The neighborhood is great. Noor in the office takes care of everything and responds in such a quick timely manner. She really is incredible! The price of rent if very fair for the amenities and apartment. We moved in from Hawaii without seeing the complex and I’m so happy with my choice. I’ve been here for 3 months now and have not had one issue
Have lived here just shy of a year about to sign up for a second best place i have lived the office staff is friendly maintenance is quick and friendly and they actually fix things. walking paths and a pond quiet community parking is great would recommend
Went to pay my rent on August 2nd. The sign on the door said closed 10 - 1.Came back at 1:15 and the sign said closed until 2:00. Called the office and Mia said she was there and that was at 3:15. So I walked back again and now the sign said closed. Two other people one a prime delivery person and a locksmith were also waiting. We knocked on the door and no answer or by phone.Mia called me around 5:00 and yelled at me stating she has other issues to deal with and your rent doesnt need to be paid until the 26th. So unprofessional and she shouldnt be working there.
I loved living here the last 3 years! The On the Green Team (Walter, Dale, James, Noor, Amy, and Haley) really helped make it a community for my boys and I. They responded to questions and maintenance requests quickly and pre-COVID were hosting little community events and bbq to get us together. We also loved the amenities! Thank you for making this home!
I enjoy living here! The complex itself is maintained very nicely, maintenance requests were promptly addressed. Signing the lease was somewhat overwhelming because of all the paperwork that was needed, so make sure to prepare all individuals last few pay stubs that will be payees on the lease, proof of renters insurance for the particular unit, government ID, all pet information, images of pets, vehicle information for the parking pass, etc.The gals in the office are super friendly and accommodating. They’ve always responded very quickly, professionally, and politely to any concern that I have had.I like that there’s lot of potty bag stations for pet waste disposal, the common grounds feel like a park, there’s nice neighborhoods and trails to walk nearby for exercise. Lots of dining, coffee, and restaurants in proximity. It’s very quiet at night, a safe area to live, and most tenants are friendly in passing.
Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Looking to move back when i return to the state. Got some great info when I called. Nothing has changed they are still just as sweet and cant wait for the summer move.
Amy and her staff make this great place even better. Harbour Pointe Boulevard is my favorite place I have ever lived. The area is beautiful, there are tons of parks and trails and your are far enough away from Seattle to keep the hippies away. All in all this place is a win.
Excellent customer service, they respond to any issue or concern right away.I always enjoy the nice and clean view we have around the place.
Amy Floyd helped me make a move from On the Green (WA) to Florida as smooth as possible. It was a little overwhelming for me to iron out every detail of my move, and thanks to Amy, closing out my lease early was not one of my stressors. Often times we hear about people who break their lease (with their apartment establishment) leave very upset. Because of Amy, I was able to leave On The Green on excellent terms. On top of the stellar service I got from Amy, I also enjoyed many years on this beautiful property. Five stars!
I love this place and that pretty much says it all! I have lived here for over two years happily until I moved out of state for six months and couldnt wait to come back. The transition back was smooth, welcoming and as pleasant of an experience as the first time around. Amy and staff are absolutely amazing! Amy has always responded to my emails instantly, always made time for us, shows continuity in everything. its quiet, peaceful, pet friendly, and the grounds are beautiful. Ive never had a maintenance issue. I love Mukilteo, and I absolutely love it here.
This is a really amazing place. A big thank you to managers Kari Brooks and Amy for always being kind and for always keeping not only me, but the whole complex updated and safe. I lived here for 4 years. Moving from TX to WA was a bit daunting and I didnt get a chance to view the apt prior to moving. I definitely was not disappointed, it was perfect for me.From the first day I moved in the office staff took really great care of me, gave me helpful information about City of Mukilteo (utility, cable, etc)I honestly must say that without a doubt my reason for renewing my lease each year (aside from my great apt) was because of the management Kari, Amy, and staff. I felt safe, informed, and never had any major issues. The maintenance team were always there very reliable. My only reason for moving out is because I ran out of space. I needed an extra room to set up a home office. Its a great place to live, safe location, the neighborhood is beautiful.
