My mavic air had a manufacturing defect on the camera sensor... and judging from what I’ve heard about DJI customer service I didn’t want to deal with sending it back to the company. Chad immediately got to work on it and kept me updated with everything that was going on. Drone works fantastic now, very happy to be taking good photos again, and to know someone i can trust for future repairs (hopefully won’t be needed);)
