We used SF City Limo for all of our airport transfers during our recent holiday from Ireland. From the superb levels of communication from Sam through to the timely pickups the whole experience was completely stress free. Hired SF City Limo to take us from San Francisco to Calistoga. We had a ton of luggage - the car was very comfortable and spacious, our driver was very professional and courteous. We will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to our friends visiting the area!

Both the dispatcher and the driver were helpful and spent time understanding my particular needs and meeting them to the extent possible on a busy Thanksgiving holiday. The service was punctual and the vehicle was spotless inside and out The driver, Ahmad, was a courteous and personable guy; he loaded and unloaded my very heavy bags and was able to offer specific & useful advice on how to contact the porter service at SFO. Have used these guys twice and driver was over the top courteous and professional. In one case booked them with less than 24 hours notice and they were at the curb waiting early with child seat as requested. Both drivers communicated very clearly with texts where they were to coordinate with our flights. Highly recommend.

On time, gorgeous luxury vehicle, excellent tour route/suggestions, and opened/closed our doors throughout the night. Very friendly staff and affordable pricing! I dont think that Ive ever dealt with a car service that was more courteous and more accommodating than they are. With less than one days notice...on 3 occasions...they were able to get me to and from the airport and they always made me feel like I had been a long-time customer. It was easy to recommend them to a family member with the confidence that they would get the same treatment. I also requested the same driver (Amer) each time! He is a gem! Kudos to you!! SF City Limo was super easy to book and the communication through booking and pick up was amazing and comforting. Sam kept me undated with the drivers info and arrival details via text, which was very convenient. The pick up by Ahmad was on point. The Cadillac was sharp and he got us from Napa to SFO in 1.5 hrs. The guys made our vacation departure easy and hassle free. Got their recommendation from a friend and would use them again next time we’re in the San Fran area.

As a one female traveller from the United Kingdom to San Francisco on a yoga retreat/holiday, safety was my number one priority.I was WhatsApped when I arrived at San Francisco airport which was very reassuring to me. I was given drivers name and registration of the car.I took 4 trips with this company and spent 800 dollars.This is quite high revenue so I was surprised when I was looking at my credit card bill at my trip that this company had charged me over 30 dollars more than what was quoted in an email from them.I had not been told and had definitely not had of authorised this extra charge. A forty minute trip cost almost 230 dollars!This drivers do not take or help with your luggage. I was left struggling to get my suitcase up stairs to where I was staying.It is for these two reasons I would not recommend this company.

Really great and thoughful customer service. Everything confirmed in detail from time of reservation to texts on arrival. I made an off-handed comment about my long and late travel day and Sam had the driver waiting for me. Ahmad was friendly and a great driver. Appreciated the extra touch!

We rented the Limo Sprinter this past weekend for a group of 8 people to enjoy Napa for a friends birthday. We had an absolute blast and Sergio our driver was amazingly patient, kind, courteous and helpful. He recommended a winery for us and let us enjoy music and fun in the back while he kept us safe on the roads. We really appreciated having Sergio and enjoyed our time in Napa greatly. I’m so happy I selected SF City Limo. From my initial interaction they were very helpful. Sam helped me understand my different options and made my purchase fast and easy. The driver, Tarik was on time and happily dealt with us making a lot of noise. The driver dropped us off at the Cliff House and when we came out I wasn’t sure where he parked. I texted Sam, asking for the drivers number, and Sam responded in a split second making it so easy for me to contact the driver to come grab us. Last minute we decided we needed another hour in the limo. I rang Sam, who answered immediately, and he seamlessly extended our rental, the call took me 20 seconds and I was back to having fun. Loved their professional and tentative service! It made our day!

Only had one day so booked a 5 hour tour via Sam who made sure I had everting I needed before we set off, Amir my driver was fantastic, took me to all the places I wanted to see and recommended restaurant for lunch which was the best . I used SF City Limo for round trip transport from SFO to downtown SF. Excellent decision . 10 star service - cars were immaculate and drivers extremely professional . Our flight home was delayed several hours and the dispatcher Sam was extremely accommodating . I would highly recommend .

Until 2 years ago, when the company moved to Seattle, I used the same wonderful people for trips to and from SFO and OAK. Since then I have searched and been unable to find any company as good...until now. SF City Tours and Sedan seemed to be too good to be true, stating its flat fee to be the actual amount paid. Every other site, when asked for quotes would suddenly be 2x the original flat fee. This company contacted me the day before my flight with instructions. When I turned on my phone upon landing at SFO I had a text. Great SAFE driver on time to pick us up and take us home. Plan to use them again and again!

We were so impressed with SF City Limo. Sam, our dispatcher got us connected to Amir, our driver in a timely fashion at SFO. Then Amir drove us 2 hours north in an extremely comfortable sedan. We enjoyed exchanging conversation with Amir and he was very polite and a good driver. We recommend them highly!

Recently I traveled to Montreal from San Francisco (and back) and needed help getting to/from the airport and into the hands of the Air Canada assistants who assist disabled passengers. I was worried about getting my suitcase down two flights of stairs at home here and then into the airport. I emailed SF City Limo and connected with Sam (the same knowledgeable dispatcher Ive talked to in the past) and, not only did he remember me, he assured me hed send someone able to help with the suitcase. At 4:30 a.m. Omar arrived at my door, WIDE AWAKE and ready to assist me on my journey - what a relief! When I returned, driver Ray, was waiting to make sure I got home and bring the suitcase back up the stairs! I have used SF City Limo on a couple of important occasions. Last Christmas, my sisters and I took a limo to an event in Redwood City, Amir was our driver, we asked him to wait for us for a couple of hours and then bring us home again (which he cheerfully did) and, in May of this year, when my brother and his girlfriend came to visit from Vancouver Island, we asked SF City Limo to take us around to see the sights - that was an awesome day trip orchestrated by Amir (I learned things about SF that Ive been erroneously telling people all these years - like where the Full House house really is!) - our tour included stopping at the ice cream store in Sausalito! (every visitor to SF has to go over the Golden Gate Bridge!) Heres some important inside information - Amir knew where all the bathrooms were so Carol and I felt comfortable all day long! I truly cant recommend SF City Limo highly enough...they deserve many more than the 5 stars allotted above! The drivers are professional and good natured, and seem genuinely interested in making my trips as easy and safe as possible. I feel very spoiled when I ride with them and cant wait for the next occasion to call them!
