I recently hired excel to replace my old pool heater, pump and install a new digital control panel. They did a great job, showed up on time, completed job quickly and cleaned up my pool equipment area as promised. Although I had a few quirks with the control panel, they quickly followed up and are working out the issues. From the owner, installers to the office personnel, I found them all very courteous, professional and responsive. Excel Pool has been our pool and spa service for more than twenty years. They are a company that has earned our trust and admiration both for the quality of their service and their reliability. When we needed our heater and pump replaced they were there with recommendation as to which would work best for us and made sure that we got the best price for pump and heater instillation. We can set our clock each week as to when our service man is to arrive. He is always on time, polite and knowledgeable. They have been servicing my pool and spa for over 20 years. Best in the business. They are proactive about notifying me of issues. When there are issues, they recommend the best fix, not necessarily the most expensive fix. The serviceman shows up every week at his normal time.

We have had Mario come by the service our pool for years.It makes having a pool real easy. The chemicals are always in balance and everybody remarks that it doesnt smell like chlorine.If extra service is needed they will let you know, you can either do it yourself or they can do it for some extra payment
