Unfortunately the staff that works here have no manners. This must be my 2nd or 3rd time calling, they took out my payments twice. Instead of calling and explaining why it was happening they simply said we have too many clients, we cant be calling of all of them when something is wrong. Excuse me, isnt that your job? to make sure that your customer is aware, specially if your customer has called to complaint.My biggest disappointment was when I called and asked to speak to Tawnya, I told her I had called Friday morning, it was already Thurs when I called (almost a week later), and she said she called me back and left a voicemail that same day, Friday. Not true. Tawnya started off with the reason why they tried to take another payment was because you are a month behind, also not true. I had sent them my bank transactions just a month ago. Later she puts me on hold and then tells me something different? I am the customer, I pay my insurance, I have every right to be angry.

Unprofessional, never apologizes for their mistakes that we as customers shouldnt have to find. Double check all your statements. They have a tendency to double charge your escrow and short it. keep all your paper work. They talk about being someone to trust but they have made 3 errors on our account; Carol Long is our agent.
