My sister and I came to this UPS store on 4/24/2021 at the end of a week of clearing out our grandmothers house after her passing. The ladies who helped us (sorry, we didnt get your names! D:) were so kind and patient with us, despite the fact that we brought in 13 boxes to ship! It was such a pleasant way to end an otherwise stressful and emotionally exhausting week. The prices were very reasonable as well. We are so grateful to them!
EDIT - RESPONSE TO OWNER WHO REPLIED TO MY ORIGINAL COMMENTUPS, I can guarantee it was your store in Mountain Home across from the Albertsons. The name in your notary will be my girlfriend’s name, who’s initials are SE. I am more than happy to show you the transaction in our bank statement. The man in your store with longer hair was rude, and the female notary (Tiana I think was her name?) was the one who laughed at US, not anything in the background. I am pretty disappointed in your lack of accountability.(Original Comment) Went to get something notarized the other day and the staff was extremely rude and awkward. When we asked to get something notarized the notary just laughed at us, who does that? The entire store felt so gross with the attitude of the employees, I will never be going back
Im not happy with this location. I went to go get some photos taken for a visa. I had to wait a while first of all. I spent at least fifteen to twenty minutes waiting. Then when I finally was able to do the photos, the person taking the photo didnt even know the guidelines. The last time I checked you could wear earrings. My passport photo taker in 2019 allowed me to wear earrings. Finally, I paid the $10.60 for the photos. The only reason I gave them a 2-star rating was because 2/6 of the photos came out alright, but 4/6 of them were cropped wrong. That was my fault for not checking before I paid for them. I went back in, and instead of giving me some sort of refund, I had pay for two more photo sheets, costing me an additional $21.20. Now I have 18 photos, 12 of which are unusable. Please, please, please train your staff properly.
This store has the most AMAZING service! I have been in twice now and find myself impressed enough to take the time to leave a review. If you need something faxed or printed from an email, need something boxed and sent... this is the place!!!! Above and beyond is what you will experience!
Absolutely phenomenal service. The current management there is astounding and I couldnt be happier with how friendly they are. When I walk in, I feel like Im a friend. Then again Ive known them since they bought the franchise, but still, Im treated right!

Wow. Definitely not like the UPS stores in Boise. Just needed a few pages printed out ..I usually email what I want printed out to the UPS stores (just EASIER for both sides) but for some reason this store wants to charge a $3.99 send and receive fee per file on top of the per page fee. Wont be printing out anything here! Time to buy a printer I guess. Small town price gouging is what I call it.
The staff at this location have been nothing but helpful and friendly. They always get me in and out of the store in a timely manner. I fully recommend using this location for all your shipping and packaging needs.
The female owner and workers as stated in other reviews, lived up to their very condescending and rude attitudes, making it such a black hole of negativity. Will not be returning and will be sharing with others not to visit! There is MHP - Mountain Home Printing just down the road for all your printing faxing and other needs and they are FAST as well as have great customer service - Also family owned. USPS for your shipping needs!! Trust me AVOID this place like the plague!!!
The ladies in the store are always super nice and helpful when I go in and buy my stamps, mail packages out of state, or even just go in for a few postal boxes. They make sure Im always greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. The delivery drivers are always super nice when they deliver packages to my door. Love this store and the people that work there.
If I could give this place a 0 star review, I would. The lady that helped me was not only rude to me, but the other staff members. My business does a lot of printing, and Ive worked in a copy and print shop before. This lady talked down to me like I was stupid. Ive been doing this for YEARS. I will drive all the way up to boise to avoid working with this shop. Horrible service. Horrible attitude.
I have gone to this place in the past and received terrible service and swore I wouldnt come back. I did finally go back having no other option and found out that it is under new ownership and the new employees there were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and they offer more services than I had realized. I will definitely be going back now!

Amazing customer service! The man was very patient and understanding about my Christmas gift! Even though it was a month late to come to my house! The best he could do was, understandable, and he have gave me the other UPS CC - Mountain Homes 800 number. :) ♥

To whom this may concern:The owner waited on me and was extremely busy; needed more help in there for for better customer service. She did an awesome job packing my stuff for me. The charge was $40.00 and I left my items there; then I can back and picked them up to take to UPS at the industrial park her in Mtn. Home.The next time I went in to her store the young blond girl wss helping but, didnt have anymore time to help me; especially, to answer questions about printing when they were handing out printing coupons. I tried to ask the owner a question and she walking and didnt have the time to help me and told me she was too busy so, I went to a different print shop.I think you need to go in when there isnt any customers and maybe get your questions answered and help.I would like to see her do better with customers; since, we are the ones paying for the services~and/or her potential customers to be for long term. We are there for services offered;Not to b treated poorly and dont have the time to help us.This is small town and the word gets around.
Shipped a TV and insured it. The women at the desk neglected to mention that even though i purchased insurance on my TV that since I packed it the insurance would be voided. Not once did she ask to repack my TV so it would be safe. So now I am out of a smart TV and $240 in shipping fees. I will never use this place again. If you are smart you will find a FedEx store and ship your things with them.
I came into store to ask a simple question about shipping. The gentlemen at the front work station was very nice and was doing well to answer my questions. But....then all of a sudden this rude female who was standing alittle to the right and behind him, started putting her 2 sence into our conversation!!! OMG. HE was doing a great job answering my questions but then she started *over talking* him, it was horrible and so was she!!! ( it was confusing). Listen lady, let ur employees help up front and u stay in the back. I dont care how small ur shop is. That is not my problem it is yours. So dont tell me u have to charge me $5.00 to have package pickup at ur store for that reason!!! I do think you remember this !!! I try to help the locals here in town, but i will NOT be helping you in the future.( I was willing to pay you ur fee until you gave me your *poor me* story!!!) I will pass my experience on to others.. as i have done here. Good luck.
Charged me 2 dollars for sending an email that took me less than 5 minutes. If I would’ve known I was going to be charged for that I would of found another computer. Didn’t use any other machine but the computer. They advertise that they have FREE computer usage yet charge 2 dollars. SoUpset.
