I read a review that said the initial contract was 6 months minimum and they would charge you that $99 a month if used the services or not. I purchased a virtual office and then had to cancel it because the folks Im working with insisted on using DaVinci virtual offices instead. Apparently you have to agree to the minimum in order to sign up. Maybe I did not read that upon signing up. The minimum is 3 months now. They will charge me every month for 3 months even though I canceled the service. I could see being charged the initial month. Thats my fault. Why they think they have a right to continue to charge you for nothing more than your mistake of not fully reading the agreement I cant agree with. Its predatory. Its hard enough in the beginning when your trying to get a business off the ground. I have another virtual office with them. I will go so far as to say that their customer service is much better than DaVinci. They understand that many clients are building business credit. Just saying.
