Called May 21st, Thursday. I spoke to Mr Carlton whom advised me he he would be out before the weekend. No show!Waited a week, just to ensure he didn’t mean “next weekend “. No show.Called the office the third week after initial call and spoke to a nice lady, asked if Mr Carlton was ok, concerned something may have happened. She said he was fine, just busy. Asked for a return call, told her he had not shown or called. Still have not heard from anyone!So much for professional service.My septic tank was installed in 2013 and the drain field has a low spot between each drain field, which holds water every time it rains, this causing the drain field to fill up and back up into my house. Apparently Carlton Septic doesn’t want to come repair their error but continues to service new customers. Maybe, and hopeful that Mr Carlton reads this and addresses his lack of call backs internally.Good luck with after the sale!

Very nice people. I call as emergency and they came out even in the rain.