We absolutely LOVE living here. I’ve never experienced such helpful management. They are incredibly kind and care about the safety and well being of their tenants. They even offered to help anyone out getting necessities if they were stuck during the snow storms! The maintenance is extremely fast and professional. They always do a great job and are friendly. I highly recon this place to families looking for a beautiful and safe neighborhood to live in.
The management and all the staff are courteous, professional, and friendly. They respond promptly to requests and resolve issues quickly. The buildings and grounds are well maintained.
A few months ago we came into town to start to look for an apartment. When i had come in I was greeted for a very friendly front desk woman named Haley. Immediately i was on awe of the look and feel of the office alone. I had a very nice conversation with her when I let her know I was looking to move in October and just looking at this point. She offered to tour but I only had a few minute. While we were talking the manager stepped out of her office to say hello and talk about the community and made me feel welcome. Im sad to say that today we decided that due to current job uncertainty we are putting off our plans to move for at least a year and everything settles down. But once we decide to move forward On The Green will be our first call.
I currently live here, and based my decision not only on the countless amazing reviews, but from a former tenant who loved her experience so much that I had to come take a look. The staff of this complex are the most helpful and amazing people! From my walk-through to the many (and I mean MANY) emails I sent with questions that got quick and helpful responses, I am so glad I made this choice!Parking is a dream, the amenities (indoor and outdoor pool, garbage service, etc.) and the view of the pond are just some reasons I’m so happy to live here.I highly recommend taking a look and seeing for yourself!
Finally, I left this place I had lived there 4 years ago and this is a big mistake of my life . The Management at first was OK, but after a short time They turned to a very rude Management, They have really poor customer services when I told them that I could not find a place for parking. They told me we cannot do anything and if I parked a mistake we will towed your car .last year when renewing the lease. The Manager told me not to worry about the signature. I will take care of that .( she did sign ) Unfortunately, I trusted her. after I left they send me invoice for $989.00 they told me we do we make some cleanup and maintenance I try to call Manager but as usual argue with me, I told here I asked maintenance to fix these things, such as window nets and cupboards, and they did maintenance and as soon as they leave the house it falls again. but she ignore what Im say I paid this amount. It was very big scam of my life but I paid the price for a mistake that I lived in this places any way thank God Im Finally out of this apartment No recommend to live over there.Dont be fooled by the 5 star reviews, this is most likely linked to management to fix their style and cover up their mess.
We just wanted to say thank you for the quick service we’ve always received. We called in a service request to fix some electrical outlets in our kitchen. Wilbur Valdez came out quickly and fixed them and showed us what was wrong! He’s always great with us and super knowledgeable! Thank you guys!!
Amy, Kari, and the rest of the On The Green team are amazing! Friendly people who genuinely care about making their residents happy. They are very good about responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner. They are also good about giving us notice in advance about upkeeping and letting us know about other things like new parking passes, etc. Outdoor/indoor pool and jacuzzi is a bonus and the gym was newly renovated (dont take advantage of this as much as I should). Location is amazing....I absolutely love how there are nice paths to run on or walk your dog in the Harbour Pointe neighborhood. Parking in the complex isnt the greatest but it doesnt cost much more to pay for a carport. Overall, love the apartments I live in. Thank you On The Green!
I have lived here for a short time but as soon as I moved in Haley!!! She made me feel so welcomed and she is so helpful! I am very happy to live somewhere with so many pleasant people around me!
We love it here so much that we moved out of state for a few months and came back to this same apartment complex. The staff here is amazingly friendly! Amy Floyd is the manager and she and the other ladies are super friendly and helpful in every way possible! We couldnt be happier!
Living here is such a breeze! My apt stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter (with the help of curtains of course!). The grounds are kept clean by the great maintenance staff, the office ladys are fun and easy to talk to! Its always good to treat them with respect! Brooke and Amy, you gals are down to earth, respectful, kind and CARING! Its hard to find that nowadays. I love the dog run, the easy access to a small town and the easy access to the freeways!Thank you for creating such a great experience for my family and I for the past 5 years!!!
