Honestly they went above and beyond my expectations! My car was so dusty and dirty from all the dirt roads, dog hair and camping Ive been doing in this vehicle. They cleaned it so good, that it smells like a new car again!They buffed out alot of my scratches on my fenders!(which were pretty deep)And LOOK AT THOSES WHEELS! That looks like a brand new tire!I wasnt even expecting them to clean under the hood BUT THEY DID 😱 LIKE WHAT WHO DOES THAT!! 😆Theses guys are detailed about detailing!Awesome work my guys! We had Sam from mukilteo house of wax come out for an exterior boat detailing right on our slip at Everett Marina. The wash, buff, and wax took nearly the whole day, and he did a fantastic job getting all of the surfaces out of the water shining. The cost was right in the middle of the estimate, so everything was on time and on budget with no surprises. Communication was also excellent throughout the whole process. Everything met or exceeded my expectations and I’d be happy to use them again. Great business and great service!

Very bad experience. We had the interior detailed for $250.00 and they left streaks on the leather, window tops were not cleaned, glove box not touched, and they promised the car would be ready at 5 pm when it was actually 7 pm. I think they rushed the job because we were obviously last that day. Would not recommend.

We are so pleased with the quality of the work, care and thoughtfulness that the House of Wax had for us throughout the whole process. We had our 40 year old Porsche completely detailed with a carpet cleaning and some dents and scratches removed. The car is old but beautiful anyway so it needed a lot of TLC and they didn’t disappoint. Travis has so many connections to get everything done completely. We are very happy!

Im not sure really where to begin on this one. When this place first opened up, Travis was a joy to work with and his product had a solid value. I looked past a few missed quotes and delayed appointments, delayed return times etc. because I was flexible.I called today requesting an appointment for my boat to be fully detailed & cleaned, a 2021 24 foot fiberglass boat that sits inside at a local drydock 12 minutes away. I fell off my chair when she quoted me 4000 dollars and needed a 2k deposit. After the initial shock left my body I called back and asked for Travis to call me sometime this week when he had a moment because I really wanted to continue to support his business and wondered where in the heck this figure of 4k comes from. The reply from the extremely rude receptionist was that Travis was leaving town at the end of the week and most likely wouldnt have time to call me back. At this point I realized my business was not of value to them anymore, sadly.Needless to say, I wont be back and I wont be referring anymore clients, and I will certainly share my experience with all my neighbors here in Mukilteo.

The staff were all super friendly and did incredible work. They got the rotten milk smell out of my car with no lingering odors and the interior looks better than the day I bought the car. The detailing took a little longer than expected but they had their work cut out for them with what I brought them. To make up for the time delay they offered to drive the car back to my house as a gesture of good faith. 5 stars, 10/10, highly recommended to anyone

I inherited my late grandfather’s car and, thanks to the pandemic, it sat in my driveway for a good 9 months. It was in pretty rough shape and needed more than just a cleaning. I drive by House of Wax all the time and decided to check them out to get my car back to its former glory and they did not disappoint. I can’t believe the transformation their Grand Package provided and I immediately made another appointment for our daily driver. They take such great care in providing a personalized service and anytime I have any car cleaning needs I will be heading to House of Wax.

Perfect!Short story:The place did an amazing job and they were very friendly.I had been neglecting my car and she had tons of food crumbs from my daughter as well as hair and dog prints everywhere!I was due for a deeper cleaning than I could easily do. I called up these guys, it went to voicemail and I figured they werent open. But minutes later, I got a text back to inquire what I wanted. They answered my questions and scheduled me right away!They got every nook and cranny inside and out, I am very pleased with the job. It was a little pricey but you get what you pay for!Zoom Zoom everyone!

Had a great experience as a first time customer bringing our Toyota Matrix here for an interior detail before selling it. A small patch of mold had developed in the back seat and they took care of it. It’s worth every penny. They were also very friendly and communicative here, obviously each customer is valued. This place is amazing! Someone had spray-painted graffiti across my hood lights, and bumper, I tried everything to get it out. But I gave up and figured it would be there forever. I happened to bring my truck in for a detail that week. To my amazement they removed every trace of spray paint without so much as a single extra expense. I highly recommend this place and have already booked an appointment for my wife’s car in too.

This team is amazing! My Scamp camper had a window seal leak and had mold inside. Multiple areas of black mold and rust discoloration on the outside too. They did a complete treatment inside and out and she is good as new! Responsive communication, accurate quote and done in the time they said. Would highly recommend this business.

I got an engine bay detail done here on my FJ Cruiser. It is a 2011 and had never been cleaned, but now it looks nearly brand new. Jose was personable, professional and seemed to take pride in the details. I highly recommend these guys. I wont hesitate to make the drive from Seattle again if I need any future detailing service.

My Lexus needed some exterior work to remove some scratches & swirl marks from a body shop that had done some repairs. I called a few detail shops & spoke with Travis @ House of Wax about it. He had me bring the vehicle to his shop to evaluate the scope of work. No other detailer asked to see it, they just quoted a price. I was totally impressed with the knowledge & way Travis looked over my SUV & told me what he could do. The vehicle looks better than new, & I am happy I made the right choice in using Travis & House of Wax in Mukilteo. It was worth the trip from where I live in Marysville! I highly recommend them if you care about your ride!

Based on the reviews I was excited to leave my car here for the Sedan package. I made the appt online with the times they had available. I called to verify that a deposit was not needed (website states its required). At that time they asked if I could drop it off earlier, I could not. When I dropped it off the guy was nice. I pointed out a couple dings on my car & he told me no problem, I have a guy. No mark up. I had a light tint precut set that I wanted installed & asked if they could do it, they said yes. I showed him where they go & told him I would pay extra. Their website says that this service takes 2 days. I dropped my car off on Friday at 2pm and originally was to pick it up on Sunday. When I reached out Sunday afternoon, they said 8pm. It sounded like they needed more time so I said I could wait & pick it up Monday afternoon. On pick up, first thing I noticed was that none of my light vinyl was installed. The gal casually hands them to me & said OH, I was just handed these a few minutes ago, sorry. I looked at my car. Still a few superficial scratches. The front end looked bad with white marks all over my red & black bumper. I was unhappy so she got a guy who worked there to talk to me. He looked and said I didnt work on this car but it looks like the compound is stuck in the dings. I told him I wanted it removed & my car didnt have white spots on it when I brought it in. I pointed out the dings that still looked the same & was explained that they outsource that and he didnt think they contacted him for my car! FRUSTRATING. They kept my car an additional day & I picked it up Tuesday. The compound was out of the bumper dings but I still had several white spots on the body that Ive never seen while hand washing my car. I let them know I was unhappy and they asked me what discount was reasonable via text. I was so mad about my car I couldnt think straight. I had hoped they would do the right thing knowing how unhappy I was with the end result but I received my invoice for the full $800. I wont take my business here again. Still never received a quote for my paint dings or any explanation why they told me they would install my vinyl & didnt. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

When I arrived the truck was sitting in their parking lot on Mukilteo speedway SHINING FROM RIMS TO WINDOWS.Travis greeted me at their shop door and proceeded to walk me thru the check out inspection for my truck.I am not exaggerating when I say this truck was cleaner than the day I bought.Back into their office Travis handed to me a bag of items that he had picked up during the detailing of my truck. Then he handed me an envelope and said to me “ ken I found this 500$ in cash under your seat”.I was shocked not at my carelessness, but at the INTEGRITY AND HONESTY OF THIS COMPANY. We don’t always see that in today’s business world. These guys are the real deal and have earned my business forward.
