After four months, our dishwasher stopped working again. There was no power in the dishwasher. None of the lights or buttons were working.Robert helped us diagnose the problem over the phone and when we found out that it was a blown fuse, he came over to change it as quick as he could. Jim did a fantastic job with our refrigerator repair. He was professional, friendly, and detailed oriented. When he installed a replacement part that didnt work, he took a lot of time to troubleshoot the problem and check for other issues without getting frustrated or asking for more $. It turned out that his supplier had given him the wrong (but similar) part sealed in the packaging of the desired part. He came back the following day with the correct part and resolved the issue quickly. Jim also brought mats to protect our hardwood floors before moving our refrigerator. The reviews are legit. Technician is honest and very helpful. He gave me advice on my fridge when it was acting up. He didnt charge me a dime and easily could have gotten my money with a diagnostic call. Instead he did research on my issue and gave me advice over the phone. Great guy.

I am so thankful to Viking Repair Mountain View. They came out to repair my refrigerator the same day and were very professional. I could not be more satisfied. While they were in my home they took a look at my oven as well ( which had been repaired by another company then broke a week later). We scheduled for a few days later and now my oven is finally fixed and working properly. They were reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Thanks again guys!