Lot of fun
I just moved out after two years at On The Green and I cannot say enough about the staff. Brooke, although not always on site, is always professional.Amy, the Operational Manager, is very much invested in the property and tenants. I stayed twice as long as originally intended because of the standard she maintains. She is organized, efficient and always professional.Carrie, the leasing agent, is top notch as well. She is a bright, positive representation of the property and always responds in a knowledgeable and timely manner.Maintenance is respectful, courteous and very quick to resolve any issues. I couldn’t have been happier with the property/ this team is exactly what one looks for in an apartment community.A++
I lived here for three years. Staff was amazing. Very fast response to any problems. Grounds are beautiful. Packages are so easy. Pool is always warm. Family friendly. Parking okay. They were just so friendly. Miss it here.
This is my first apartment and Ive lived here for about 4 months. Cant say enough about their office staff. Very friendly, always smiling and eager to help with questions or issues. Their handyman is a good guy too. The grounds are kept clean. Theres always a parking spot open (sometimes you might have to walk an extra 30 feet, not the end of the world people). Everybody Ive met around the complex seems nice, so thats cool.5/5 and would recommend !
Ive lived here for 2 years now and love it. I moved here based on amenities and school. Both of them have been great. The girls Amy and carrie in the office are so sweet. If I have any problems they are on it right away.
I have been living here for 2 years, When we first moved here we liked it a lot. Shortly after that the management team changed and everything went down hill from that point. This management team is one of the worst I have ever experienced in the service business. I can go on and on about how poorly they response to residents problems. Every time I have gone to office with any issue their response is well look at it later. And 2-3 weeks later I will still have the same problems. Never hard them empathizing we us. And when they cant come up with any response they will simply blame one of their maintenance people. It is a great place to live for very short time, Assuming that you dont have to deal with any of the maintenance people. They usually sends out survey to fill out but never takes any action about the things they see on the survey.Rent increase is crazy!! it goes up every time you renew lease. There Maintenance team has absolutely zero knowledge about any of the appliance.
Not recommended To live over thereI lived on the Green 4 years ago in the first was good and then turn to bad. management very rude and style talking is so bad this why i decided to leave, I ask one of managment team when I have to leave she say last day is March 03, When I give here the keys she told me you have to pay 3 days of you rent, this not good trick
I am giving this place 4.7 stars. This is a 5 for Amy and her staff. A 5 for location. And a 4 for my apartment.I will start with the good.Amy and Kari in the front office are incredible. They are prompt in their responses and aid me in fixing all of my problems and in answering all of my questions. The maintenance staff is on point. It has never taken more than a day for them to come in and look at something I have broken. The location in unmatched. Harbour Pointe is great for walking and biking. You are near the beach and interstate but far enough away to where is still has a relaxed feel. Now the bad.Parking, as with all apartments can be a hassle. As long as you know it and plan for it, you will be ok.My kitchen sink is small. That’s about it.I feel if this is the only bad things I can say about a place it is an indicator that they are doing pretty good. You will love it here.
I have been in association with On The Green at Harbour Pointe for several years now. I have met some incredible management who I can really trust and who have made me feel valued. They are helpful individuals that solve problems and care about your concerns.
Horrible management staff. Had constant safety concerns that were not addressed. Did not feel safe there. Do no move here!
The staff (especially Amy) has been the best and most helpful I could ever imagine. Every time I walk in, i feel like I am coming to a group of friends. The amenities are awesome, the grounds are kept clean, maintenance issues are corrected and followed up on. Whether a family or an individual - On the Green is definitely worth considering.
Ive lived here for 3-1/2 years and have always had pleasant experiences with the staff. The grounds are park like and fabulous. Service requests are acted on quickly and resolved satisfactorily. In one case they gave me a brand new washing machine!
Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are fixed on a timely manner. The renovated main office looks very nice. The mail package lockers are very convenient and add a nice peace of mind knowing your packages are in a safe place until you return.
