From the beginning, Brandon was communicative, professional, accommodating, consistent, dedicated, responded quickly to any questions I had, and always made sure I felt comfortable with the work that I was doing. During a difficult time and situation our family was in we went with sno-king visitation and I am SO glad we did. Brandon and his team remain truly neutral, easy to work with, easy to schedule in a ways that are refreshing if youre dealing with the supervision process. Visits, exchanges & even phone calls, Brandon helps you remain in contact with your child(dren) while following all legalities & safety protocols. Hes very knowledgeable of the family court system and I really cant say enough about him or his team.

I have been with this agency for a year and a half. Brandon is great when it comes to communication and making sure my case is handled consistently. It is the best agency I have had supervising my time with my kids.

First, and foremost, remember that any negative reviews on here may be a result of an unfavorable Court case. When working with cases involving Domestic Violence, the perpetrator is often controlling, manipulative. Perpetrators “can” love to play the victim, gaslight and blame everyone other than themselves.Brandon and Keri were both very prompt in responding to all of my questions and concerns. At any time, day or night, I received a response within minutes. They both are good people, trying to a good thing for parents, children and families. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience and would recommend their services to anyone going through this difficult situation!

At the most vulnerable time in mine and my children’s lives, I feel like it was a miracle that these people were brought into our lives, by court order. When there was so much confusion and chaos, Sno-King was a peaceful constant in our lives. Never before in my life have I met such professional, caring and dedicated people. Brandon bent over backwards for my children, as did Henrietta. This was a very complicated situation and it kept getting worse. MyChildren refused to visit their father and I was being accused of alienation. With all of the confusion and mess, Brandon and Henrietta remained the most level headed, yet kindhearted people I’ve ever known. When it would have been wise to just quit and leave us to find another service, Brandon and Henrietta worked even harder to assure my children were safe and available for visits. Many times, the details of the visit would change at the last minute and other times the visit was canceled with minimal notice. Still, they did not give up. My boys quickly came to trust their supervisor, Henrietta. Henrietta was not afraid to end a visit when rules were broken, she was able to coax my children to go into the visit, even if just for a short time. I don’t know how she did it, but she built a relationship of trust when my children didn’t trust anyone.Both Brandon and Henrietta were subpoenaed and had to testify. The remained professional and always had the kids best interest and safety in mind.I owe them both more than they may ever know. If you are lucky enough to have this company working with your family, your children will be better for it. I know mine are, as am I.

Brandon is very professional and certified to do this job. He also makes sure that you feel comfortable and you child feels comfortable too. He responds quickly and a timely way. If you ever are in a situation and need this service, this is the company to go with!

The supervisor I had was not professional. My experience with Brandon is that hes untrustworthy.

We used sno-king visitation for a year twice weekly! We were highly satisfied with all the supervisors thats we had over the course of that time and we were always treated with respect. They were very accommodating to our changing schedule and did their best having a supervisor at every visit driving sometimes from hours away. We appreciate all sno king visitation has done for our family and the role they played in making our family whole again! The reports they wrote from every visit were instrumental for us in a situation where we didnt have a voice! Thanks for making this difficult time in our lives a bit easier!
