First time renting from Jackson Equipment and I highly recommend them. They have a large stock of all types of equipment at fair prices.Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I had a small issue with the equipment that I rented and it was taken care of by the owner. You wont be treated better anywhere else.

If I could give a zero star rating I most definitely would. Do not rent this equipment it is very outdated. We got a tractor and upon pickup it was so beat up you could barely tell the color of it hood falling. As soon as we got home and unloaded we realized that the third arm on the box blade is busted. They told us they didn’t have the part but if we wanted to get fixed that’s fine. We paid $100 to get it fixed. Then as we use the tractor the hoods fall off every time you bounce so every time you try to do something. Then the front bucket stops working all together and we couldn’t get the tractor out of the job site. After being racked a whopping $870 a week for something that doesn’t even work and they don’t seem to know how to fix or have a mechanic that does things properly. Very disappointed and frustrated. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone for any reason. Unless you like throwing away money, then by all means please rent this equipment.

They always have what I need at a reasonable price. I will never buy another chainsaw again when I can rent a 20in still saw that comes with a brand new blade gas and oil for 40 bucks. Pick it up Saturday morning and you have it for 2 days

Ive been doing business with Jackson rentals for a few years now. In my opinion you just cant do business with a better group of individuals. One quick exampl: we were laying asphalt at a jobsite. I had rented a plate compactor from Fred to do the job. Well just after lunch the compactor broke down(as tools do from time to time.) Mind you I had several tons of asphalt on the truck getting cold the minute it leaves the plant. I called Fred to let him know of the situation. Literally, Within 10 minutes he had One of his guys deliver a new one at no charge. We didnt even need it yet they were there so fast. We were able to complete our work and the job came out wonderfully.Unfortunately good business owners are getting fewer and far between. So to do business with a great one is very refreshing. Go see the guys at Jackson rentals for any and all of your rental needs.

FOUND Wand was broken when I got it home. Had to fix myself as they were already closed. My cost $4 which was deducted from my bill. Motor started easy and worked well. People friendly and helpful.

Great place to rent tools knowledgeable staff joules are in great shape. They have what you need.

Best place to get equipment you dont always need and have room to store it

Was living with my girlfriend in Searcy. I needed to dig a water line for a water line for a camper.I drove up here last August and was waiting for them to open. I rented a small backhoe for 1/2 day......Keeping in mind that it takes 30 or so minutes to drive to Norfork and unload. A little after 10:AM, the hydraulics started leaking and I barely was able to load it on the trailer. Took it back to Jackson and arrived there about 11:AM.....( I have only used it for maybe 1 1/2 hour out of 4 that I rented. They were gracious enough to give me another one but by the time I drove to Norfork, I would just have enough time to drive back (30 minutes each way. THAT WAS THE BEST THAT THEY COULD DO... I used it a total of maybe 1 1/2 hour out of the 4 that I paid for... CRAPPY EQUIPMENT.....
