Very disappointed..poorly trained staff. Damages and left two buckets of dirty water behind. Even coming back to correct cleaning problems, theFans were still dirty..

ServPro has been a real blessing for Redeemer Lutheran Church here in Mountain Home. Mark Tyler, one of their sales representatives, came in about a year and a half ago to set up an Emergency Ready Profile for us. He set up profiles for both of our buildings in good detail and he did it all without asking for anything in return.This came in handy a couple weeks ago when we had a bad gas leak in the kitchen of our FLC. I was able to go into the Profile he made for us quickly before heading across the street, so I knew exactly where to shut off the gas without having to run around the building looking for it or trust that I will remember the location of everything off the top of my head.They also came by last week to check out our Rummage houses. We suspected mold and they checked it out for us free of charge and were honest about the treatment they could do and what we should do moving forward with those houses. I really appreciate these guys and feel good knowing they are just a call away. Thanks again ServPro.
