I must say, for my first experience dealing with a realtor Jennifer is awesome. She is very helpful and informative and never once have I felt pressured to make a decision. She has been absolutely amazing, and patient, with me through all of this. I would recommend her and this office to anyone. Even when I sent her tons of questions she had no problem answering me. If there were a 6 star button shed have it with no hesitation!

We have worked with Floyd Beck on a purchase and 2 sales- the most recent sale was sold within 2 days and over asking price! Floyd knows the market and prices homes to move- fair for both buyer and seller. Floyd responds fast and has truly been a pleasure to work with. If we move back to Idaho he will be the only one we deal with!

Had 3 good deals with a realtor there, even though I was advised to not go there. Broker/owner got involved on the last deal and it went south (because he was involved). Shady company as realtor didn’t want to comment on what they wanted to comment about. Never use this company, they boast good deals on taking less commission, but it’s only a kick from this guy (all about the 💵).

I would not trust Floyd Beck.

We have used Floyd and Melissa are Assist 2 Sell for the sale and purchase of our past 3 homes. Yes, three. They have always been so accommodating to our requests to go view homes. They have also helped us sell our last two houses now, and both have sold within two weeks of listing! What we love most about both Floyd and Melissa is their patience and honesty. I have never once felt like they were trying to push us into a new home that was at the top of our budget or force us to list our houses for too much. If anything they have been conservative on both ends and we have been the ones to push the envelope. Again, I would absolutely suggest you speak with them if you are looking for a home or looking to sell.