Amy does a wonderful job of keeping everything running smooth. She is always more than willing to get any of your problems solved as quickly as possible or to give you any information you might need. Its a Great place to live. Amenities are clean and well kept. People are friendly, its also quiet at night for a restful sleep. Things get fixed immediately by maintenance folks, who are also very courteous. Amy and Brook have taken care of the illegal parking that was going on. All ad all its worth your time to check these Apartments out !
On the Green at Harbour Pointe is a lovely respite from the outside world. From the luscious entry, fountain and upgraded exteriors to the friendly, knowledgeable staff, my experience here has felt like Home. The maintenance crew is respectful and efficient, the grounds always cared for, opportunities to use the pools, workout room and nature preserves make this place an oasis. Thank you for the gift of your attention to this lovely space.
I’ve been here now for about 10 years and I love it!! Amy the property manager is amazing as well as her staff!! I’ve really enjoyed our apartment and the facilities and happy to call this place home!!Bill Taylor
On the green is a great place with everything you need ! Not only does it have Great schools, a well maintained spa and swimming pool, but you ll be overjoyed there. The management is unique, friendly and professionals. People are very well behaved and nice. The appartement design is great and the maintenance is here whenever you need it . My kids are safe and happy living here. This is one of the best neighbourhoods around!
We have been here almost 4 years and my kids and I love it.yes parking is still a bit of an issue but nothing mayor.I do think they need more lighting in the back of the buildings and cameras.I think that if you sign a one year lease you should get your own parking spot or if you been here for more than a year....on the weekends ...and sometime weekdays if you get here after 7 pm there is not parking around my bulding and is I get here after 10 ....well good luck finding any at all.But beside that we like this place.close to school and library and pretty much everything!😄
I have not lived in an apartment for over 30 years. After selling my house and waiting to get a new house built. I viewed and decided to sign a lease at On the Green. This has been an excellent experience, The office staff and onsite repair staff have always gone above and beyond my expectations. Id like to call out Amy for her diligence and how she cares about everyone who lives on this property. Not what Id expect from a large corporate apartment complex. Thanks On the Green for a great living experience.
I recently renewed my lease at on the green and I love living here! The leasing staff is amazing and have always gone above and beyond to help me and make me feel welcome and valued. The maintaince staff is great and respectful in my home. The layout of my apartment is fantastic, and I love the natural light! The renovations are underway, and I am excited about the improvements that will make this and even better place to live!
They love to walk right into your apt. without knocking, and with no notice. Sure, they seem nice at first, but as soon as you move in... youre on your own, Many tenants have had to resort to hiring an attorney. Read the reviews apartment ratings . com
We are coming up to the end of our first year here and I have to say that so far this is one of the best places I have ever lived before... My son has had a lot of problems being bullied before we moved here, since living here my son has made friends with the kids here and at school for the first time in his life and as a mother I couldnt be happier! We spend a lot of time at the pools and play ground here, the staff and Maintenance are beyond amazing they always get things done asap (Which lets face it no maintenance workers ever gets things done on time) but they normally get things done in a day or 2 sometimes faster! I always forget my key card to pick up my packages and the ladys in the office are always helping me get them (thinks girls)! I am about to renew my lease here in December and cant wait to spend another year here with my wonderful walk in closest :)
Love living at On the Green!! Management is amazing, Amy is tops. Maintenance crew is fast and efficient! Pools and the gym/basketball court are kept clean and well maintained. Thank you guys!!!
This apartment complex is great! The office is always so nice and kind! It has a beautiful pond and a fun pool with lots of games inside the office complex! Love it here!
Management is rude. No parking and if you have an assigned parking spot other people will steal it and park their own car in it. Management could careless if someone else is parking in your spot. I had a dog and was accused of not picking up after him without investigating. Management found out later it was the lady at the other end of the building, but boy they were ready to charge me for each pile. I told them come right now and look to see if I have dog poop outside my apartment. They never came. They charge outrageous prices for water. They will charge $30.00 for each person living in the apartment no matter how much your water usage is, and every year rent is raised about a $100.00. When I lived there the property was sold and bought about 5 times and whoever is investing into the apartments they just want the management company to get their money. Electric was very high, but I froze to death because there no insulation in the walls. I had to get a prelaw friend to go with me to the management office after I moved out to get my deposit back. They were breaking Washington State law because they took longer than 2 months to return my money. Only consider living in this place if it is the last place on earth.
