Absolutely wonderful man for working on my car quickly, and making sure to tell me what all needed to be done. Im so grateful.
Great service very knowledgeable and informative
I have taken both of my vehicles to Cory. He’s professional and knows his stuff. He’s fixed my heating and a/c problem in my Yukon, replaced my turbo in my Cruze, replaced parts for an overheating issue in my Cruze, and has flushed my transmission and did a tuneup. Everything works as it should-never had any issues. I always go back to Cory.
I had a greaght experience with Corys pro auto repair. Good price for greaght work.
Knowledgeable about multiple cars and issues. Personable. Clearly explained what work was to be done and accurate estimates. Takes the time to listen and understand customer reported problems.
Traveling last year, our 2006 Dodge Caravan started to show trouble while passing though Mountain Home. Ive been so grateful for Corys Pro Autos work, that even a year later, I though I would reach out and write this positive review.Im a tree shade mechanic. When I was on the road last winter and our minivan started to develop a knocking noise I knew I had only a few miles left on some component before it would blow. I could have just rolled into autozone and tried to trouble-shoot the problem myself (after all I had my tools in the back of the van) but that would only give me one chance to figure it out before I would have a mess on my hands and would have to have it towed.Instead I rolled into the Corys Pro Auto. He immediately stopped work on the current project, came out to listen and watch the engine while it was running. His assessment of the alternator going bad was confirmed about ten seconds later when a few pieces of metal shards started peeling away from the alternator shaft. We acted quick to drive the car about 10 feet onto a lift where it seized and stopped the engine. Glad that didnt happen out on the road.Cory ordered the part and after arrival, was quick to make the change. All the while being very polite and talkative. His work was great and was with-in expected published price for labor. Overall, If I or any friends and family were to be anywhere in the area again (we travel that way often) with car trouble, I would recommend him without any reservation.
I have taken multiple vehicles to Cory and have always had a good experience. He is honest, straight forward, and will treat you right.
Good honest Mechanic! Rare these days!
Cory is very knowledgeable. Tom is great with customers. He gets the job done and looks good while doing it :)
Thanks for getting my wifes truck back up. Hes helped us a couple of times. Done a great job.
I was having problems with quite a few things under the hood in my familys GMC Sierra, from AC to gas gauge and beyond. After some searching through the phone book I found Corys as one of two places that do work on vehicle ACs in town and as weve had some less than enjoyable experiences with the other, we decided to give Corys a try. I called to make an appointment to bring the truck by and was given an option to bring it in on one of the next two business days, while it took a few days to get a call back giving us the check over details we were informed that due to a health issue (Cory was forced to go to the hospital and placed on light duty for a while due to health reasons) our repair would take a bit longer to get done than normal as we would have to wait on part delivery and for the other mechanic to finish some engine work for another customer. We were given a basic time frame, still shorter than weve experienced with some other mechanics. When the repairs were finished we expected $2000-2500 for all we had to have replaced and repaired and our experiences with other mechanics, to our surprise the total bill was just under $1500, everything works perfectly (I cant remember the last time I could use one finger to turn), and Cory was great about explaining what needed replacing and what was going to be done for each repair before they were done, we were even told that if we needed to retrieve the truck (its our only vehicle) before everything was complete we could pay for what had been done and bring it back for the remaining repairs once the parts came in. Everyone there was very professional, kind, helpful, and the explanations were simple and covered everything that from the info available at the time might happen. I would recommend Corys to anyone needing auto repair in the Mountain Home area.
I know Cory very well. If you are looking for an honest mechanic, hes the guy. Hes very good at what he does.
Havent been there just talk to him
Took our truck into Corys and had the worse experience we have ever had at an auto repair shop.At first they lost our key. Than it took them several days to even get back to us to tell us what the problem was. In the mist of all of this we did not know what was wrong with our vehicle. Finally on the fourth day we find out that our transmission needed replaced. When we went into Corys to get our truck taken to a place closer to home, we had a not so friendly encounter with the owner Cory. He told us to pay him take our key and leave his shop, after we just wanted to tell him what had happen the week while he was away. To top it all of he gave us the wrong key when we were ready to leave.
Does the job right for a great price.
Honest. Quick service. Im a repeat customer.
If I cant or dont want to do the work. Ill go to Corys Auto. I trust his work. Thank you Cory, for fixing my heating problem.
