I needed to dry clothes and personally I think they are over priced & I tried to pay at the auto wall pay but it took my coins and nothing happened so I ended up having to pay by card. And theres no one to complain to so I was just out my change and on this day ( evening ) the store was fairly dirty if it wasnt for the fact that I was waiting for someone I dont think I wouldve even considered folding the 1st load there. Now I dont know if its like this all the time but it was that day.

Hiring Mark was a gold mine for this place, he keeps everything so clean and in working order. He even helped me with my heavy clothes baskets.

They recently got new machines that work great!

It worked the way a laundromat should. A couple of units were out of service. They were marked as such.

Out of 18 regular washers today, 4 were functioning. The rest were out of order and I lost $5 as some machines were not even marked as out of order. I texted the number and hope I get a refund. The regular dryers are a mess too. They should just shut this place down and revamp it completely. Now with the Pandemic, they should have reloadable cards you wash rather than coins. The trash was in need of being emptied and there a lot were dryer sheets on the floor. Unless I see a significant improvement, I’ll be going elsewhere to do my laundry.

Go somewhere else. Most of the machines dont work. No signs letting you know just takes your money. Used to be a well kept landromat but times have changed. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I used a medium sized washer but didnt fill it up and still you could see some of the items still not completely wet when the wash cycle started. Its winter time and its just as cold inside as it is outside Im sure if the few dryers that do work were not working it would be the same temp as the outdoors never coming here again

Place is nice and clean. The machines always in good, working order. However, the maintenance man who works there is a bit much to deal with and can be rude at times if you dont respond when hes pestering you.

Ok so its been a year since my last review. From what I heard there are new owners. Since then the place has been a turn around. They have new machines, including the atm. One good quirk is that you can download an app to pay for your laundry! No more quarters! Good job guys!**** old review****No hot water.. And the first dryer I put them in wasnt drying. Wasted that money and went with one that was used and felt warm. I mentioned it to the custodian and he said I gotta call the number. I was hoping he refunded my money or at least mark the damn machines as broken.

Two stars for proximity. Most of the dryers dont work and theres no sign to let customers know theyre out of order. I called the support number on the door about getting a refund cause the coin return didnt work. The guy on the line said he would be there in about 30 minutes. An hour later, I called to confirm if he would show up and he said within two minutes. Never showed up.

Machines are great. Huge capacity and they get everything clean.

Used tonhe great and then the management changed. The new owners do bot make sure to keep it clean or repair things in a timely manner. The ATM machine has been out of service for almost 5 months now. TERRIBLE And on weekends the custodian questions all the customers washing their belongings like he is the laundry police andakes them feel uncomfortable. If you lose your $ to a non working washer/ dryer that has not been marked tehybdo bot compensate you. I will be looking else where after 3 years. Its slowly dying down amd you can tell they are losing business. Hopefully this post will inspire you ( THE OWNER) to do better for your customers while spend their hard earned money there. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS.

It needs an upgrade on some machines. Washers and dryers are put of order. Put quaters into dryers, and it doesnt start, tried getting my money back by pushing the button, but that doesnt work. One of the washers I used didnt even spin all the water out, so my sheets came out still pretty soaked.

Have always liked going to this laundromat. Always clean and all machines are up and running.

Needs good cleaning .. Little updating