The best staff in Seattle Kari, helped me every step of the way. It was the best move I have ever had.Great place to call home!
The staff top to bottom needs retraining or replacing. Up to the new owners. I can list examples for hours, but I have wasted enough time talking to and about the management here.If you dont mind bad management then this place is great for its location and relative cost for the first year.
We have lived here for a couple years. When we first moved here, it was very family friendly. It was a great place for kids, children 13 and over were allowed to swim as long as they had a buddy with them, kids were allowed to go to the clubhouse to shoot basket ball and use the computers to complete homework assignments or any other reason. Then the new management came in, and the place has gone downhill. Every time you turn around new rules are being implemented. They changed the pool to 16 and over last summer, and now this summer is has been changed yet again to 18 and over. The computer was changed to 16 and over last year, and now changed again to 18 and over. The kids cant even come shoot basketball now unless they are 18 and over now. COME ON!!! You mean to tell me I have to come to the office just so my 16 year old can practice his jump shot or complete his online homework assignment. They blame it on a few bad apples well heres an idea...get rid of the bad apples, ban them not the good kids. This place is no longer family friendly. Whats the point in having all of the amenities if they cannot use them. Its gotten completely ridiculous. The office staff has completely changed over, and not for the better. I hear them talking badly about residents, Ive heard them be ignorant and raise their voices at residents. They are unprofessional. AND, now they have decided to close on Sundays, the 1 day a week we could go as a family to use the amenities.
Great location. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
Prices are reasonable, lack of major deposits is a huge plus, although the deposits you do pay, dont expect them back.Parking is non-existent. Although I never had to park outside of the complex, I had to park again and again on the opposite side of the complex. If you work standard hours its a race to get a spot. If you get out of work after 6 its game over. Get a garage or an assigned spot, its worth your money. I work nearby so I just left my car at work in the summer and walked to avoid parking nightmares.Cleaning fees on move-out are ridiculous. No matter how much you clean up the apartment, you can leave it spotless, and theyll still eat your deposit with a cleaning fee. They will not do a walk-through with you on move out, therefore its all at their discretion. Do not waste your money on carpet cleaning, theyll do it anyway and charge you for it.Overall I had a decent year. Lots of police visits to neighboring apartments which ultimately drove me away. Be extremely picky with your apartment. I had a corner second story unit with nobody above me at the edge of the complex, sharing a very minimal wall with an Chinese lady that never made a sound and waved and bowed to me before running away the one time I saw her.Overall 2 stars. The review gets an extra one for the overall greenery, fountain with a minimal seating area, and the extremely nice gentleman that is always out walking his dog.
We moved into our apartment a month and a half ago. The initial walk through check off sheet for maintenance concerns and the overall condition of the apartment was completed and turned into management within 72 hours. We have had multiple issues since moving in. The bathrooms and window have a constant condensation buildup. Its so bad that there is a daily puddle of water behind each toilet and literally small puddles of water in all of the window sills throughout the apartment. With the water build up being so extensive there is also mold in each bathroom and on areas of the window sills. Even when the mold is wiped off it will come back within 24 hours. When this was brought to managements attention we were told thats normal for this time of year. We have asked that the fans be checked to make sure they were working properly again management stated there were no issues. The heater in one of our bedrooms has to be left on constantly or it might not turn on for hours. We reported this issue over 2 weeks ago and they have failed to even come out and check out the heater. So therefore our electric bill has nearly doubled. We have attempted to speak with management about these issues and are getting no responses at this time. We have contacted the corporate office and we were told that the issues would be taken care of. Again no one has come out regarding our concerns. At this time we are being completely ignored by the management team and the corporation. I would never recommend for anyone to move into On the Green. Very poorly managed and horrible customer service. We are very dissatisfied and will continue to send letters to the corporate office until something is done.
