We’ve been dealing with Straub for several years and have always had good luck. I’ve taken my Ranger up to Straub Ford twice once for a oil change and for a Wv inspection and Steel shield undercoat inspection. Quick service and nice employees.

Straub Ford was not even on my radar. I had checked with another dealership first. Made arrangements to see a car got to that dealership and the salesman was off the lot. I waited 20 minutes only to find that he had sold the car and couldn’t even call me to let me know. What a wasted trip. I went to the Ford Bronco website and found that I could be notified if a Bronco arrived at any dealership within 25 miles. A week later Bronco showed up at the dealership but no phone call. A week after that I receive a notice that Straub Ford in Moundsville had a couple Broncos delivered. I went for a ride just to see what they looked like. I met Derek the salesman. Super nice, very helpful, we talked and he wasn’t pushy. He listened to what my questions were and he answered them. He checked out my trade in value and was even willing to take the info for financing. Dopey me wanted to try it through my bank. The rate was high and payments even higher. I called down to Straub Ford and asked if they could check about financing. I spoke to Chris, again super sweet! He had Derek call and get the info and within an hour had a loan with a better rate and payment!Set up an appointment with Brad the finance manager. He was late because the people before me were late. No big deal because that gave Derek time to show me how to work everything! Brad finally arrived very apologetic. He was great to work with and encouraged questions. I will definitely tell people to check Straub Ford out before they purchase a car! They let me know if I had any issues or problems to contact them or stop down! AMAZING customer service!!!

Purchased an F-250 from Doug. Everything went as smooth as can be expected. Friendly staff, great truck. There was an issue with financing/taxes, not their fault, but they skipped the bank and made it right with me. In the end, even if something goes not so perfect with the process they are quick to figure it out and make it right in the end.

I stopped in one Tuesday to see if I could get my F150 serviced. I was offered times for that Friday. I accepted the 9am time and mentioned my Taurus SHO needed a new battery. They said they bring it in after I got my F150 home. In less than 2 hours I had both vehicles taken care of. It doesnt get much better than that. Thanks Straub Ford for the excellent care. Extremely disappointed with my experience in the service department. The man who worked on my car was nice enough but sadly misdiagnosed a common and dangerous issue. This cost me hundreds of dollars in additional diagnostic fees and tows. My car eventually made it to the dealership in Steubenville where they immediately identified and remedied the issue— and at a lower cost! I don’t understand how this could have been missed.

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Straub Ford last week and the experience was wonderful! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Jeep was very clean and had a full tank of gas when I bought it. I have no complaints and I would definitely buy a vehicle from Straub in the future!

Dropped of commercial work truck for warranty service from work that was done by another dealer. Truck not done yet and dont expect it anytime soon, wasted time getting factory approval, parts didnt come in due to weather, guy working on it was out. Next thing I think I will hear, truck got chicken pox. My truck isnt a priority to Straub. It is going on a month and they are running out of excuses. No quick lane service about this one. I feel like I should be charging for truck rental. Had previous great experiences. TOTAL DISGUSTED BY THIS ONE. DISAPPOINTING!!!

Not good, went in for oil change and fuel filter change, didnt make it 5 miles down the road and this is what I got, and when I went to take it back didnt act like it was a big deal or that they even acted like they cared. No apology, no discount, and no explanation other than it happens.

Purchased a used vehicle in July 2020. Everyone was great. i have never had a sale go so quick and smooth as this one. everything was so easy. Bought a brand new truck in 2018, had multiple problems with it. ( not the dealerships fault) however, I’ve not had the greatest experience lately. My truck has a consistent rattle underneath it, I’ve taken multiple days off of work to drop my truck off, and they can’t find the problem. They’ve offered me no solution, and will not let me know what I can do about it because my warranty is about to expire. I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles from straub, I would designate myself a loyal customer, but as of late, I’m not sure I would wanna go back, or recommend them.

Bought a new f150 from them in june. Love the truck even though Ive had a few minor issues, not dealerships fault. Ford could be better but is better than everything else other than maybe toyota at this point. Anyways, great purchasing experience with Erick Hernandez as my salesman. I didnt care for finance officer, to pushy with up sale for extended warranty (thats thier job i guess, but Ive seen it done a lot better). Erick was very patient and worked hard to find just the truck I wanted. Not just from thier stock but all local dealers. Have had the truck serviced twice with the free oil changes with purchase. Service department staff have been very friendly and efficient. The sales and service people have done a great job making the experience of purchasing a vehicle what it should be. (finance needs some work😁)

