Once you actually get to speak with someone, they are competent and for the most part polite.Unfortunately in order to speak with someone you are required to go to the physical office, as they do not answer the phone. I believe they have them muted, as I didnt hear any phones ringing during the 20 minutes I was in the office.
Very rude! Started talking down to me Immediately
A big thanks to the staff, they were friendly and helpful.
Ive lost 40 pounds since my place of work got rid of me for a previous employee who held my position in the past. (Followed all company rules, never written up or anything) I havent even got my stimulus yet cause Im in the middle of a divorce. Unlawful termination, I have all the evidence saved. I havent ate in two days--come on yall im gonna end up emaciated in a cardboard box before too long
They tell you one thing one day and something different another day. There rude if you ask too many questions also
Best help around
They were very rude and unprofessional, showed no desire to help! Need undercover boss to go visit them and ask to use workforce tools. Dont deserve 1 star but had to rate to post!😞
You can get help somewhat
When you call they never pick up the phone !
