What youre looking for that is what youre looking for isnt it I mean lets be honest when youre looking for the things youre looking at those are the things that youre looking for

The phone reps are nice,but their machine are a nightmare,youre better off buying a machine that is belt driven the the direct drive (coupler)

I own a Hydramaster Boxxer. Whenever I need technical assistance I call their support team. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I think they are the very best in the industry. I called because I was having issues with the vaccuum and I spoke with Louie. He is Awesome! He helped me solve the issue over the phone. He was extremely courteous and nice. Kudos to Hydramaster.

I bought a cds 4.8 brand new and they told me it would last nearly maintenance free for 10k hours. We are at 989 the warranty ended and we have replaced nearly everything on the machine. This thing is complete garbage. The company doesnt care and all maintenance has been completed by interlink but yet they still blame all issues on maintenance to include the maintenance free bearings in the drive shaft. Stay clear of this company.

I bought a hydramaster carpet cleaning machine with 500 hours and have had to constantly repair it. at 750 hours the head gasket has blown and now we are out of business. The factory claims the service problems are our problem. they alledge we have not properly maintained the machine yet it has been immaculately maintained. would not purchase another one if my life depended upon it.
