This was my first time going here an they were really nice. My nail stylist did an outstanding job on my nails. Tho the design was a lill complex(looked simple) he did an amazing job an also made sure I was doing ok during the process.I love how they came out. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends an will be coming back again.

I have never had a single issue with the service at Signature Spa! The workers are always so kind and very talented! I always love getting my nails done there!

Henry did a great job on my nails. I had powder dip done on my natural nails. He was very funny and friendly. He took very good care of me. We (my friend and I) had so much fun during our visit. I wish I lived closer so I could have him do my nails all the time. If I cant find anyone close, who I like as well, I will be making the 1 hour and 10 min drive to you Henry. Thank you! 💜

They are very nice. They offer you water they hold a conversation with you they make you feel welcomed. They make sure that your nails come out the absolute best. I can really tell that they take their time. this is one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to!!

I am pretty upset over my experience here... First off let me say I drove a hour to get to this place (appointment made in advance) to be very disappointed with the way my visit went. The receptionist was incrediable so i thought things were off to a good start and then a gentleman well a man walked over asking what Id like done.. I want pink into white ombre with round shape i said.. He says Well thats not in style, people have been getting the coffin shape nails. Im the paying customer, i dont care about whats in style I want the simple requested look I asked for without rude or judgie comments. I said several times I want them THINNER regardless if they break sooner, thatll be on me to FIX. Thin style, rounded shape & ombre color! What I got was... The most bulky nails Ive EVER had, 2 completely different lengths! My left hand is way shorter than my right hand. Not 1 or 2 nails the ENTIRE HAND. 2 of the nails are completely crooked, and 1 of the nails stick straight up, that it looks like its barely attached to my finger! The only thing that is semi decent is the ombre color! Im very disappointed & upset that this is my personal experience I had compared to the other reviews on this salon! I even went to ANOTHER SALON as soon as i left this one today to BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT ON MONDAY to have them FILED DOWN & RE SHAPED in hopes to getting them to look half decent and to not be embarrassed walking around with my nails looking like this.. I will not recommended this salon, from this experience. I dont know if its the nail tech I had today or not but I was just so uncomfortable and felt kind of belittled by the way he spoke of what i wanted that I just kept saying yeah to get the hell out of there in hopes of going else where to get them fixed and done the way I wanted them done. I felt like regardless of what I wanted I was getting the nails he felt like doing and thats definately not how it shouldve been...

I’ve gone to Signature Spa for a few months now and I’m very satisfied every time I get my nails done. Lyn does an excellent job and my nails last for three weeks until I get them done again. I’m very satisfied with Signature Spa.Sandra GREATHOUSE

I absolutely love signature spa they always do great with my nails they listen to what you want, The owner always remembers you when you come in I wasnt in there for a year and a half I came in and she still remembered me and she amazing place he wont find any better customer service, I included a picture this is about a week and a half out from getting my full set

Love it there. Been getting my nails done there for almost 2 years now.

My mother went back twice to get french tips, paid 45$ for them, also left a 5$ tip for Shawn. (the guy who did them). he cut her cuticles multiple times, laughed about it, and than her french tips BOTH TIMES, came out looking horrible. although the employees are very friendly. i just don’t recommend Shawn for your nails.

The salon was not only able to accommodate fitting me into a last minute evening appt but was also understanding that I had arrived 10 minutes late. It was within 5 minutes before they had me into the chair starting the acrylic full set. I had Tom who was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I told him exactly what I needed and the nails turned out perfectly. 💞. Not only was he the most professional nail artist I had ever had, his personality outranked previous artists.. and I’ve had MANY over the years. Perfection...I cannot stress this enough!... ask for him! In fact, all of the artists at this salon outrank all others. Youre treated with professionalism from the time you walk in till the time your nails are done. The receptionist is also excellent at her job. In fact, at the time to pay, the bill was $10 below what I had anticipated, to which they explained they had a sale of 20% going on. Had she not told me...I wouldn’t have known about the discount. Now that’s how you develop loyalty and a returning customer base...a concept many other salons need to adopt. I Will return.Thank you!!

The people are SO friendly and actually talk to you. They do a GREAT job. If you dont like how they turn out, theyll fix the issue. I will only go here to get my nails done. I legit love this salon!

Ive had my nails done here a few times. They do what I want with no questions asked unlike some other places Ive been to. & they are very reasonably priced. By far one of my favorite places to go! Especially for acrylics.

Never again will I be back here. I came in to get my eyebrows waxed, the lady literally wax half my eyebrow off. I also brought my 2 little girls in to get their nails painted. One lady done an ok job on one of my daughters. The second one was scatter brained. I’m pretty sure she wasn’t even licensed considering she kept asking the owner what to do and she didn’t know what a top coat was. Needless to say we will never be back.

Went down to this location with my daughter to get our nails done for her little tea party she had. after waiting an hour they got to us. the lady took an hour on my nails which wasnt a bad thing. But I am not satisfied with them at all! they look ridiculous, some of them are crooked and they dont even go back to the end of my nail. She didnt even paint them fully and it looks like they need filled already! And I have had them done for 1 day!!! very unsatisfied with this place and this is the first time I have ever walked in there and will probably be my last!!!

I went to Signature Spa today and was not sure what I wanted done with my nails. Took me at least 15 mins or so to decide. The lady there was explaining me different ways to get them done. Since I dont get my nails done, I was a little confused. She had patiences with me and was very nice. The guy that did my nails was also nice and understanding. Thank you for my nails. I love them!! Will come back for sure.

I went there for the first time, I’mNew to the area and wanted to avoid Walmart’s nail place. I walked in the door and the lady they call “ma” immediately told me they didn’t have time to do my nails. But then recanted and told me they would be with me in a few min. I waited, I picked a color for my nails and waited. They sat me with a man, idk his name. I asked him if he had a matte top coat. He said he did. He was very very rough with my fingers. I considered walking out with just the tips glued on. He really hurt me, and I could tell he didn’t really care because he had to have noticed my wincing and never asked if I was ok.He asked me what length i wanted. I showed him a picture of coffin shaped nails. He cut them to about the length I desired but shaped them however he pleased. Even after seeing the picture. After much confusion for some reason about the colors I chose, he found a color similar to my selection, even though I had written down the numbers that they themselves had assigned toMy color selection. Basically, again he didn’t care to make it how I wanted it, just close enough. Then he put the top coat on, as he started to put what I thought was matte on my glitter finger, I stopped him to tell him that the glitter finger should be shiny. He then advised me that they were all gonna be shiny cause he had already put shiny top coat on. He did not ask me if that was okOr offer to fix it!!!! All the while while I was getting my nails done, women were strolling in and they were too happy to fit them in, no question, no telling them they didn’t have time. I will never ever go back there, and as long as I am in moundsville if ever I’m asked, I will advise anyone to avoid this place like the plauge. I felt unwelcome. I feel like you had to have almost been invited to be welcome. Do not go there.
