Internet is spotty at times even after upgrading and replacing the modem. I use to be able to pay online using my debit card, then it was separated from my utility bill. Which I thought was a little inconvenient and not very environmentally minded. Now we have to stand in a line outside to pay with cash or money order. We live in the south and it gets hot in the summer. I dont think its very safe or customer oriented having everyone lined out in 105 degree weather to pay their internet bill.

The worse billing is lousy I been with them only 4 months and dont think I will stay I pay my bill on the first of every month its due on the 22nd I get off work today and internet was off off.

Audio is terrible. Cuts out every few seconds. They do have a standard answer of theyre working on that now so be ready for that.

Forced customers to check only window payments. When asked if they are going to give us an online option they said no plans for it. I said this will cost them customers and the response was that they dont care. Time to check into Mediacom.

Called multiple times about our internet and their modem. We were given every excuse in the book. The modem needs to be replaced/upgraded but it seems like that is being avoided. We have been customers for years but If this isn’t fixed we will have to go elsewhere.

While they are not up to date with all the latest features the customer service is outstanding. Have had very few problems but the ones we did have were resolved quickly, even on Sunday.

Always have problems with this internet I heard that I wasnt here I heard that its on the cable company that theyre having a little difficult problem over there and that this is not now this is long ago so they have that problem in the intern is always leaving my house why are they taking my money so whos stealing from who

I have the bundle. The phone is constantly going out, just last week the entire system went down and they put a temporary fix on line of which they still have not come back to fix.

First off let me say if you have a problem dont expect them to fix it soon if you talk to a supervisor they will they you they had no fault. The techs they sent out where unprofessional. Wanting an outlet they drilled a hole and then decided they were doing it wrong and drilled again leaving a hole in the wall and 5 feet of cable hanging out of the wall. Second tech made a test call and proceeded to carry on a personal conversation in my home. Internet was about as slow as dial up when it was rated at 3mps. In the apartment next to me they ran a cable through the closet and never pinned it up and left it lying loose on the floor. Mediacom is a little more but there staff is always courteous and professional. The first phone call I made to CNS was to ask about a product and the womens reply was I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT! and hung up after answering the phone for CNS.

Worst provider ever!!!!! Do not use unless they are the last possible choice and only then if your life depends on it and then using them may not even be worth it!!!!