Please ReadAs you can tell from the ratings there is a spike of 1 star ratings, for reasons, meanwhile this place doesnt deserve any bit of 1 star. Please continue reading to why I would rate this place as zero. In short this place used to be great. After management and owner changed, the outcomes as follows low and poor management, poor customer service. In 2017, I was visiting family and I ended up putting in a bad review and management came to me asking to take it off and they will promise a better customer service. I took it off so that I dont cause any problems for my family. Last night I went to visit my family for couple of hours and when I left I didnt find my car!!! Apparently, I cant park without a permit... Im not a resident to have permit. I visit my family every week and park my car and leave the same night and nothing happens. I called in the apartment security and he wasnt respectful to my concerns. Apparently this place is unsafe because I found couple of other cars without parking permits. Why my car didnt get towed for the many times I visited family in that place? Is that because Mr. security is friend with a resident or is it he just do his job when someone calls him? This place is unsafe. Why my car didnt get towed the many times I visited that place during that poor management. That means security is not doing his job. This place is disrespectful to their residents and to the visitors. Other apartments out there have designated parking for residents and for visitors unlike this cheap place who doesnt care about anything. This review wont do anything to me but just to open your eyes before you step one foot in that area. Im calling my lawyer in the morning and will sew this place for poor management and their poor policies and for taking advantage of the community. This place is cheap in value not how it looks and not for its amenities. This place doesnt even deserve the time I put in to write this review. I encourage the residents to have a say and be strong enough to stop management from taking advantage. Dont be fooled by the 5 star reviews, this is most likely linked to management to fix their style and cover up their mess.Thank you for reading.
The management here goes above and beyond. They are always helpful and they keep the place looking immaculate!! We loved living at on the green and highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in Mukilteo!!
Ive been towed WITH a parking pass on and there is RARELY ever any open parking spaces. If you want a covered space, you better have money for it but even then, people steal your spot everyday. Talk to any resident before moving here, they know parking is a problem.
I LOVE Mukilteo. The staff at On the Green is very kind and accommodating. Sold my house in Everett and moved here for the schools. Maintenance requests get handled in a timely manor. Really pretty neighborhood to walk around, nice people in this community and very close to Everett and Lynnwood.
Amy is the bomb. They are super accommodating and let residents live peacefully. I hate the people that live above me, but the apartment complex has 0 control over people stomping around at 1 am. XD
Too bad Google dont have negative stars. August 2013 we were searching for an apartment in Mukilteo, all our friends advised us not to go on the green, but when we saw the scenery we had to get an apartment there. we saw the apartment we liked it, we signed the agreement everything was in place and then moving day we received a call saying that there was an issue with the contract and they have to revise it, additional 250$...it was already too late for us to move back, so we paid. first, no apartment parking spots...you will end up parking miles away and walking under the rain every night if you get home after 6 pm. The staff are seriously so disorganized that we had to supply the signatures more than 3 times. they kept sending me my bills to my in-laws house while I was living at their own complex.finally we decided to move out after 1 year and it was the best decision we ever made. before we left, we cleaned the place like it was our own house. same day we left, we asked the management desk about our deposit, they said that they will send it to us within a week. after 1 week, we were surprised to receive a call stating that we still owe 280$ which are on top of our 250$ deposit...when I asked what for, they said it was cleaning charges....I havent paid the amount yet and I have never heard them calling more than now. I will pay the amount...but will make sure to advise all people to save their money and seriously find somewhere else to live.its not worth the money and the stress they will cause you.advice to Madrona management, for Gods sake, you have a beautiful location, start treating your residents fairly and change your staff ASAP.
My parents moved in a few weeks ago, and we love to come visit them. Yes, for the price maintenance could do better but so could renters. Take pride in what you rent, take iniative and fix what you can. My kids love it here, the pool hours arent long enough for those who work during the week and yes parking is horrendous but you will have that problem everywhere you go around this area. The elementary school which is basically across the street is one of the best you will come across in Snohomish County. Overall my kids love coming to Nana and Grandpas house.
