Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They keep everything clean with the Covid virus going on right now. Its very efficient when you arrive for your appointment. They have you call when you park your car and they call you back when they are ready for you to do your visit. The wait is less than 5 minutes.

So after some bad dentist experienes I was deathly afraid of going in. But I had a nagging cavity that needed to be taken care of right away. I know I needed a lot of work done. Fillings, extractions, you name it I needed it. The first thing that stood out to me upon going to Harbour Pointe Family Dentistry is how friendly everybody was. They took everything with me step by step so that I didnt feel overwhelmed. They explained costs to me upfront and before scheduling more appointments so I know what my out of pocket costs were going to be and what my insurnace would cover.I think if you have some apprehension about going into the dentist rest easy. The entire practice makes you feel welcome and important. I didnt feel judged even though I was throughougly ashamed at how bad my situation was. They are dedicated to making you feel better. I didnt think it was possible to actually look forward to going to the denist. I look better and feel better. Im looking forward to working with them as I continue my journey toward healthier teeth.

Finding a new dentist, after moving to a new state, is always a challenge, but Dr Johnson and his team made it very easy. They are professional, gracious, accessible and affordable. We have been going here as a family for almost 10 years. Great service and very safe. Dr Johnson has made time for our son in an emergency when he broke his tooth during early June this year even with all the Covid protocols that made emergent issues more difficult to manage. Would highly recommme d this great dentist and his whole entire staff!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!Their practice of telling you your insurance will cover certain cost so you will go ahead with the procedure, then coming back afterwards and saying they made a mistake and now you owe them hundreds of $$$ is completely unethical!!! But by then its too late!! And they expect their payment!! My son had to have a crown replacement, they broke his new crown 3 different times!! Requiring him to reschedule, missing more time from work. Telling me that I needed work that wasnt really necessary! Thank God I didnt follow through!! GO ELSWARE!!!

My experience with Dr Johnson and his team was good at first. I had thousands of dollars in work that needed to be done and I because of my initial experience I decided they would do it. Throughout this process there were multiple root canals and crowns that needed to be done. On the first crown I got I had to keep temporary in for over a month because he broke it three times in a row trying to get it in my mouth. I brushed that off and decided that people make mistakes, so I gave them another shot; even brought in my father for additional business. After that we continued with fillings & another root canal. A short while after they did another crown and stuck me with close to a 1000$ bill some time later after reassuring me I was covered. Obviously I didn’t feel obligated to pay it so from the time I reached out to their office to figure this out until Dr. Johnson decided to make me a priority and reach back out was a month to the day. End result, I have a 1000$ bill heading my way for a situation that could have been easily avoided or at the very least reconciled on their end.

I have been coming here for about 25 years now. Dr. Johnson is great as well as the entire team! They send reminders before your appointments and they let you know when there are cancelations if you want to get in early. Very safe COVID-19 practices. They screen you before you come in, have you check in from your car, take your temperature, sanitize your hands and wrists, everyone is behind plexiglass, the hygienist are wearing masks and face shields, the windows are open with fans exhaling air, and an air filter next to you filtering air as they work on your teeth!But I can’t wait for COVID-19 to be over, because going here was like a spa prior to the new precautions needed. They would dip your hands in paraffin wax that smelled like lavender and put your hands in mitts to keep them warm. They’d had you headphones to listen to any satellite radio channel or to watch tv, with pretty much any channel you could want. They make for a very relaxing dental experience!

Dr. Johnson is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and that they get the best dentistry he can offer. I have had a root canal, routine check-ups and a cap replacement. He constantly asked if I was OK and made sure I was not feeling any pain. The dental assistants make you feel extremely relaxed and comfortable offering hand wax and there’s is a TV with headphones you can watch while getting your teeth worked on. This place is up to date with its dental techniques! My husband and I moved from Whidbey Island last June and I had to have my crown redone after only a year and a half! This dentist office is the one who caught it and replaced it. Needless to say the new crown put on is WAY better than the one I originally got done on Whidbey. Toy chest, kids movie waiting area, headphones for TV while they work, soft hands dip. . . They listen and offer what will make you more comfortable. My favorite though is the billing person who KNOWS her stuff. Im telling you, we never wonder or have to find out for ourselves insurance coverage or the like. They make the process easy for this busy mom.

I went in for my routine cleaning and Jessie was my hygienist. Right away I was offered to do the paraffin wax treatment for my hands which is great because it helps me relax. First dentist I don’t complain about going to. They take the time to explain everything they’re doing, while also trying to get you out of there as quick as possible. They do all the little things to make you comfortable including a wax hand treatment, a tv and headphones, and a warm towel at the end. They truly care about their customers.

My hygenist Jessie doesnt just clean my teeth but helps me learn sound home care practises. Both of them operate quickly and carefully with a high priority on patient comfort.
