The maids are friendly and nice but they charge too much for the quality of work. Also they did not hold to the original rate with my. They were supposed to give me a discount for first five visits but every time they would forget the coupon. I had to contact Anna everytime and it always took me time to get them to honor the coupon. The last time, my fourth visit by them, they refused to honor the coupon so I quit the service. They still owe me $20.

Im so pleased to have found a new cleaning service. They are great at what they do, super nice and go the extra mile for you. They also very quick to answer phone calls and text messages and I especially appreciate that due to my busy schedule. I look forward to working with them for years to come! P.S they love cats and I felt very comfortable with them around my kitties and they even cleaned their cat tree for me!

No one answers the phone it goes to the main line they can schedule you but not reschedule or cancel. No response to confirm they cancelled my appointment and no call back stating when I can reschedule. So frustrating this is the second time I’ve tried the Palo Alto branch and again no response from this office they don’t answer the phone and the do not return calls. It’s incredibly disappointing & frustrating.

My cleaning lady was super efficient and friendly! Arrived on time and finished within the 3hr time period.