I absolutely love this dealership! My salesman, Eric Hernandez was extremely helpful and didnt get irritated by my 12 million questions. I was doing a trade in, and they allowed me to take my new car early, because they were concerned about the safety of me and my family. At first, they said I would need a cosigner, which is understandable as I have 0 credit. However, their financial manager Michelle worked some magic, got me approved, and got me an absolutely fabulous rate. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good running car. I have been looking at certified preowned cars online for about a year now and saw a 2018 Malibu at Straub. I sent them an email inquiry and low and behold their response was fast as lightning. Cris and Bryan both responded. Wow, so now comes the hard part, going to the dealership...right? Im 63 and you know that feeling you get when you go to look at a car?...kinda like going to the dentist. My wife was nervous...well you get the drift. We went up on Saturday afternoon and the first guy we met was Eric, he took us for a test drive and turned us over to Bryan after. Cris came in and said hello and in about 45 minutes we had a new car. This is the best buying experience this old man has ever had. The staff at Straub is professional with no BS. I dropped my car off on Wednesday to get a clutch replaced, oil change and inspection sticker. I went to pick it up Thursday around 5:30ish. The oil change and inspection wasn’t done yet, I’m going out of town in a week and really needed it done. The man behind the counter, I wish I knew his name, took care of it for me and made sure it was all done before they closed at 6. I really appreciate him and the service I got from here.

Poor service dept.... took 12 weeks for a pinion and axle seal repair under extended warr...... i would NOT recommend this place....lairs all of them.....cheaters trying to just steal your money.....

I took my F150 to Straub for service for the first time recently. It was a great experience. Quick service and, more importantly, correct diagnostics and repair.Prior to visiting Straub, I took the truck to the Ford dealer where I purchased in 2012. (Robinson Ford). They were unable to diagnose the problem. They also couldnt schedule me for 2 weeks. There has been quite a bad change in service at Robinson Ford, in my opinion.I am happy to have found a responsive, effective service department in Straub. I will definitely be using this dealer for future service.

The service person was not friendly and acted as if I were a bother to her. My vehicle was run empty of fuel so I had to have my son bring me gas to even get it started. They did not put the steering column cove or kick plate back on (said that they do not re-install parts that they didn’t remove). Basically every person I spoke to was either rude or acted like they could care less whether I was satisfied with the service. Won’t be doing any business with them in the future.

We asked them to do a couple different things with our car and they were knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole process. They had the car for a week which was expected, but we asked them after a couple days to also repair the drivers seat heater. When we got the car back the seat heater had not been addressed. For that I gave them 4 stars. Otherwise it would have been 5.

We shopped at Straub Ford in Moundsville, WV, looking for an F150, white with specific equipment. While there, we asked for an estimate on our truck for trade-in but was told they just needed the Vin and the mileage to determine the trade-in value of our truck. Our salesman, Bryan Brandon, tried to be accommodating, but his sales manager was rude to him and to us. We left with no trade in amount, no Info on November incentives, or results from any searches. We have called back twice, and still Bryan did not have any info for us. Trying to keep our purchases local was important to us. This was a terrible experience, and we’ve never encountered such incompetent and unprofessional representatives. We will shop elsewhere. Thank you for the opportunity to express our concerns.

My daughter and I stopped by to look at possibly getting a new or used Focus because she will be turning 16 in a few weeks. We got online to see what time you were open and your website says open until 8. We got there a little before 7:30 and were walking around - no one came out to help us. When we went to walk in there were two men outside the door smoking. When I asked if we could get some information the bigger of the two was very friendly and said he would be happy to help, I didnt catch his name and I didnt get any card from him otherwise I would like to mention his name because he was a very nice person. The other man standing there smoking told him to wrap it up fast because he had to get things locked up and even at one point said if you need they can come back tomorrow if this gets too long We found him to be unwelcoming and it made feel as though we needed to hurry which I personally dont want to do when trying to find something safe for my daughter. Very disappointed in the treatment and feeling like we were bothering people.

I went there to get a recall done on my vehicle. I called them in advance to make an apt and the day I had my apt there at 9:30am I ended up getting called into work at 8am and wasn’t able to make it there let alone forgot to call them and tell them. I got off work about 3ish or so and called down there and told them and they told me to still bring it down that they would go ahead and do it without an issue of missing my apt time. It was very fast everyone was friendly would gladly recommend it to anyone !! Thank you!!

Showed up on Saturday like I was suppose to & the guy that was suppose be there to help with getting me a car wasnt there like he was suppose to be & he even called & said he was on his way wouldnt be long I waited for almost an hour for him to show up the other guys there was nice & apologized for him which they had nothing to do with the deal apparently they Guy didnt really want to make a sale
