The employees are great and the environment is always clean .

This is a small but wonderful gym. There is a true sense of community and Ive built lasting friendship from people Ive met here. The facility is well maintained, has diverse workouts to fit almost any thing youd like, 2 hours of day care with a paid membership, and is easy to get to. It is a smaller Y, but still wonderful. My son does swimming lesson and karate here. I like Hollys kickboxing class, and Lauras weightlifting class.

We’ve been going to the class peddling for Parkinson’s since February and it’s been fine but we went Thursday and didn’t even have an instructor!Strange we ran our own class and none of the desk staff knew anything about our instructors or where they were at...go figure! The Y is supposedly under new management but it doesn’t appear there’s any management at all! I wish they would get their act together!

The twin Sisters working the front desk were so much help with signing up my great grandson for private swim lessons. Also my granddaughter joined as a one parent one child membership. The day shift ended and the evening shift finished up with us. I then joined The Senior program program with my United Health advantage health program. Monday the 13th will be our official start. Looking to lots of new adventures.

❤️ this place! Especially Venture Camp! The staff are cool, and in Venture Camp, you can meet kids/teens your age! Super fun! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻Only a few staff are actually mean/uninterested. So I would’ve put 5 stars, but they need a 12ft deep pool!

I love this gym. The indoor and outdoor skate decks are a bonus!

This is a great facility with a friendly staff and good programs, but I have observed a noticeable increase in mildew etc. in the mens locker room showers. Seems to me that the cleaning crew are not as vigilant as they were.

Awesome Staff, it is a great place for kids, single parents, families and gym buffs of all kinds to come and enjoy. I love this YMCA, the best in the Puget Sound by far and i have been to them all. You will love going here too! ^_^

Tried to cancel membership but they charged me a redraft fee. Asked about what that fee was for and they responded by saying its because they couldnt get the initial transaction to work with my credit card. Thats absurd because I have been using my credit card all month, I have not gone over the credit limit, and I have been using the same credit card to pay my monthly payments for almost a year. Good thing I checked my online statement or I would not have noticed this bogus charge.

I’m highly disappointed in my experience tonight. My husband and I were unable to take our three year old daughter to the Lynnwood Rec Center for open swim because they were full which my daughter was disappointed about. We then drove to another pool in Shoreline that didn’t have open swim this evening so before we had a third fail, we phoned this YMCA. We spoke with Logan who stated open swim was currently going on until 9:30 and tonight was a special event so it would be free! We arrive and he checks us in and as soon as we put our towels down, the two lifeguards announce that open swim is now closed. I ask them confused and she said they were closed for open swim and Logan’s information was wrong. Disappointed toddler but even more disappointed parents. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before wasting our time coming to this facility because it’s clear that I’m not the only one that’s experienced clueless staff.

Too much strange people go here and the staff bully me. But i still love going here to workout and go to the skatepark. The staff are very nice to me. I 100% recommend.

Our family absolutely loves this place!! The Adventure Zone and little kids rooms are super clean and the staff takes very good care of my kids. There is plenty of cardio and weights and so many different programs to sign up for!! I feel safe here and my kids ask to go everyday to play in the awesome indoor playground.

I am consistently frustrated that whenever I have a question about a class, or events going on at the Y - no one seems to have the answer. You would think the front desk would have access to or even knowledge as to what events are going on in their facility. I was looking for a class this a.m. which was announced to begin in August. The website schedule had NOTHING. I phoned the front desk, and got the same standard reply, No one tells us anything! How about being proactive and looking it up? Why isnt the front desk staff a bit more customer service proactive?

I love the sauna. I get my facial done here everytime. Yay!! Being someone who benches 520, I found it incredibly difficult to find enough weights on the bench press. Otherwise, the gym is great.

There are hardworking people here with lots to do and they Do Not want to stop and help you. Facility is big and offers a variety of activities.

Well all I have to say is that the ymca has nice friendly people out there the staff are nice yes and they care for there customers. But when something happens they will blame anyone so they can get u in trouble even if u tell them it wasn’t you!!!! I was in the hottub with a couple of friends on Friday night and when I was done I got called over by the staff! And they told me who was the person who put soap in the water? I had no clue of what they talked about because there apperantly was soap in the hot tub? And it was my fault ? I told them it wasn’t me ! So they wrote my name down and said it was a warning.... so I come the next day and they tell me I’m banished.... I’m like I told u it wasn’t me and they didn’t care about it they just got gratitude from me being banished

A great YMCA facility with plenty of parking. I visited this particular center for a Zumba training Session with Madalene Aponte.

My daughter had a art class in Dec 2017, but they cancel the class. they told me they would return the tuition to me, i complain ed many times,but 3 month later, the tuition did not return to me yet! So angry! If i can give -5star, i would file it!