The leasing team of Kari, Haley and Amy are professional, courteous, friendly and informative. This team can’t be beat.
Not allowed to throw out your own trash!!! Thats right, I have lived here for months and now they have locked up the dumpster and will fine you 75.00$ if you use them. You must use a small can provided to you and leave it outside your door and they will throw out your trash for you. They have also stated that they have resident narks to tattle on you! Can you say Police State?
Lived here for 2+ years after moving from New York. A nice quiet community, the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff truly set it apart!
** My last review was apparently to mean according to Google, so I softened up this review**Ive lived here for 8 years and counting and this apartment complex absolutely deserved a 1 star. The reviews that have are 3 stars and above are either from people who havent lived here long enough to experience the complex or were told to raise the average score. Also, you should know that I only 1 star places that absolutely deserve it. This place has the worst service. The employees are extremely rude and immature, one of them even accused me of burglarizing the office and from my 8 years of living in the complex Ive only been there a couple times. Furthermore, they charge a maintenance fee to all residents. The fee is about $600. I find it quite ironic how they call it a maintenance fee when thats the only thing they dont do. In addition to the maintenance fee it also maintains the office?? MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO GO TO THE GYM AND BASKETBALL COURT DONT EVEN LIVE THERE. So why should I, A RESIDENT, pay for a gym that non-residents use? Anyways, there is a meet up area next to this pool surrounded by apartment buildings in Front 9 (section of On The Green) and residents have to pay to use the meet up area. If you go there in person, the area needs obvious repair. The ponds are filled with gasoline, wrappers, and bottles. Believe me, Im not exaggerating. Heck, Ive even seen a dead turtle at one of the ponds. In an overall sense, do I truly hate this place? I think the question is who doesnt?
The leasing staff was a major selling point when I decided to live at Harbour Point. I ended my lease early due to a career change and relocation. To say the least, I endured some of the most challenging months of my life while living there, but all of my interactions with Sajia, Amy, and Linda were truly like sunshine on a rainy day. They were consistently professional and pleasant. They went above and beyond to make my transition away from Washington an easier one. Regarding the property/apartment: With the exception of having bathroom lightbulbs changed, I never had any service requests because everything worked perfectly (washer/dryer, fridge, microwave). I lived on the second floor and never had issues with noise from neighbors. When searching for an apartment, noise level was a primary concern for me. I only used the workout center once and it was nice to have the option available, in addition to the pools, grills, etc. Wifi at the clubhouse was speedy. I found the neighborhood to be charming and enjoyed a few long walks after many stressful work days. I dont write many reviews (and this review is like three months overdue), but these ladies are certainly deserving of acknowledgment for their great work. The leasing staff sets the tone for an apartment community and I have certainly had negative memorable experiences during my years of renting, so this was like a breath of fresh air. Many, many thanks to you ladies!!!
The apartments are horrible, the staff do not care about the residents nor about the facilities. The weight room is old and outdated without proper ventilation or fans and the equipment is broken and teens hang out in there causing issues after hours making it unusable. The staff acts nice to your face but are extremely rude and do not take any steps to fix any issues. Maintenance has no clue what they are doing and despite them marking your work order complete, they do not fix anything. They come in, look at the issue, pull out a few tools, say theyll be right back because they need something, they come back, clean up the tools and leave. Parking is horrendous. If you come back to your apartment after 6pm there are no spaces except by the clubhouse. The price is not worth it. Its a very cheap, poorly constructed apartment. The walls lean, the floors lean, doors dont close because they lean. Im waiting for the building to fall over. And if smoking, noise, non functioning microwaves and ovens are your thing, you might like it here. Otherwise, dont waste your time or money. Also there is mold in the pool room that they continue to paint over acting like itll make it go away.
