Minda did a fabulous job on my nails! She is an amazing person. I enjoyed our conversation. It was great to have someone so professional to spend time with while treating myself. I would absolutely recommend Zensation’s salon! Inside it is very clean and everyone was very polite and professional. The atmosphere was prefect to include the music. Absolutely incredible! Ann saved my (my previously horrible haircut from another shop) and made it gorgeous! My husband and children are thrilled, and say it makes me look so much younger. That she was able to do so was something we all thought - including other shops - was impossible. They are all kind and the atmosphere was wonderful and kind. Ill never, ever let anyone else near my hair again!

Ann always gave me a good cut. But Ruby?!? Shes absolutely trash. I went in there and I wanted a low skin fade. So she buzzes a quarter of the top of my head off cause its in style I didnt ask for this. The she continues to lob off a half inch of my sweep back because it was a little heavy. Then she proceeded to shave my face with the dullest straight razor ever. Where do I report Ruby to get her barber license revoked cause she is literally the worst barber ever.

Best grooming experience Ive had. Great haircut and Ruby is really good with beard trimming and shaping. Add some hot towels and you leave feeling relaxed and fresh.

Went there for the first time to try a deal they had for sport cut French tips acrylic set. The day after I got them done there was a huge gap underneath between my natural nail and the fake tip. I realized quickly there must be something wrong because of all the moisture and bacteria that could get in those gaps. Also, around the edges, by the cuticles, of some of the nails there was a lightened rim from lifting. I contacted them and asked to have it fixed and when I came in I let the girl know that I wanted them redone (taken off and put back on) because of all the bacteria and moisture getting trapped under the artificial nail. They instead trimmed my natural nail underneath and put gel polish by the cuticles. The gaps were still there, just a little smaller so that whatever bacteria and moisture got in the crevices were now trapped against my natural nail to grow fungus. Now Im worried that by the time I take these acrylics off I will have a fungal infection. Both ladies that worked on my nails were very nice, but the one, Katie, seemed very unsure of herself and asked Ruby to step in at one point. I love that shes learning new things and perfecting her craft, I just wish I knew that before I got my nails done so I would have gone somewhere else. See, I got my nails done for a wedding out of state that I would be a bridesmaid in just four days later. I wanted them to look nice and usually they dont start looking grown out and old until 1-2 weeks later. Ive had acrylics before and theyve never looked this bad even while growing/grown out. Thank you ladies for your kindness, but Im not sure Ill come back after this experience.

The first time I ever went to this place and I felt very welcomed. I got lost at first trying to find the place...mapquest sucks lol. But when I went inside, Ruby and the fellow staff were polite. Not only that but Ruby did an excellent job on my nails. So now I will be taking my crazy ideas for nail designs💅🏾 to Ruby and Zensation.

The only place for a man in my opinion to get both a great haircut(ask for Ann) and a barbers shave(ask for Ruby) great time. Thank you guys😎
