could be in for a bit of traffic...

Great customer service. No waiting line for ever...

Most of the people there are very friendly and helpful, however I always seem to get this one lady who is not. She is often one step away from downright rude. If she wanted to have a job where she could act like that, maybe she shouldnt have chose one where she serves customers every day. Its sad that I dont like to go to this location anymore because of one awful person. Also she often tells me I need more stamps on my letters, but when she only says that about one when I have two that are exactly identical down to page numbers and envelope, I have to wonder. Its just a shame someone like that works there, it really ruins their otherwise great cousomer service.

My favorite post office. Nice staff and has always been a quick trip for me.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!I dont know if its because Im black or because Im married to a white woman, but the people at this post office treat us horribly. (even by the mixed race employees)If a sender to my commercial / business box puts anything other that PO Box before my box # then it gets sent back to the sender.They also send all UPS and FED-Exs back and any slight misspelling of our business name is also sent back to the sender. I spoke with the man at the counter and he explained that theyre following protocol.I think these people are unhappy and on a power trip.If you can avoid doing business at this Post Office then keep away at all costs.The employees treat everybody in all the interactions Ive seen in a fake courtesy but with contempt manor. I live in the apartments behind the post office and drive right past them to Paine Field PO whenever I can.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