Absolutely no parking - until I received an assigned spot (took four months), I was forced to park near the front office, which is about a quarter mile from my apartment. The management team does absolutely nothing about parking squatters, and Im constantly seeing cars without parking tags sit in the same spots for weeks. The management team claims that they tow parking violators, but Ive yet to see a tow truck come once.Absolutely filthy - The management team canceled the trash pickup service a few months ago, and has yet to find a replacement service, yet they continue to collect trash dues. Not only that, the dumpsters get filled up to the point that trash is literally just thrown in the street. Im also frequently seeing cigarette butts and food trash littered on the stairways. Ive attached a few pictures of what the dumpster looks like on a frequent basis.
Unprofessional rude staff. I have had 4 interactions and every single one, the lady who seemed to be in charge was absolutely horrid. If their office staffs attitude says anything about how they manage issues, avoooooid this place! The perks seem great but the keycards never work so whats the point? We invested in home gym equipment and I have a tanning membership at Desert Sun despite having a pool, hot tub, sauna, tanning bed, and 24 hour gym on the premises because of the amount of problems with their keycards.
The management and staff are both accessible and professional. Highly recommended!
Ive moved here a while ago and at first I loved it but then it went downhill, first my kids cannot go swimming or the gym without an 18 year old, Im sure my kids are more responsible than most adults and 2 one of my kids has a lifeguard card but they still said no, so now I have to sign my kids up at a gym and pay for my kids to get fitness and I cant wait until my lease is over I am moving out the day it is!!!!!! Parking here is also crazy we pay enough money for parking!
Security sucks here last week got two of our bikes stolen from our back yard. 2 years ago somebody broke in to my apartment .I been asking for more lights or even security cameras and nothing as been done.we use to love this place...use to...
One can only describe the experience as less than accommodating compared to a cardboard box, in the year we spent there I was harassed by management, my truck broken into and stereo stolen (1st time since owning it and even while living in Tukwila never any issues), loud (kids screaming/ cussing at adults), the apartments are not insulated so heating bill is tremendous, Mold on inside of windows, decks are falling apart and if you live next to the golf course be prepared for golf balls hitting your deck and car (yes I have 2 large dents in my 2012 VW CC with 33k miles). We had considered another lease because we hate moving but cannot justify $153.00 increase in rent with the condition of the units (Paid approx $1450.00 wanted $1653.00) on top of we had a garage ($150.00), pets $70.00 so it would have been close to $1900 mo…. WHAT???? For a small 2 bedroom apt… No way!!!Stay away from these if at all possible, they will suck you in with initial lease then increase once the year is complete, along with damaged property and loud obnoxious kids that have zero respect for adults.
Poor parking. Dirty sidewalks and litter every where. Over flowing trash compactor area. Only one area to place trash for so many apartments. Staff was rude and totally disrespectful. Buildings need to be pressure washed as light colored moss is starting to show up.
I have moved here with my family 4 months ago. Its a nice place. though its a little old and there are some problems, but I really appreciate mrs SAJIA who is always here to help us .SHE IS SO KIND and HELPFUL. actually we didnt want to rent this apartment when we found that the residents have many complains about parking lot but we changed our mind, we preferred to stay in a place where somebody is always there to listen and help, THANK YOU DEAR SAJIA .
Nicely maintained and well manicured buildings and grounds.
Visited a friend. Beautiful landscsping
Nice restaurant bar given it is at a golf course
Love it here!
Maintenance guys and office staff are Amazing!
Nice view... Little too noisy close to street, but cant complain...
Its a nice place to live.
No parking. If you decide to have a guest over after 6:00 your car will be towed. Has happened twice to us. This place is a joke. Dont lease here.
Overpriced to say the least
To hate by definition means your out of discord
Called this office today and spoke with Linda & Brooke - Brooke who is the office manager Linda was very rude and not willing to help me at all and when I spoke with Brooke she did not even attempt to care about why I was calling and had no apology for the way my call was handled with Brooke
Cozy community!
I have lived here now 3 years now...had truck broken into last night parking permit stolen out of my truck and then it WAS TOWED FOR NO PARKING PASS...West cost security is a joke
Cozy environment
